From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and outstanding customer service. Although she was the only employee working, she handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and grace. There were already three families enjoying their ice cream when we arrived, and while we were there, she served our family along with three additional families--all while scooping ice cream, operating the cash register, and keeping things running smoothly. I asked if she was always scheduled to work alone, and she mentioned that another employee was supposed to arrive at 3:00 p.m. By the time we left around 4:20 p.m., she was still managing the entire shop by herself without ever losing her positive attitude or composure. Courtney deserves recognition for her incredible work ethic, professionalism, and dedication. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, she set an outstanding example.
