My mom and I were on the hunt for a nail salon and we came across this one and I'm so glad that we did. We pulled up and despite a language barrier on both sides they did a good job of explaining and communicating with me and my mom they were very kind. I highly recommend and am 100% sure to be going back. The nail artist that helped me was Japanese and she is truly talented. I also got my toes done and I enjoyed the experience it was my first time in years it was very relaxing. read more

I came with a friend who had a 9am appointment for a dip mani and regular pedicure. When we showed up, I said - we have to LEAVE here by 10am, are you sure we can be done in an hour? "Oh yes; one hour, no problem..." I'm sure you know how this story ends. They started her pedicure but the nail lady didn't start on her mani until at LEAST 20 minutes later; at 9:45am, they were just moving from the pedi chair to the nail table. I asked again - are you sure you're going to be done on time? "Of course, no problem." Mmm-hmmm....At 10am, I said - we have another appointment at 10:20am and it's at least a 5 minute drive. Will you be done on time? "5 more minutes." Suuuuure sure sure. At 10:15, I said - we have to go, now. I don't care if you're done or not. They had gotten through everything except the dip top coat, so we paid and left, with the agreement that we would have to come back after her other appointment. To recap - they took 20 min longer than they promised, we had to leave and then come back so they could finish. Not cool bro. Just be honest in the beginning and tell us that you can't finish on time. She would have simply skipped one of the services. #annoyed read more

DO NOT COME HERE! I already had a bad feeling walking in and should have left there was literally no one there except one lady doing her nails and I decided to try some where new closer to home and it was a terrible experience I got ATHLETES FOOT. The pedicure alone was terrible but abt a week and a half goes by and I got foot fungal I am disgusted and want to warn people to not come here ! read more

They charged $65 for a gel pedicure when the board says $50. I didn't ask for specials or anything so when I questioned the $65 she said it is the price now. Pedicure was not that good either I was trying to kill time and it took longer than necessary. Over 1 hour. nearly 1.5 hours Im on my way to my Dr's appt but start this im coming back to get this off it's all over my skin. Not good at all I want a refund. i'll upload a picture when I get to my Dr. and I know my nails are short but look at where the paint is all on my skin, in between my big toe and index sticking together, and overflowing the nail bed. The man that did it tried his best and had a good attitude but no way .com Im back and they are really really trying to get me to stay and get something else done, but I just want it removed. Not even interested in a clear coat because I can do that at home. At least they're trying. So i'm on my way home now. I had to stand by the counter and request a refund before anyone blinked an eye to get up. She first said she can't give me a refund because i paid with card. Then she gave me $15. Im thinking if the board says $50+ for a gel pedicure what that heck is the gel portion worth if it was done poorly and I wanted it off? she said I got a combo with the deluxe pedicure and that was added for the $50+ gel pedicure. on the board the pedicure deluxe is $45....... you can see my confusion. I said i just wanted gel pedi no deluxe and she said it was the bag of exfoliate that i chose out of 3 scents. i had no idea that was deluxe the man just tapped it for me to pick. didn't say a word. this is how they upsale but this isn't the right way to do it. so of course i'm telling her how do you charge me for something i didn't request or know was being added on. not even a "deluxe" or "pick a deluxe scent". so she's on the phone with her boss and he telling her to give me $30 back i guess. I got $30 back of the $65 THIS ANSWERS YOUR QUESTIONS IN THE OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT IT BEING $65.... YOURE GETTING THE DELUXE COMBO WITHOUT BEING ASKED !!!! I see why it is empty read more

I've been looking for a go to mani place for a while and I think I've found it! I came here to have my wedding nails done by Cindy and she did a great job working from a photo I had. The nails lasted and didn't chip for over a month! They probably would have gone forever had I not decided to change it up. Cindy puts so much effort into her work and she is so talented with nail art! They do use a still here but seem to be very careful with it. read more

This has been my go to salon since 2015, and Vi and Sau never disappoint. I live about 30 min away, but I happily make the drive because of how much I love my nails! They listen to what you want and take their time to make sure the details and shape are the way you want it. I love the way they shape my nails and that it's never too thick. They have so many gel/polish colors to choose from, and they can do pretty much any design you want by showing them a picture. The salon itself is always so clean, which is a huge plus. Vi and sau are also so nice to talk to and I never feel like I'm making forced awkward conversation. Definitely recommend this salon to everyone, just be sure to book an appointment first because they normally don't take walk-ins! read more

I'm not a picky person and I'm not one for review writing but I had to forewarn the girls who go here. If you want a decent mani and pedi that costs more than $50 look elsewhere. I'm pretty simple with my nails to begin with. I like to have a clean gel mani with polish that covers my whole nail with no open spots along the side of the nail - a simple expectation when getting your nails done, no? I asked for a mani with silver chunkier flakes of glitter and I got silver with colored glitter instead. Okay whatever no big. But then I got home and looked closer and my nails were not fully covered with polish. Now I'm a little frustrated because I just got engaged and I wanted to have pretty nails that will last AT LEAST 2 weeks which most gel nails do. I'm afraid these will start to peel at the corners since they're not fully covered in a week or so. I also had to go home and clean up around my fingernail since they didn't do that and there was colored gel residue on my skin. Then I looked a little further and saw that my pedicure was extremely half assed and they didn't even clean up around the toenail. Man. Really disappointment. I wanted to give this place a chance because it had good reviews but I should have stuck to my regular shop. read more

Sau is amazinggg. My friend recommended me to this place and I can't believe I've never been here before. Will definitely be back! You can call or text which for me is great and super easy to set up an appointment and they're usually really good at responding to texts promptly! I love my nails to looks as natural as possible and not super chunky, these are phenomenal and sau really does a great job to make sure you're satisfied throughout his entire time while he's working on your nails. Congrats to Sau and his wife on becoming a new parents! read more

Extremely unhappy with how my feet turned out with the salon for $45 that they charge for gel pedicure. So happy I did not go with the $20 extra upcharge for crap he was trying to sell me. This is what they call a pedicure. My feet feel rough and terribly nail polished. The whole time he was super rough and didn't understand that the scalding towels or water he kept pouring on my feet were literally burning me. Will never return. read more

I've never seen a nail salon that charges you a $20 deposit for first time customers trying to book with them. The problem I have with that is they're taking money without you even being serviced. What if you don't like the nail service being provided? That's very discriminating especially when I've been to several nail salons and NEVER had to do a deposit. Update: found out the reason being is because when I was on the phone with Sau he quoted an appointment available for Tuesday at 4:30pm. So I was like okay cool I'll keep it for now. When someone else called (who was also a first time customer) he didn't quote her the deposit. So it was definitely discrimination . Really sad & disheartening especially after seeing all of the good pictures of the work they do. read more

I like this place! It's not the biggest of salons but it's clean, they're friendly, they take pride in their work and they have a wide selection of gel and non-gel polish colors to choose from. Probably the biggest selection I've ever seen. I love how they really seem to take their time to do a good job. We went on a Thursday afternoon and were able to get worked on immediately. I think they're fairly new so it's still a hidden gem. Plus this place is open 24 hrs (by appointment after a certain time) how awesome is that?! read more

Long story short . Do not waste your time or money . Unprofessional and flat out rude ! Pedicure from hell . 3 hours for 1 pedicure because I asked the man to cut down my toenails. Which I thought was apart of a pedicure. He stopped and decided not to finish. Had to wait for a woman to finish another client to finish my pedicure. read more

I just moved to Vegas and I've been looking for a good salon on Yelp and 78 Nails was less than 10 minutes away from where I live and I decided to give it a try. I didn't except my nails to be this good!!! Sau is the literal best! I love how my nails came out, i'm definitely sticking to this salon and especially to Sau for my fills. I am in love with my nails! I just found my nails shop. I've been in the search for a good nail shop in Las Vegas and I finally found it. I am truly picking when it comes to my nails. I am a stickler for thickness, shape, paint oand cuticles. They checked all my boxes. They did a great job with the shape. I love how they ask if the shape is okay before they start painting. That was a huge bonus for me. A lot of places just assume that you're cool with the shape and don't give you a chance to really look at them. The prices about the same as any other shop in Las Vegas. Heads Up - I believe it's appointment only. The cuts on my hands were caused by me. I will say they were able to maneuver around the cuts pretty well. read more

It was recommended by a friend for me to come here, and I'm so glad I came. The service is fast, and the people are friendly!!! Ever been to a nail shop where they don't talk to you at all?!! This was definitely a step up from the rest. My pedicure was the best one I've had. The hot coal was a nice, soothing add on to my pedi. The assortment of nail colors to choose from is also large. I don't think I would even have to bring my own nail color to a shop like this! Lastly, Vi did my nails and they look amazing. GO HERE! If nothing else, at least get a pedicure. You'll be glad you did! They're open until 11:00pm for those of you who lead hectic lifestyles. read more

This nail shop is the furthest thing from a spa. The atmosphere is not inviting. It smells weird. I'm getting a pedicure and the owner is watching TV with his shoes off two chairs away. 15 minutes later he's SNORING. The snoring gets louder & at this point I just want it to be over. The pedicure was pitiful & it hurt. These women are so nice & I imagine they are doing their best but I will not return. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

I came here about 2 years ago. I had a really bad experience from another nail salon down the street. Coming here was the best decision because I always walk out happy, every time! Vi saved my nails that day and they were beautifully done that I never want to go anywhere else but here! I'm very picky with my nails, who isn't? They have to be done really well and the person working on my nails has to be very good using the nail drill. The cutting, shaping and when applying the color have to be perfect. Check them out! Ask for Sau or Vi! They are the best people. So kind and patient! Make sure to make an appointment to secure your spot. They both always make sure you're happy with your nails. They don't disappoint! Not sure how to feel right now. Just finished having a gel pedicure and after inspection, the polish is super clumpy, not solid at all, and I'm not sure they will last the next couple of days. The lady also was extremely aggressive on my nails, clipping them on the sides to the point where it felt she yanked out a piece. Very painful, not the relaxing experience I so looked forward to. Massage was not worth it, stones burnt my skin, and all-in-all, totally not worth the $40 plus tip. I'm a little concerned, and don't know how to bring this up to management if the polish falls off in the next few days. read more

Saw this place on Yelp and let me tell you, this is the best set of nails I've ever had! I definitely recommend making an appointment because everyone there had a customer to take care of. I made an appointment for a full set and they were ready for me right away. I showed them a photo of what I wanted down and my nails look EXACTLY like the photo! Do you bounce back and forget from one salon to another? Hating your nails after? That was me before I got recommend to 24 Nails! I have been a customer for about a year now and I'll NEVER go to anyone else! So many Gel options and can typically do any designs you bring them. Appointments are recommended. Call or text with what you are looking for and V and Sal are great at accommodating! If you need to cancel don't do it last minute. Clean atmosphere and environment! Service time is always great! Never kept waiting long and done in a timely manner! Never feel uncomfortable with the staff and I enjoy that they always greet me and remember little about our last conversations. I used to LOVE Acrylic and until I started at 24 Nail, V promised me if I did Gel that my nails would grow to the length of the acrylics I used to put on. My nails are now stronger and I can have any shape I want on my REAL NAILS! (Mind blown, that I did acrylics for so long and not Gel) I'll never do Acrylic again. Gel typically lasts me 4 weeks (I sometimes wait to long to get them redone! The one time I did regular polish it was ruined within 2 days with how much I wash my hands. (Spent a-little more and get the gel). Don't forget to Ask for their stamp card, so that's a cool incentive! read more

I called soo many places on MLK day requesting certain nail technicians by the photos and reviews before being able to find this one. I came here because I saw Vi photos and liked her work. I am beyond picky with my nails and shape I am not shy to speak up to tell you to fix it. I literally look at every nail to make sure they're the same size and shape. So looking at Vi's photos I could see that she shapes nails phenomenally. I made an appointment for her next available appointment and she met all my standards as I hoped for! She also was a sweetheart to talk to. The whole staff seemed like a nice quite crew and it was super relaxing. I'll be back to post an updated before I get them filled. Look no further for the perfect nail salon because I found this hidden gem recently and have been here 3 times already. I AM ALWAYS. SATISFIED. I promise you as much as my trust in this salon for it's cleanliness, service, and nail craft. Considering this place is a fairly small salon with about 5 pedi chairs and 4 mani desks, they seem to have no trouble with busyness-- because it's by APPOINTMENT ONLY. And Vi does a great job with managing the schedule. I've never came in and had to wait passed my scheduled appointment. They provide almost everything a person could find in a nail salon-- gels, acrylic, mani/pedis, fills, fix broken acrylics, hot stone/warm towel pedis(classic), and other types of pedicures as well. Having options are definitely a plus and this place got tons of them. Even the nail design samples give you more than enough variety & ideas for how you want your nails to be shaped and polished. Oh! and they also have matte coating ($3 more total) so you can make an color/design matte. Honestly its trending so I'm always getting matte. My experience with 24 Nail has always been positive and I know every worker exceeds the customer expectations, no wonder they've got a 5-star business. My Mini Me and I have found our nail home! Sau and his Mommy-N-Law Van, are not only super, down-to-earth, humble people to talk to, but are super skilled in the nail game. I have yet to meet Vi and can't wait. Congrats on your new little one!!! 24 Nail is our new go-to place! I don't ever usually 'complain' about visits to nail salons but I'm so disappointed with my nails. This lady that was doing then didn't even seem like she was licensed to this this. I usually come here and receive great service but this time was so uncomfortable and I will NOT be returning after this visit. There are only 2 people who work at the time you walk in, no matter what time of the day it is. Whatever, not upset about that. But the lady that did my nails did everything a half ass job. She didn't even seem to know how to paint my toe nails. She also cut my big toe super bad. She was so messy with the painting. I've been waiting to get my nails done for a while and I ended up leaving this place with messy half a** toes and ratchet looking fingers. The lady didn't even take off my nail polish all the way. I drove 25 minutes from Henderson to 24 Nails, and would gladly make that drive whenever I need a mani/pedi again! Sau was extremely meticulous while doing my gel manicure and did extra steps that other nail shops don't usually do to ensure my gel mani lasts as long as possible. I never felt like I was rushed even though the shop had a few people waiting to get their nails done. The gentleman that did my pedi did an amazing job as well! The express pedi was more than what I could ask for. The leg/foot massage felt amazing, and he did a great job turning my battered heels and toenails into pretty girly feet again :) All the nail techs are super kind, and the prices are extremely affordable ($30 gel mani/$5 nail art/$20 express pedi which includes a super soothing foot/leg massage) considering how meticulous they are with their work. The ownership has changed or they have new nail techs - worst mani/pedi I've ever had. Polish is chipping and peeling, cuticles not pushed back or trimmed - this is after 3 days. She used a lite drill to buff my finger nails, should have known better. I have deep grooves in my nails now, look horrible and are sensitive. They used to be amazing, not certain what's going on. Love 24 Nail, I've been a client of Vi and Sau for a little over two years now. I also like Vi's parents they always do my pedicures and do a great job at it. What I love is they never use the same pedicure tools they've used on the previous client, they always use a brand new set that's packaged. They also wrap the foot area(where you put your feet in)even though they clean throughly they still want to be safe and keep their clients comfortable with their cleanliness. 24 Nail is friendly, accommodating, and very respectable to their clients. The salon itself is great, pedicure chairs are great, space is big enough and bathroom is always clean and they have a HUGE variety of nail polishes from regular polish to gel. They don't double book appointments either which has always been a big plus for myself because they get to focus on just myself and making sure I am happy with their work. So it's always best to make an appointment to get what you're needing. Prices are reasonable, very affordable and I come every two weeks just to change my polish even though I am able to go three weeks at a time without changing it because my nails always look very new. I always get gel polish and at times will have them do acrylic right on my nail due to me having brittle nails and then do the gel polish over it, it looks very natural. Didn't know I needed a receipt to post on yelp, but, I have my bank statement proving I visited your salon for gel mani and gel pedi. Update: in response as I stated, V did my nails great, I tipped her well. . I can change it from a one to a 2 Star for the fact I liked my nails. I'm removing 3 stars for the 3 things I mentioned that were sub par. I have no problem providing a receipt. Just because I was not given one by them. Doesn't mean I can't track it. Third time back at 24 Nail and I'm happy to say that my experiences have been much better the second and third times! The second time, I saw Sau, who was new to the salon and she did an amazing job on my nails. She was friendly and professional. I got a full set with gel glitter ombre over top. They looked great but I managed to break 2 of my nails about a week after getting them done, but that was all on me. The full set held up really well for another week and a half until I went back again yesterday to get them redone. I'm not sure the name of the tech I saw yesterday, but she was very quiet. I got fill and she glued my 2 broken nails so you can't see where they're broken. The fill is so strong that I don't think even once my nails grow out further that I'll be able to tell where they broke (until next time I get them done). read more

I've never been disappointed in any of the services I've received here. This is a family run business and while everyone does an excellent job here, my favorite is Jennifer! She's always friendly and knows how to make my nails look super cute! Gentleman welcomed me in with a bottle of ice cold water. Nice. The manicurist proceeded to file my nails as we were all conversing. I did notice she didn't prepare a soapy water hand soap dish and she skipped the soaking of my hands part altogether. They both were trying to convince me to get a Jet Spa Pedicure and a Gel manicure which I said no, not this visit but next time. The manicurist didn't really put any effort in the manicure service but was quick to charge my Visa card and ask for a tip before the actual service occured. This is not customary in my nail salon visit experiences. She was done with the Manicure, mediocre hand massage and regular polish application in about 15 minutes and like I said earlier, skipping the soapy hand soak step-- I guess because I did not do what they wanted which was agree to get the Spa Pedicure and Gel Manicure they wanted. I gave 4 stars for both of their friendliness, I guess and for chatting with me the whole time and relaxing decor.

I love everyone here because they make it a pleasant experience going. Emily did my nails and she was so sweet. I got this gel set with holiday theme nails. I love how each nail was different designs. My favorite is my middle finger that looks like a present sooo cute! I would definitely recommend stopping by and getting your nails done :)

I called and told them their door was locked. They told me what I wanted, and she replied "ohhh we're busy right now". I was flabbergasted never in my years have I seen a place of business turn away a customer, let alone lock their doors because they're "busy". If they run their establishment through appointments only and not walk ins, I wish was told this over the phone before going over.
