Despite careful planning over several conversations/meetings with Red Maple Catering, we were left very dissatisfied with this caterer's end product. The quantity of food provided by Red Maple given the rather high cost of the catering was nowhere near our expectations. As one of the event hosts, I was only able to try 2 different appetizers (1 piece of each) the entire evening. Many of our guests subsequently told us they had to leave the reception early "to eat" and we ended up having to order multiple boxes of pizza for those guests that were able to stay at the reception. Needless to say, this was extremely embarrassing for us and the other reception event hosts. Again, given the rather high cost of the catered event (even for Beaver Creek) we definitely did not get our money's worth at all. Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing, and we would not recommend this caterer to anyone looking to host an event.
