Let me tell you about this Secard Pools, I had been there three different times to check out their Swim and Cal Spas, today was the worst customer Service by that lazy ass Manager Vince. I am a black woman that was only trying to get the best deal I can get, he did make a fair enough deal but my husband and I had to think about things with each other before we gave him our final ok, just as we were about to say ok we will except his deal, I made a statement I probably could of gotten a better deal somewhere else, just kidding with Vince, he come up to my husband and I and said he was done with this deal, through his hands up in the air and walked off and started helping other customers, I could not believe how he shot himself in the foot with us, we had all intentions on purchasing our Cal Spa from him but he showed his ass with us, he made us feel like we were not worth his time, We ended up walking out of the store feeling like he did not want to give us the time to think, I would not spend a dine with this company if his big stupid ass is involved. I will not purchase my spa from this company with the service he gave my husband and I, the this company is full of BS and after that scene with Vince I have decided not to purchase anything from Secard Pools and after reading some of the reviews, I'm afraid to give them my money. read more

Today I called Secard Pools 951-928-3387 to ask about finding a pool company that would service above the ground pools. I spoke to RICK and he directed me to Splash Zone - Blake 951-240-9434. I called him right away and he will be here tomorrow to help me with my pool. What service!!~~ I also called Leslie Pools in Perris and the man said they do NOT recommend any companies to customers for pool maintenance and he could not help me. I called him back and told him how RICK at Secard Pools was able to help me out and found a local company for my pool servicing. This whole ordeal from beginning to end has been a nightmare. Buyer beware. Once our pool was finally completed after so many wrongs, we've never heard back from anyone. No one will return our calls or emails. We've been trying for 1 year to get our motor fixed & we're getting the runaround. Everyone telling us to call someone else. The reason they ignore you is so the warranty expires & now it ends up being your problem & they don't have to warranty it. We thought Vince Madison would help us but he's been just as bad. I never heard about this place until my brother mentioned it. I came here to get some hoses and chlorine for my above ground pool and a gentleman by the name of Antonio helped me with everything I needed. He was excellent with all the information he had to offer with all my questions, And he even offered to help me carry my stuff out to the car.This place is excellent for a product and service. read more

I went in looking for a pool for my kids that would be better than the little inflatable pools we've had in the past. They had several above ground pools to choose from and Ricardo and Vince, the manager, were very helpful in making sure I found one that fit within our budget. They loaded it in our car and even answered our calls about how to set it up and make sure it was connected correctly. Highly recommend! read more

We purchased a swim spa at Secard in the midst of Covid last year. Vince and his staff were amazing. They took very good care of us throughout the process. They were quick to answer all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the process of lifting this massive spa over our house with a crane. I just wanted to take the time to mention what a wonderful establishment and location of this particular Secard Pools. My family and I have always wanted a pool and we were in the market and actually window shopping with no intent to purchase a pool because we thought we couldn't have afforded one however Vince, Rick and Ricardo, educated us on the bright side of the pool pricing and it was actually very affordable. I joked with Vince how he could sell me air to breathe however all jokes aside, this crew is simply amazing and cared beyond any sale and amount. We spent 3 hours chatting it up and I must say their rapport was refreshing and full of customer service excellence. I couldn't have been happier buying from them and we went to other locations and competitors prior to Secard Pools Menifee. Needless to say we have been back to the store at least 5 times to buy all our maintenance products with a smile and we absolutely love our pool. We bought our 20 X 20 above ground pool 1 year ago. The help we got was exceptional at the Menifee store from Paula. She answered all our "first time buyers" questions and even helped load the pool. Throughout the year, we have called her often to ask many questions. We were instructed how to clean up problems with the water and how to winterize our pool for the winter. We just got it going again and our pool was still crystal clear. Paula went to their other stores just to pick up a solar cover for us. We just bought a new pump and its great! We feel secure knowing that Paula and the other great employees in Menifee are always there to answer any silly question we have! Highly recommend Secard Pools, Menifee. read more

After buying our new home we knew we wanted a swim spa for our enjoyment, relaxation, and entertainment with family and friends. After doing some online research I went to our local Secard Pools and Spa. The guys there were amazing to work with. It was low pressure and they had the spa I wanted. We coordinated with delivery and set up and they're very flexible with their time. Over the past two years I've had nothing but the best help and service with them. Ok so I have been at this place multiple times to see there options of Vinyl liners and spas. The customer service provided by Vince is outstanding. So down to earth and super amazing prices. Just ordered a spa and it was thousands cheaper than other places. I will leave another review once it's delivered and working. I am editing this review to three stars because this review should not reflect on Vince. Vince at Menifee has always contacted me back after I have called the store about our delayed pool. He even assured me that once we receive it, he will gladly help us in any way he can with supplies and service. That will be wonderful. But: (It is now going on 10 months since we ordered our pool. The store never contacted me to tell me that our swimspa was delayed. I would like to kindly, but firmly, disagree with the comments about Cal Spas. My husband and I ordered an above ground Swim spa for our back problems from Secard Menifee last SEPTEMBER 2020!!! We gave our $3,000 down payment and were told that the production time was 14 weeks to delivery. Which would have meant that we would have had our pool before Christmas. To our dismay, no one ever called us and told us about the delays. I started calling Secard Menifee every month to make sure that the Swimspa was on order and in the lineup for production. They assure me that it is coming. WHEN??? They have no idea. It has been almost 9 MONTHS (not 14 WEEKS). I called Calspas Corporate headquarters and they can't be forthright with any details about when to exact delivery. We do not know what to do at this point. We are So disappointed and still yearning to swim. My point of writing this review is to let consumers know that there is a serious delay of when we ordered the spa, that we still have not received. I can't say enough wonderful things about Secard Pools. My Dad was a customer when I was kid. Growing up, we always had the biggest, baddest Secard pool! So naturally when I had kids of my own, it made sense to go to Secard and get the biggest, coolest 18x30x52 pool. This pool has brought us so much joy and happiness. So after writing the review a few days ago I got a call from Segaurd from Rancho,Cucamunga yesterday informing me that the spa,had been built and could I accept delivery on Friday. HELL YESS! Authough the delivery time was off by about 2 hrs,the 2 guys unloaded and positioned the spa easily and without issue, Frank also let me talk to,the office about a color change on his phone. A few hiccups but all worked out good in the end. Looking forward to spending some time with my son in my new spa. Thanks all. read more

Secard pools.............Worst purchase we ever made!!! DON'T GET A POOL HERE!!!!!!They tell you it has a lifetime warranty..... NOT!!! You will still have to pay!!! Read the warranty!!!! They do not warranty anything related to the aesthetics!!!! The liner will fade, fibers will frey on top of the poles over time, wait until you get a stain around the waterline..... you will never be able to get rid of it!!! If you call Larry (the owner) he is NO HELP!! He doesn't give a shit! He only cares when he is selling it to you. Super helpful and friendly service. I have been coming here for years after purchasing and above ground pool and they seem to be nothing but helpful. They are very honest and always test your water if you seem to be having trouble with it. They replace items that are broken at no charge of you are a long time loyal customer and always seem to have an answer to any questions you may have. read more

Let me start by saying I rarely give 5 stars as there is always room for improvement. With that being said, the staff was/is outstanding with their customer service skills. They have gone above and beyond with assisting me in set up, start up and maintaining the pool. The store, lot and display pools were clean and inviting. I was given a price quote and that was honored in spite of the 14 day rule as I kept in contact with the store on my yard progress/prep for a pool. Now the room for improvement is in the "horrible" instructions that come with virtually every item purchased. The pool set up instruction were not detailed enough which required several calls to the staff --hence the good customer service provided. The total set up of pumps/filters/saltwater system (in my case) required additional calls to the staff. One staff member actually took photos of how something should be assembled for me and emailed it over to help me accomplish the set up. I personally think that more detailed instruction and better understanding/knowledge of the working system would be much less frustrating for the buyer. I have to give a shout out to Katelynn for all her patience in my set up! To end on a positive note: The staff have made it perfectly clear they are available 7 days a week, I can bring water samples as often as I need too, and that they will do whatever it takes to help me take care of my own pool. This store treats me with respect and is attentive to my needs even though the sale of done. Good job!! read more

Our experience with the sales people was horrendous. Sneaky sales lingo. Added expenses all the way through. Absolutely no updates. Zero phone calls to tell us what to expect. We had to call the office to find out what was happening. It took 2 months from when we signed the contract to get anyone out to take measurements.The guy who measured for our liner showed up unannounced. We still had to call 3 weeks later to see what was happening because nobody kept us in the loop and we were waiting so we could take days off of work. Two weeks later we called again and they scheduled us for 3 weeks after that . We tried to nullify the contract but they talked us out of it. Once here, the employees found things the salesman missed and started adding to our Max budget we had talked to the salesman about. That delayed our start another month while we talked with management who only backed their sneaky salesman. We had to come up with more money. Thankfully the crews who actually did the work we're fantastic. They knew what they were doing and went the extra mile to make up for the rude, dry office staff. Not one person I spoke to on the phone was polite. They spoke salespeople talk and it never felt honest. I would not only never recommend this company to anyone I have already warned everyone against them. read more

DO Not..Do Not use this company for any type of pool install. We started the process with Secard on 4/21/16 by signing a contract for their Islander pool. From the very beginning it's been an issue. First, we signed the contract on a Friday with a 3 day cancellation period. They cashed the check on the same day. Onto scheduling, it took a week to schedule the tech to come draw the plot plan. We were told a couple days to turn the plans around so we could pull the permit. It was 3 weeks. 3 weeks of phone calls trying to find out where are plans were. Finally got plans and took them to to county to pull the permit. Plans were not drawn correctly, wrong scale, failed to meet any of the county requirements for pool plans. They did not draw our septic,did not take correct measurements, did not add location of where they were placing the pump. I could go one.. Called the so called tech that drew the plans and his only comment was to fax him all the errors on the plans and he could schedule for a re draw or I could call the office and cancel! During the entire time, their office continued to assure me that they would do a great job despite the 100s of negative reviews on pissedoffconsumer.com. This company is not reliable, competent, or efficient and it's been one excuse after another why they fail to perform. Go to California Vinyl Pools for your pools needs.
