You know, the customer service was great! I didn't get ice cream for myself but i did for my baby and my sister got some also. I tried it and it was good. I love a good hand scooped ice cream. It is pricy though! I got one scoop for my kid and it was almost $7! I love good ice cream. So we may or may not be back. But the place is very cute and spacious.

What a great shop right in Merchant's square in Colonial Williamsburg! They serve coffee, tea, ice cream, bubble teas, milk teas, and lemonade! I might be missing some of their drink options but I am sure you will be able to find something that you enjoy! The gentleman behind the counter was kind and patient as I took some time to figure out what I wanted. My drink which was a peach oolong tea with strawberry jelly beads was delicious. Lots of seating inside and free WiFi. Plenty of natural sunlight coming in as well. Would be a great place to do some work!

Coconut milk tea with mango jelly and milk cream foam

Food - 3.5 service - 5 ambiance- 4 Prob more like a 3.5. But 4 is generous. I got the coconut milk tea with mango jelly and milk foam. Light ice and "less sugar". It was okay. I wish I tried the coconut slush instead. It wasn't cold enough. Even if it's light ice it should still be cold and there were maybe two ice cubes. And they melted right away. The coconut was a powder base and tasted a little artificial. The mango jelly was yummy. It was "less sugar" but was a little sweeter than I felt it should be. It wasn't bad but it wasn't one of my top boba places. The menu was a little sparse as well. It is located in a cute area of Williamsburg, the old town area and the parking is not that difficult. Cute enough inside with decent seating area, I would go again if my boba tea mood strikes and I am in the area. Seems like there's not a lot of similar places nearby.

We were out for the day seeing the sights after a couple hours we decided to take a break and found this cool spot. Coffee drinks, tea, and most importantly some great ice cream. Selection wasn't huge, but this mouth watering treat was exactly what I was looking for.

frozen mango milk tea with tapioca bubble

the secret garden cafe had such a welcoming atmosphere! the staff was friendly and helpful, which initially gave me high hopes because my partner and i are big boba fans. we ordered a frozen mango milk tea and an oolong milk tea, both with tapioca bubbles. the presentation was beautiful - the drinks looked picture-perfect! however, upon taking our first sip, we noticed that the tapioca bubbles weren't fully cooked . instead of the usual smooth, chewy texture, they were a bit hard and rough. unfortunately, we weren't satisfied with the drinks and ended up not finishing them. while the experience wasn't ideal, we wouldn't completely write off the secret garden cafe. the positive aspects like the friendly service and beautiful presentation encourage us to give them another chance in the future. however, we'd definitely emphasize the importance of fully cooked tapioca bubbles when ordering again.

Went on the fourth of july and it was super packed. We waited a while for our drinks. It was hot and muggy inside. The bubble tea tasted ok.

By far the BEST frozen milk tea I've had. I ordered the strawberry frozen milk tea with boba and it tasted just like a strawberry milkshake. It wasn't too sweet or too thick, it was just right! The establishment itself was very clean. It appeared to be fairly new. The staff was also friendly. I would definitely recommend if you're in the area looking for a nice cool treat.

Cool little boba / milk tea bar.....

While looking for a coffee shop i happened across this lovely little boba (bubble tea) place. They had a lovely selection of milk teas that included a choice of boba! I decided on matcha, because I wanted to try something new. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the matcha was! I usually go for Thai, or taro (my absolute favorite) Service was fast, friendly, and the product was quite delicious! Swing by and snag a drink.... Sit at the many tables or outside seats they have available. Ambiance: casual Cleanliness: very clean Service: good

Brown sugar milk tea and regular black milk tea with boba.

The best brown sugar boba we've ever had. I think the milk might be frothed but whatever they do, it's a game changer. Highly recommend. You will probably need insulin afterward.

I'm happy Williamsburg finally has good bubble tea and psyched it's in a convenient CW location. The service is friendly, everything is always made fresh, and the interior is adorable. Their tapioca pearls are fresh and flavorful, and they have all the other add-ins you could ask for. I like how they offer plenty of dairy free and caffeine free options. They allow customizable levels of ice and sugar in the drinks, which is great. 100% sweetness can be a little much for someone who's trying to cut back on sugar. Still, I'm an addict and this place gives me my fix. Their brown sugar flavor lives up to its namesake and the Thai tea is solid, but Taro is my favorite flavor so far. Their breakfast waffle sandwich is yummy, with a great house sauce and perfectly toasted liege waffles, but their food is overpriced. It's my one complaint. Stick to drinks and ice cream here. The tea isn't cheap but it's worth it for the occasional treat. If you can't choose between ice cream and tea, their frozen milk tea is definitely the way to go.

The staff didn't greet us, but greeted ones after us. The employee at the front taking our order wasn't friendly & didn't speak much either. Another employee was kind enough to allow me samples of 2 bases I was curious about. We had 2 different staff members create our bowls and the staff at the front counter was a bit careless with the arrangement of mine. Once everyone left, they were all immediately on their phones. We sat inside, and once we left no one thanked us for coming in either. It may not seem like a big deal, but those types of things make or break my experience and determine if I'm willing to come back or not. My smoothie bowl was good, it had a pitaya and mango base with granola, pineapple, and kiwi. I'm unsure of if I'll return as of this moment because of my experience.

You can art different fruits to the order of you want. They have items in the menu and a you can also make your own bowl. Being able to create your own allows for some creativity and to hit all items your craving. Pricing is very reasonable. They have two sides, regular and large. The regular is the better of the two Overl, a fantastic time!

It looked to have a good vibe, but once we walked in, we realized it was a coffee shop that served food. You have to get in line grab a menu and place your order. Any coffee, water or juice juices are delivered on the right side of the bar and the food is delivered on the left side of the bar. And what I mean delivered that's where you have to go to pick it up. The food is served on Small paper plates so you will lose some of your food as you try to cut or move it.. I ordered the breakfast platter which was scrambled eggs, choice of meat, potatoes, and toaste. My partner had the cheese omelette with sourdough toast. There was nothing special or extraordinary about the food. With the small paper plates that they use food easily fell onto the table top. They don't offer water in a cup, but rather you can buy a bottle of water. If you didn't realize that after you ordered, you have to go back and get in line so that you purchase your water. (We assumed they had water/cups to use). We left felling unsatisfied.

I was in the area visiting the Subway next door and was curious to see what Fit Healthy Nutrition…read morehad to offer. My boyfriend and I were quickly greeted and asked if we had been here before. I quickly picked up that the woman behind the counter was one of the owners and her husband was nearby in the seating area. She explained that their shakes were meant to be meal replacements and we low calorie with high protein. She gave us a few suggestions and even let us sample a hot and fresh protein waffle! It was pretty good, if I was dieting and keeping count of my carbs/protein intake I would definitely be interested in it. We looked over the handout menu which had photos to help us narrow down what we wanted. We ended up choosing the Oreo and Blueberry Specialty Shakes. Both were $9 each. She asked us if we liked our shakes more icy, creamy, or in between. And asked if we wanted whipped cream. She was very friendly and genuine our entire visit. We waited 5-10 minutes for our shakes to be blended and then I had to get my photos for Yelp! The shakes were pretty big so I thought it was a good bang for your buck. They give you wide straws since it can be a little thicker than a typical shake. Overall, I had a great experience here and will definitely be coming back! The owner was so sweet and saw that I was taking pictures of the shakes so she asked if she could take a picture of us and tag me on Instagram. I thought that was pretty good promotion because nowadays social media can be extremely beneficial to a business. I was surprised they didn't have many Yelp reviews yet because she said they had been there for a year. The inside was clean and inviting. I did not notice if they had a public restroom though.
