Got the $50 chamomille regular pedicure and the service was excellent. I walked in on a Saturday and they had nice jazz music playing in the background with a variety of channels to entertain. I loved their fish tank, it was something good to look at. I was unable to catch the name of the kind lady that helped me but she gave me a foot rub that almost put me to bed and my tired feet adored it. I have been coming here for years but recently fell like the service has changed.. it used to be my happy place, with the owners MIMI AND JIMMY BEING VERY KIND AND INTERACTIVE. but now if I even have any input on my service I'm sent to the owners chair as if I'm a child misbehaving or an annoying client for having anything to say. They don't conversation with the clients only speaking and giggling amongst themselves and that can make a person feel as f they are talking about us the client and they in fact are. I have taken a class so I do often understand lil bits here and there. And it's never good. The economy has changed so I used to tip just because but now if the service was bare minimum I don't. An extra coat of paint or making sure they have the proper layers of dip or even acrylic then I will. But the last two visits they definitely did NOT MAKE me feel if they cared about my service at all. In fact I walked in last time asking for dip powder and then adding tips and being talked into acrylic which I haven't gotten in years! I walked in planning to spend 80 and tip 20 but I quickly downgraded my services after being treated rudely and she literally did the bare minimum and I walked out with even one nail already damaged due to the lamp but she polished right over it! Not at all caring about the tip that touched the lamp no oils on my cuticles and didn't tell me wash my hands or give a massage afterwards.. I'll try one last time but if I'm treated the same way I'll be looking for a new spot! read more

Booked pedis for my two nieces and sister for their birthdays. I wasn't getting a pedi, but they still pulled up a chair for me to sit in by them so we could talk. I really appreciated that. While I was sitting, I decided to get a mani. The woman was very thorough and we laughed a lot, which made this already a very different experience than I've had with culturally different shops over a 20 year period of getting services at them. The people in there were all just genuinely nice and that's not usually the case. Usually they just want your money, speak in their language the whole time as they hold your feet or hands and never really engage with you but to give you directions on what to do next. This place was different and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and the birthday girls did as well . Now the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was bcus at the end there was a mishap with checking out that I felt could have been better if they would have just communicated amongst their team. I told the woman who had not helped with any of these services who I was paying for, what services they got and included mine. I asked her if she understood. She acted like a know-it-all (there's always one right ), she said "yea I know and was adding everything up. I asked her again if she got everything because it sounded less than what it should have been. She said yes. Sure enough once she ran my card, someone finally comes over and tells her that she didn't get one of the services . They then had to figure out whether they should run my card again. After waiting for them to decide, she told me to just put the tip and other service amount on the tip line. I mean it all worked out, but listening and communicating goes a long way. read more

This place needs some serious attention from their owner. I'm not convinced this place is very clean. The towels that were used to wrap my legs already had dried mask stuck to them. Clearly they were sitting a bit prior to being washed. The let water sit in the tubs, it's very gross. I looked and there are just floating particles in the water. Baseboards are filthy, not sure it's ever been cleaned. I had to use the restroom so bad, but was frightened to even take a look. They're also allowing this customer to speak on speakerphone for now 20 minutes. The salons I'm used to, have a no speakerphone policy. Takes away from the experience my tech is working so hard to create. Sarah is very professional. Even signaled that she can't chat with her colleague because she is with a client, which I appreciate. If I could take Sarah to a clean salon, I'd be very happy. She's good at upsales, asking if I want nail design. Offered water. Etc. One tech has her shoes off blasting Facebook videos. And the other tech, although her client seemed to adore her, was wearing a shirt that said "PUSSY- The most expensive meal you'll ever eat" which is extremely unprofessional, and doesn't cast her in the best light when she seems like a very good worker. If you're not going to have an attractive salon, at least have a clean one. Even though my service was done very well (thank you Sarah) I will not be coming back, this place needs new management ASAP. read more

I'm going to start this review openly outting the fact that it has been a billion years since my last pedi. After years of neglecting my feet, I finally decided to get a pedicure after my hubby and kiddo decided they'd get one soon. Firstly, I forgot how hard it is to get three pedicures done without an appointment but had no issue here! We had actually called around (early Sunday and Monday afternoon) but had no luck even with walk-in locations. Luckily, they were able to fit us in immediately and all at the same time. No wait time and immediate service. We were lucky enough to have Hannah, Sarah and Lily bring our feet back to life. My hubby has never had a pedi before and now I swear he could be a foot model after Lily's work. Magically my toes somehow look like mannequins feet thanks to Hannah. And my daughter's hands and toes have never looked cuter thanks to Sarah (and she's a notorious nail biter). Are these exaggerations???? Absolutely not! Maybe just the foot model stuff but that's how blown away I was. And to be perfectly frank, I strictly hate feet! So to look at our own feet and love them felt magical. I'm almost tempted to post pics of our pedis but I still hate feet! But you should definitely come here! read more

Went to get my acrylics removed & they broke 3 of my natural nails, not to mention made 2 of my nails BLEED. They didn't even polish my nails to make them look smooth. I had previously had a bad experience at this place & decided to give them a second try since they're so close to my house & all I needed was a removal. But now I will be sure to never return. If I were able to give a zero star rating, I would. This asking does not sanitize their tools causing my nail to be infected. It's been like this for several months. They also constantly knick my skin, and do not properly take off their acrylics (shown in the second pic on my thumb and pointer finger) as they forcefully jam another sharp acrylic underneath and scrape your's off. I will not be going here any longer and advise anyone anyone else not to either. Hands down probably one of the worst salons in Vegas. read more

Located in a quiet smaller shopping center next to cafes ect. First time here, walked right in and was greeted right away and directed to an open chair to get my nails started. I picked the shellac gel nails and was offered an organized catalog of colors which was nice. I had Sarah and she was quick and thorough. She added a powder coat on my regular nails so they won't break as easy as mine normally do. Paid $40 for power, gel color and added some glitter. Will definitely be back! read more

I love coming to this salon, I have been coming here for 8 years because I feel like I am treated very well here. I do admit trying out all the nail techs is important and some are hit or miss, but I love that they accommodate you when you need something fix or adjusted, not every salon is perfect.I love coming here I also get my eyebrows waxed here, so far everyone has been great at my brows, that's a plus for me. I went to secret nails for the first and it will by my last time. I got a fill with gel polish and gel pedicure. The nail tech did a horrible job. My nails started peeling the same day. I went back the next day for a polish change and I was told I would have to pay $25 for them to correct their mistake. Not to mention the nails tech did not shape my nails correctly and she got the acrylic all of over fingers. My pedicure looked horrible as well. I would not suggest this nail salon to anyone. I should have turned around and left as soon as I walked in, I don't know why I didn't. No social distancing, no partitions between pedicure stations, the place was really dirty, and to top it off these are seriously the worst set of nails I've ever had. It's hard to get the full effect in the pictures but they are short, fat, uneven, crooked, no 2 are the same length, she didn't file the sides so they are glued to my skin still, and the backs were not properly drilled out. The poor lady is so old she was falling asleep while doing my nails, told me how tired she was, and had to stop for a water and candy break not to mention the constant tv watching when she wasn't dozing off. She did give a decent pedicure though. I'm just hoping I can find someone to correct all her mistakes tomorrow. I felt bad for her (I know I shouldn't have) paid in a hurry and left. Nice little clean place offering friendly service and manicure tools that come out of a packet fresh just for you. Big roomy massage chair, lots of colors to choose from and convenient location, in the Trader Joe's strip mall. Tubs being cleaned as I walked in so that's a big plus. Luckily, I was seated immediately as a walk-in since it was a slow day. No menu's readily avialable to see the list of services (they said they were having them reprinted) which for me is not great since I have no choice except to hear the up-sales of the speciality pedicures. A discount was given to get both manicure and pedicure. The mani and pedi took almost two hours so that took up too much of my day. I got a sugar scrub and mint mask pedicure, nails looked nice but no shiny overcoat so nails look a bit dull and almost a week later nails look like they need a re-do. Despite the minor inconveniences I would still return, I'd pick an OPI nail color just to be sure the color lasts a bit longer. I can appreciate a CLEAN place, so next time I'll just skip the speciality scrubs. read more

I have gone there a few times where I had my appointment at a certain time and then I came at that time and even a little earlier and they say "sorry can you wait 1 hour". what??
