I was having a horrible day after getting a flat tire, but I was able to come in right away and have a new tire installed for $95. I'm normally taken advantage of at tire shops and mechanics because of my age and appearance - they usually assume I don't know anything about cars and price gouge me. Here, I was treated with kindness and respect, and given prompt and trustworthy service. Total time from arriving to heading home with a new tire was less than 15 minutes. I don't recommend this place, I asked for simple patch on my tire because I had a screw but they didn't even patch it or place a plug. They just filled my tire with goo like substance to patch the screw and the follow day my tire was flat again so I took it to a different tire shop I had to get the whole tire replace and replace my lug nuts and wheel studs because they stripped them. I pulled in one morning just after 9am. Before the vehicle was in park, one person was standing near the spare tire that he spotted when turning into the lot with a jack in hand. Another was at the trunk waiting for it to open to get the tire out and repair it. A third was checking the pressure on the other tires. I was out in less than 10 minutes! They were INCREDIBLE! Professional. Efficient. I asked who Sebastian is and the youngest guy (I think his name is Omar) said it was his grandfather. I don't want any more tire issues, but it was truly a pleasure to support this impressive family business, and I would return for sure. I was a few blocks from this tire shop when I realized one of my rear tires was flat. Found this shop on Yelp and decided to (slowly) drive over. When I arrived, there were two cars ahead of me. I was greeted by a woman, who was the person changing the tires on the cars (GIRL POWER!!), and she told me where to park. I gave my tire lock to the woman and she took off my old tire. She showed me the damage and told me I needed a new tire. She charged me $35 for a used tire (CASH ONLY!!), which is pretty reasonable! We thanked each other and I was on my way. I needed urgent assistance, I called early in the morning and a lady answered and I explained my situation (one of the tires on my car was stolen). She drove to my location and brought a spare tire and tools with her. The spare tire she brought did not fit, so she went back and got a spare tire that fit my car and replaced my tire. Super quick and very friendly. I called around to about 15 other shops and they were the cheapest with no frills or attempts to upsell me. They are CASH ONLY which they neglected to tell me over the phone but they have an ATM on site. Even still she was kind enough to let me drive to my bank and grab cash there. My one issue was they gave me a price over the phone. And I verified that price about 4 times, asking them if they were sure it included taxes and fees and they said yes. But when the time came, they asked for about $40 more than what was quoted. Because they are cash only I only had an extra $20 on me but she agreed to $20 less. Even with all that, I loved the woman who helped me out. She was super kind and worked really fast. English is not the first language which might account for the price mix up so I wasn't too upset. Stopped by and Asked for some used tires, they installed them on the wheels without showing me the used tires first and got some with almost out of thread, I asked them to be exchange and they said that's the best they had in used tire in the size that I needed them, I let them finish their job but I would never go back to this establishment, ask for the price of a new on your next visit, the difference might not be much!! read more

When I called, Liz answered and said she'd wait a little for me after closing since I'd likely get there right before or at closing.
