He quoted me at $179 plus tax for the board, (we have a friend who is a samsung repair tech, but is not local who told us the board was $105.) I get you have to mark up prices to make a business work, but he was going to continue to charge $45/hr for labor. This is all after I had already paid him $150+ to replace a fan that did not fix the cooling problem. When I asked if he could give us a break on the second visit he initially stated he would (labor at $40/hr) and the board would be $149, but then he was a no call no show when the part was in. If you want an appliance diagnosed and fixed properly do not use MR. BILL! If you want to pay $500 in repairs and have multiple visits, then he is your man!

Each time the person who answers the phone (Alex, I believe) says he or someone else will call me right back, but that never happens. Since I will have to call another company, I will need to pay the initial service call fee again, meaning that I basically lose the $125 I paid Service Brothers.
