    The quality of a Dealership can be found in their Service Department…read more We were traveling from Nevada to NY, when just before the exit for Hwy 41, the Terrain gave a popping sound, jerked and the Engine check light came on. I eased off the exit ramp and pulled into a gas station, pulled the computer out and found Fuson GMC Dealer. The Terrain lost power, but it limped about a mile down to the Fuson Dealership at 12:30 p.m. They were busy, but said they would work me in and troubleshoot the engine check light. The transmission control module went South. They said it would be about an 8 hour job. They did have the part in Stock. Well, they shuttled us to a Hotel of our choosing and said they would get to it tomorrow. Well, I was expecting All Day. At 1100 a.m. they were test driving the Terrain which went well, and their shuttle Driver was on the way to pick us up at the hotel. How great is that! These Folks were busy with a lot of local customers, but worked us in for a major repair. They are professional, courteous and competent. They turned a stressful breakdown into a tolerable experience. Their mechanic spent about 15 minutes explaining the tech details of the part failure and the repair process. OH, the repairs were made under the drive train warranty without charge. If I was looking for a new Car, these folks would get my business. I bought the Terrain from a Dealer that had an Outstanding Service Department. Anyway, Mr. Rick Fowler, thank you very much for your kind attention, and treating us right.     Finally found a dealership that treated me right and worked with me to get me in a car that I…read morewanted. They were very responsive to all my questions when I called and were able to work around my schedule when I needed to change my appointment time last minute. Being really young, I had a hard time feeling well respected at other dealerships and sometimes felt like I was being taken advantage of, but everyone at Fuson had a kind and caring attitude that made a great impression on me. Communication was great between everyone, and I am very happy with my purchase!

My previous car purchase was online at one of those big internet sites and they sold me a vehicle with so many issues so I was really scarred. Sometimes even at a local dealer, they just shove you out the door, pin a 20 to your collar and wish you the best of luck, with pre-owned sales, but we did not experience that. We also got some nice perks like oil changes, warranty, etc. that you don't always find with a used vehicle. It was late on a Saturday when we purchased and they said they had not had a chance to detail the car (even though it was really clean). They insisted that they owed us a full detail and said we could bring it back. Cam even found a tiny chip on the windshield when taking off a sticker and they took care of that too. We had one issue a couple of weeks after purchase with a bad brake sensor and they took COMPLETE responsibility, fixed it and did not charge me a dime. Cam is friendly and easy to work with and Nicole in service is awesome!

After several calls to the dealership and none of my complaints being taken seriously, I was finally given a bill for $0.00 and I picked up my vehicle without any of my concerns taken into consideration. I will now be taking my vehicle to a dealership that takes pride in customer satisfaction and concern and that is not Mace Ford.

    We purchased 2 vehicles from here less than 30 days ago. One brand new and the other used. The used…read morewe could tell something was wrong with the front end, and we asked them to check it before we signed anything. They said they aligned it and that it was good. We test drove it again and let them know it was infact not. They told us to come back if it got worse. We'll, it got worse. My husband told them exactly what the issue was, and it still took them 4 hours to figure it out. Both front wheel hubs need replaced! And they thought it just needed aligned? That's a pretty big issue! We will NEVER buy from this place again! They offered to cover half. But it should have been dealt with before it was put on the lot for sale. Bad business owner and service center! Especially considering they knew it was for a 16 year old as they took a picture of him standing with it. We only took it in good faith under the impression they would fix it if it got worse within the 30 days. Clearly, they can't stand by their word. Even the sales rep backed us up. She was amazing. None of this review is towards her. Just the service department and owner for allowing this vehicle to be placed on the lot for sale with this massive issue! Good thing my husband knows vehicles enough to know exactly what was wrong within 1 minute of driving it, and it took your service crew 4 hours. Again, they checked it, said it was good and told us to come back if it got worse, so we did. They told us it would be fixed as it was an issue prior to purchase!
