Well this is my 4th time going on Seattle Suttons diet which is why I haven't been dining out…read morebecause I'm trying to lose weight for the next 4 weeks.I just made it through the first week. I was eating more in regards to all the restaurants as well as my bad habits of not feeling satisfied at home next to my physical checkup I noticed my cholesterol levels were high as well as liver was affected. Also noticed some chronic symptons of my hands having a shakey or tremble feel which I dealt with for 2 years. I decided this year 2023 that the resolution would be 5 weeks of Seattle Suttons which I know works if you follow it and don't eat anything else next to beverages too. I would only drink coffee black and Japanese Green tea with no added milk or sweetners. So far I like this location for distribution because it's along the way from work and they close at 7:00 p.m. before I come home to eat my meals . Foods are served fresh. It's not frozen like a Weight Watchers or Lean cuisine. Do give them a try. If you're trying to lose weight go for the 1,200 calories a day. If this is your first time the first two weeks are going to be painful in cravings that one is used to when they are overweight or obese and you will have cravings to go for the restaurant food as well as home cooked food Don't do it! Resist that temptation if your real goal is to lose weight. You will feel the difference. Once you achieve that you could start eating normally at the restaurant or you can continue on with Seattle Suttons 2000 calorie a day diet which is a lot more than the 1,200 calorie diet. They put no preservatives they took out corn syrup which follows all the guidelines for an American dietitian guidelines for Heart and Diabetes who I've trusted with Seattle Sutton herself. I have noticed sine my 3rd time I was suffering from Sever Allergies and I developed Asthma which made me depressed 10 years ago. I noticed I was gaining weight again and the doctor I went to back then in 2013 just gave me antihistamines and asthma spray which is what I did NOT want to depend on. When I went on this diet I noticed all these sudden illness or symptoms of sickness started to go away! All because of a diet! The other reason why I want to emphasize this diet program because instead of being on medication for treatment from the doctor all you had to do is eat fresh healthy food instead of fast food.

I was advised by multiple doctors to lose weight Since May of 2024 I managed to lose approximately 30 lbs. w/occasional relapses on the scale...ie: I still sneak my Beers every so often, Some of the meals are excellent & some are "so-so" keep in mind that SS doesn't allow for any deviation from their course of Meals ...so If you don't particularly like something once in a while = Tough Luck ! or pawn it off to your significant other. No Ozempic,, Manjaro, or GLP's for me ! With Diet & Exercise I'm maintaining my health and energy.* *Hazel from the Chicagoland Office (Northwest) is very friendly,knowledgeable + polite. as well as punctual. In the future I would like to be able to Mix & Match my meal in order to satisfy my personal preferences .I believe some of their competitors allow for this option.

I'm giving this a try because I'm tired of cooking for a while and tired of freezing leftovers only to be thrown out after being left in the freezer too long. So so far the food: easy to put on a plate and warm in microwave or air fryer. it comes packaged neatly with eat by dates and is cold and fresh when picking up. The person checking you off the list is friendly and there to answer questions first time in and knowledgeable about the product. You add/buy the dairy seperately yourself most of the time and that's easily done with milk cheese or yogurt. So far I'm in for at least five weeks as the menu repeats itself every five weeks with tweaks once in a while. So how's the menu taste? So far there's nothing I've hated, but a few things I'm glad I had something to add, as it can be a bit dry, like the cous cous veggies, I put some balsamic vinegar on , or I took the whole little taco pie, which I wasn't crazy about, veggies and their salsa and threw it all together with some of my own salsa I liked better and used it as a sorta dip for the corn chips. So overall quite pleased so far. The coolers the food is kept in are super clean and your food has your name on it so pick up and go is easy. Delivery is offered also for additional fee. If you are looking for convenience, time savers it's a great option.

I received these assurances multiple times as a I called back repeatedly over the course of a couple of weeks now. So the only word of response was a local store manager named Hanna telling me that I have to drive in to get a replacement, and offering some "VIP" card that was not explained. Despite me bringing it up multiple times, no acknowledgement has been made of how strange it is that they require the customer pick up corrections to delivery orders. They just act like I never said it. Even pizza places deliver replacement orders all the time. This Tropical Smoothie Cafe ignored my direct message here as well. Conclusion: They want you to go away if you're inconvenient. Don't waste your time with their feedback form or phone number. The people working the phones are nice, but they clearly just hand the issue to the local store, who are apparently encouraged to ignore whatever issues they don't want to address.

They had an amazing deli selection and a large produce section including organic items and locally grown veggies. I got some cheddar and chive scones from the bakery and they were soooo delicious! It was great to find out that do weekday deals (Mon-Thurs) on ready to eat items like salad bar, sandwiches, soup, sushi. I also loved that they had easy meals to purchase and cook at home as well as a large selection of Sweet Ali's Baked Goods. I ended up getting their soup and fresh baked focaccia to take home. It travelled well and was delicious to enjoy! While I wouldn't do all my grocery shopping here, they have quite a few gems here to enjoy!
