They charged $65 for a gel pedicure when the board says $50. I didn't ask for specials or anything so when I questioned the $65 she said it is the price now. Pedicure was not that good either I was trying to kill time and it took longer than necessary. Over 1 hour. nearly 1.5 hours Im on my way to my Dr's appt but start this im coming back to get this off it's all over my skin. Not good at all I want a refund. i'll upload a picture when I get to my Dr. and I know my nails are short but look at where the paint is all on my skin, in between my big toe and index sticking together, and overflowing the nail bed. The man that did it tried his best and had a good attitude but no way .com Im back and they are really really trying to get me to stay and get something else done, but I just want it removed. Not even interested in a clear coat because I can do that at home. At least they're trying. So i'm on my way home now. I had to stand by the counter and request a refund before anyone blinked an eye to get up. She first said she can't give me a refund because i paid with card. Then she gave me $15. Im thinking if the board says $50+ for a gel pedicure what that heck is the gel portion worth if it was done poorly and I wanted it off? she said I got a combo with the deluxe pedicure and that was added for the $50+ gel pedicure. on the board the pedicure deluxe is $45....... you can see my confusion. I said i just wanted gel pedi no deluxe and she said it was the bag of exfoliate that i chose out of 3 scents. i had no idea that was deluxe the man just tapped it for me to pick. didn't say a word. this is how they upsale but this isn't the right way to do it. so of course i'm telling her how do you charge me for something i didn't request or know was being added on. not even a "deluxe" or "pick a deluxe scent". so she's on the phone with her boss and he telling her to give me $30 back i guess. I got $30 back of the $65 THIS ANSWERS YOUR QUESTIONS IN THE OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT IT BEING $65.... YOURE GETTING THE DELUXE COMBO WITHOUT BEING ASKED !!!! I see why it is empty
I've been looking for a go to mani place for a while and I think I've found it! I came here to have my wedding nails done by Cindy and she did a great job working from a photo I had. The nails lasted and didn't chip for over a month! They probably would have gone forever had I not decided to change it up. Cindy puts so much effort into her work and she is so talented with nail art! They do use a still here but seem to be very careful with it.
This has been my go to salon since 2015, and Vi and Sau never disappoint. I live about 30 min away, but I happily make the drive because of how much I love my nails! They listen to what you want and take their time to make sure the details and shape are the way you want it. I love the way they shape my nails and that it's never too thick. They have so many gel/polish colors to choose from, and they can do pretty much any design you want by showing them a picture. The salon itself is always so clean, which is a huge plus. Vi and sau are also so nice to talk to and I never feel like I'm making forced awkward conversation. Definitely recommend this salon to everyone, just be sure to book an appointment first because they normally don't take walk-ins!
I'm not a picky person and I'm not one for review writing but I had to forewarn the girls who go here. If you want a decent mani and pedi that costs more than $50 look elsewhere. I'm pretty simple with my nails to begin with. I like to have a clean gel mani with polish that covers my whole nail with no open spots along the side of the nail - a simple expectation when getting your nails done, no? I asked for a mani with silver chunkier flakes of glitter and I got silver with colored glitter instead. Okay whatever no big. But then I got home and looked closer and my nails were not fully covered with polish. Now I'm a little frustrated because I just got engaged and I wanted to have pretty nails that will last AT LEAST 2 weeks which most gel nails do. I'm afraid these will start to peel at the corners since they're not fully covered in a week or so. I also had to go home and clean up around my fingernail since they didn't do that and there was colored gel residue on my skin. Then I looked a little further and saw that my pedicure was extremely half assed and they didn't even clean up around the toenail. Man. Really disappointment. I wanted to give this place a chance because it had good reviews but I should have stuck to my regular shop.

Sau is amazinggg. My friend recommended me to this place and I can't believe I've never been here before. Will definitely be back! You can call or text which for me is great and super easy to set up an appointment and they're usually really good at responding to texts promptly! I love my nails to looks as natural as possible and not super chunky, these are phenomenal and sau really does a great job to make sure you're satisfied throughout his entire time while he's working on your nails. Congrats to Sau and his wife on becoming a new parents!
I like this place! It's not the biggest of salons but it's clean, they're friendly, they take pride in their work and they have a wide selection of gel and non-gel polish colors to choose from. Probably the biggest selection I've ever seen. I love how they really seem to take their time to do a good job. We went on a Thursday afternoon and were able to get worked on immediately. I think they're fairly new so it's still a hidden gem. Plus this place is open 24 hrs (by appointment after a certain time) how awesome is that?!
Extremely unhappy with how my feet turned out with the salon for $45 that they charge for gel pedicure. So happy I did not go with the $20 extra upcharge for crap he was trying to sell me. This is what they call a pedicure. My feet feel rough and terribly nail polished. The whole time he was super rough and didn't understand that the scalding towels or water he kept pouring on my feet were literally burning me. Will never return.
I've never seen a nail salon that charges you a $20 deposit for first time customers trying to book with them. The problem I have with that is they're taking money without you even being serviced. What if you don't like the nail service being provided? That's very discriminating especially when I've been to several nail salons and NEVER had to do a deposit. Update: found out the reason being is because when I was on the phone with Sau he quoted an appointment available for Tuesday at 4:30pm. So I was like okay cool I'll keep it for now. When someone else called (who was also a first time customer) he didn't quote her the deposit. So it was definitely discrimination . Really sad & disheartening especially after seeing all of the good pictures of the work they do.
Long story short . Do not waste your time or money . Unprofessional and flat out rude ! Pedicure from hell . 3 hours for 1 pedicure because I asked the man to cut down my toenails. Which I thought was apart of a pedicure. He stopped and decided not to finish. Had to wait for a woman to finish another client to finish my pedicure.

Kim has been doing my nails for about nine years she is a very professional courteous talented nail artist, I have had many other nail people, but Kim is the best! If you're looking to get nails are in amazing pedicure, and we even have a lovely lady named Jasmine who does my eyelashes she really does a fantastic job very professional and a perfectionist just like Kim
It was recommended by a friend for me to come here, and I'm so glad I came. The service is fast, and the people are friendly!!! Ever been to a nail shop where they don't talk to you at all?!! This was definitely a step up from the rest. My pedicure was the best one I've had. The hot coal was a nice, soothing add on to my pedi. The assortment of nail colors to choose from is also large. I don't think I would even have to bring my own nail color to a shop like this! Lastly, Vi did my nails and they look amazing. GO HERE! If nothing else, at least get a pedicure. You'll be glad you did! They're open until 11:00pm for those of you who lead hectic lifestyles.

Always a great job. Relaxing and professional. Walk-ins are available but I suggest making an appointment. Even with an appointment your technician may still be in route. I've had multiple technicians complete pedicures for me and they each have done a wonderful job. read more

My mom and I were on the hunt for a nail salon and we came across this one and I'm so glad that we did. We pulled up and despite a language barrier on both sides they did a good job of explaining and communicating with me and my mom they were very kind. I highly recommend and am 100% sure to be going back. The nail artist that helped me was Japanese and she is truly talented. I also got my toes done and I enjoyed the experience it was my first time in years it was very relaxing. read more

I just moved to Vegas and I've been looking for a good salon on Yelp and 78 Nails was less than 10 minutes away from where I live and I decided to give it a try. I didn't except my nails to be this good!!! Sau is the literal best! I love how my nails came out, i'm definitely sticking to this salon and especially to Sau for my fills. My nails weren't even that pricy, considering that they are glitter AF! So it's super affordable and definitely check out 78 Nail!! read more

I am in love with my nails! I just found my nails shop. I've been in the search for a good nail shop in Las Vegas and I finally found it. I am truly picking when it comes to my nails. I am a stickler for thickness, shape, paint oand cuticles. They checked all my boxes. They did a great job with the shape. I love how they ask if the shape is okay before they start painting. That was a huge bonus for me. A lot of places just assume that you're cool with the shape and don't give you a chance to really look at them. The prices about the same as any other shop in Las Vegas. Heads Up - I believe it's appointment only. The cuts on my hands were caused by me. I will say they were able to maneuver around the cuts pretty well. read more

This nail shop is the furthest thing from a spa. The atmosphere is not inviting. It smells weird. I'm getting a pedicure and the owner is watching TV with his shoes off two chairs away. 15 minutes later he's SNORING. The snoring gets louder & at this point I just want it to be over. The pedicure was pitiful & it hurt. These women are so nice & I imagine they are doing their best but I will not return. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

I came here about 2 years ago. I had a really bad experience from another nail salon down the street. Coming here was the best decision because I always walk out happy, every time! Vi saved my nails that day and they were beautifully done that I never want to go anywhere else but here! I'm very picky with my nails, who isn't? They have to be done really well and the person working on my nails has to be very good using the nail drill. The cutting, shaping and when applying the color have to be perfect. Check them out! Ask for Sau or Vi! They are the best people. So kind and patient! Make sure to make an appointment to secure your spot. They both always make sure you're happy with your nails. They don't disappoint! Place is always clean and service is great! Hands down, 10 stars if that was option! read more

You will never be disappointed with your nails when Vi and Sau take care of you. They both will Make your nails look like they are a true piece of art work. Not only do your nails come out looking like they should be on a photo shoot, but they also make sure to take good care for your nails. Just remember to make a appointment they book up fast because they are both great nail techs and artists. read more

Saw this place on Yelp and let me tell you, this is the best set of nails I've ever had! I definitely recommend making an appointment because everyone there had a customer to take care of. I made an appointment for a full set and they were ready for me right away. I showed them a photo of what I wanted down and my nails look EXACTLY like the photo! To add on, the place was clean and Vi made conversation so that the experience was not awkward. Thank you 24 Nail and Vi for the amazing nails and experience! I will definitely be coming back!! read more

I called soo many places on MLK day requesting certain nail technicians by the photos and reviews before being able to find this one. I came here because I saw Vi photos and liked her work. I am beyond picky with my nails and shape I am not shy to speak up to tell you to fix it. I literally look at every nail to make sure they're the same size and shape. So looking at Vi's photos I could see that she shapes nails phenomenally. I made an appointment for her next available appointment and she met all my standards as I hoped for! She also was a sweetheart to talk to. The whole staff seemed like a nice quite crew and it was super relaxing. I'll be back to post an updated before I get them filled. But so far sooo cute thank you Vi!!! read more
Look no further for the perfect nail salon because I found this hidden gem recently and have been here 3 times already. I AM ALWAYS. SATISFIED. I promise you as much as my trust in this salon for it's cleanliness, service, and nail craft. Considering this place is a fairly small salon with about 5 pedi chairs and 4 mani desks, they seem to have no trouble with busyness-- because it's by APPOINTMENT ONLY. And Vi does a great job with managing the schedule. I've never came in and had to wait passed my scheduled appointment. They provide almost everything a person could find in a nail salon-- gels, acrylic, mani/pedis, fills, fix broken acrylics, hot stone/warm towel pedis(classic), and other types of pedicures as well. Having options are definitely a plus and this place got tons of them. Even the nail design samples give you more than enough variety & ideas for how you want your nails to be shaped and polished. Oh! and they also have matte coating ($3 more total) so you can make an color/design matte. Honestly its trending so I'm always getting matte. My experience with 24 Nail has always been positive and I know every worker exceeds the customer expectations, no wonder they've got a 5-star business. My Mini Me and I have found our nail home! Sau and his Mommy-N-Law Van, are not only super, down-to-earth, humble people to talk to, but are super skilled in the nail game. I have yet to meet Vi and can't wait. Congrats on your new little one!!! 24 Nail is our new go-to place! Prices r fair (for Vegas....Cali is WAY cheaper than NV, btw) massage chairs are comfy and you will find yourself gushing over your nails, like ALL DAY. Hands can be ashy as all get-out. Those nails r STILL ON POINT!!! Lol. No lumps, bumps, sawed off cuticles, different nail shapes...none of that nonsense! I cannot emphasize that enough, based on all the previous nail shops charging exorbitant $$$$$ for lackluster work!!! #Bye #Done #NoMediocre At 24 Nail? U feel like talking? They talk. I don't ever usually 'complain' about visits to nail salons but I'm so disappointed with my nails. This lady that was doing then didn't even seem like she was licensed to this this. I usually come here and receive great service but this time was so uncomfortable and I will NOT be returning after this visit. There are only 2 people who work at the time you walk in, no matter what time of the day it is. Whatever, not upset about that. But the lady that did my nails did everything a half ass job. She didn't even seem to know how to paint my toe nails. She also cut my big toe super bad. She was so messy with the painting. I've been waiting to get my nails done for a while and I ended up leaving this place with messy half a** toes and ratchet looking fingers. The lady didn't even take off my nail polish all the way. Making my break my back so she can take it off. The common sense thing would to be at least even out the color? I could've done that, why didn't she ask me to help her lol What a joke, their service has downgraded for sure. They usually put lotion on my legs and feet when I get pedicures done here but she lady couldn't even do that. She was putting the lotion on with one hand She also cut me many times when using the nail grinder, she was talking to another worker WHILE she was grinding the nail polish off, she wasn't even looking at my hand. I had to pull away multiple times and she still kept doing it. Never returning here again for sure. What a shame, I came here often too. Don't waste your time here. She also charged me $15 to take off my finger nail polish and charged me $50 for my pedicure. She said "65 total". 65 for what? Ruining my nails read more

I use gel nail polish on my natural nail . I was told this salon only removes gel by using a drill to do so? Does anyone have experience with this type of removal from this shop and have your natural nails maintained their health, using this method?
I have been going here for about a year and yes they do use a drill. It can be weary watching anyone take off the gel on a natural nail but the best way to describe it as, them doing the bare minimum just to get that color off. No pain/hotness, etc…
