    The deceit could improve. Initially went to restart my account. The person was late coming to the…read moredoor to start with. She began by trying to upsell me when I specifically told her what I wanted and that I was also there to have my free birthday tan. I then told her I needed to add a skin care product and if possible to get one that I could use for both red light and tanning and on my face. She made the selection and told me it was good for that. Then there was another customer next to me and one that had come in and sat down, my person had me sign authorization to pull the funds then told me what I was being charged for. She was continually getting involved with the customer next to me that came in after me and was helping the other employee help the other customer, maybe the other employee was new. She then took my payment and said "okay, you're all set" and began to fully help the other customer and the other employee. I asked "what room am I going to?" She said "um, oh, room 11 or six then said 11." I went completed my tan and left. The next time I came in, I said "i would like to do a red light session and a tan" she said "well, you will probably want to add a package then for tanning," I said "um no, I only plan to tan maybe 3 times, so, no, I am not adding a package for that." Then I asked "don't I get 50% off because I have the red light package?" She paused, looked very irritated and said "yes." I said "okay then I want to add a single tan, then I verified how many credits I had available and she said $240. I said okay charge me my 50% from that. Today I just so happened to call the wrong store but asked the person who answered "what day of the month do I need to put my account on hold?" She said today is the day because funds get pulled tomorrow. I said thank you and went up to the Pearl st. location. I had a feeling the same girl that I have had problems with since day 1 would be there and sure enough, there she stood. I said two things, I would like to buy some non-tanning lotion that has hyaluronic acid and collagen and I also need to freeze my account. I will not be able to come back for a few months. She said well you signed an agreement that states you have to allow one pull. I asked "what agreement,? She then held up some laminated full size contract type thing and said I went o er this with you," I said "no, you absolutely did not." I would have been aware of that and would not have come up here wasting my time if I knew that." She said "I have worked here for quite some time and I don't miss any steps." I said "well you missed that one and maybe because you were so busy helping someone else, I had to even ask what room I was going to?" Needless to say she said well I will contact customer service and talk to them about it, I said "no, I want to talk to them." (Am I not the customer?) she wrote down a number and said well there is only one person so you'll have to be patient and wait. I said oh I am sure you will be able to talk to her right after I leave she said "yeah." I said I think this is probably illegal and then left the business, I called as soon as I as I got to my car two hours ago and of course there will be no call so that they can collect funds for services that I can't use right now for the next few months. I doubt I will hear from the customer service rep and if so they will have already formed their bias opinion. I have read reviews since coming home about this same person and lying. What a joke!
