Best experience yet! Today was our fourth time here. Last summer they helped us out with some pool chemicals and we browsed the store models. Sales guys were not pushy and only helped when we asked, no pressure. Today we came in for a bigger purchase. We purchased an above ground pool on Offerup and wanted to use a saltwater set up. Our guy Ricardo helped us out with what we needed. Sometimes it's neccesary to have sales guys who can sell us on what is actually required to get these pools tip top! I didn't feel oversold, or pressured. I wanted it all and got most of it for a good deal too! He even treated our kiddo to a cool little pool doo dad. We installed a Island Pool, semi in-ground style pools . We started the project in 2018 and approx. year later they finally finished. The pool has had misc. issues from day one including a list of repairs that took several months to complete. Including electrical shorts in the lighting, neglecting to put the hole in for the umbrella and very sloppy finish work. When the repairs were finally complete we noticed that the vinyl bead along the back waterfall wall of the pool was missing. After another long list of calls it was finally fixed. However, earlier this year that same vinyl bead came out again. It was repaired and has now come out a third time and the liner is slipping down . When I finally was able to get through to a live person ( called 7 times to no answer, no message just a fax tone) I was told that the entire pool only had a one year warranty ??? How is that possible, this was over $40,000.00, delayed for almost a year and has had issues from day one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, You'd be better off digging a hole yourself and lining it with plastic trash bags. You'd get a better finished product ! BTW, I was told they do not service there pools and I would have to find an experienced vinyl pool repair company on my own. read more

Our family was torn between wanting to install a pool. Being from the east coast, we really wanted vinyl and a friend recommended Secard. We went on a pretty busy day but were welcomed with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff! They walked us through the process and always made us feel comfortable. When they finally broke ground, we wanted some changes and they were extremely accommodating. Installing a pool can be stressful and intimidating but Secard made us feel comfortable the entire time. Like other businesses, they had their own challenges (supply issues, etc.) that was out of their control but we were patient and our pool is beautiful! Absolutely the best place to go for pools and spas! My husband is a combat wounded veteran and swimming is just about the most beneficial therapy as being under water is about the only time he is pain free. Because of COVID-19, we decided to get an above ground pool. We shopped around at other pool businesses but their selection was scarce and the customer service wasn't the best. Secard not only had a great selection but their prices were better as well. Most importantly, the staff at Secard, especially Vince Madison, went above and beyond to ensure that we received the best pool for my husband's needs and we couldn't be happier. The nonprofit organization America's Fund was gracious enough to help us pay for the pool and Vince again went above and beyond to make the process go as smoothly as possible. Oh no don't get a Secard Pool! They don't stand by their warranty. They don't stand by their construction work. When you call them because your Secard liner pool leaks due to large sharp rocks left under the liner during prep, they don't call you back. Finally over a year later the construction company comes to fix it (we had to pay) and before fill is complete there is a crease. (meaning still a leak) No one calls us back. Then a little over 2 weeks since repair there is a hole, big bubbles due to liner lifting up. Completely ruined. Haven't swam since summer of 2020. Want to come see? read more

I was in the market for a vinyl, in-ground pool. I contacted Secard and was told they they do not service the area that I live in, I was very disappointed but was still interested in getting one of their pools so I drove to the Menifee store and met with Rick Romero I ended up purchasing an above ground pool in April 2021, but due to construction in my backyard asked if I could leave it there until further notice. No problem he said so yesterday we went to pick up the pool. He put my order together and walked us through the whole assembly process and allowed me to video tape him while he gave instructions, at no extra charge LOL! This review is specifically for Vince in the Menifee store. We have been looking into a pool since December 2019. He wrote up a quote for us and gave us realistic expectations on the process. Fast forward to May 2020 and COVID is in full swing. I still had his number and I texted him and he told us to come in and bring our old quote so he can review what was in 2019 vs the difference now. We knew there were going to be differences since 2020 rates went up due to adding in the permits and such. Vince has always been so kind, helpful and available to us whenever we reached out to him with questions and even frustrations. We have never dealt with any rudeness or felt he ever disregarded our concerns. I am in a career where I deal with people all day, so I know what to look out for and understand how important communication is as a consumer. I can sometimes be a hard critic bc my expectations are so high. Vince met every expectation. Even when I was so frustrated with construction, I texted him with questions and he even replied while on his day off. My husband and I appreciated his open communication and just being a ear to hear my frustrations. We know there are weird times and home owners are building pools like crazy right now. Although a long long long pool build, we are happy it is finally done and Vince was such a lifeline through our process. Let me tell you about this Secard Pools, I had been there three different times to check out their Swim and Cal Spas, today was the worst customer Service by that lazy ass Manager Vince. I am a black woman that was only trying to get the best deal I can get, he did make a fair enough deal but my husband and I had to think about things with each other before we gave him our final ok, just as we were about to say ok we will except his deal, I made a statement I probably could of gotten a better deal somewhere else, just kidding with Vince, he come up to my husband and I and said he was done with this deal, through his hands up in the air and walked off and started helping other customers, I could not believe how he shot himself in the foot with us, we had all intentions on purchasing our Cal Spa from him but he showed his ass with us, he made us feel like we were not worth his time, We ended up walking out of the store feeling like he did not want to give us the time to think, I would not spend a dine with this company if his big stupid ass is involved. I will not purchase my spa from this company with the service he gave my husband and I, the this company is full of BS and after that scene with Vince I have decided not to purchase anything from Secard Pools and after reading some of the reviews, I'm afraid to give them my money. read more
