Disappointed with this place. I wish I remember who gave me my pedicure because it was amazing BUT I picked a pedicure and he kept telling me to upgrade to a higher one to the point where I felt like it wasn't an option. The nails.....awful. Mine and my mom's. They were uneven. Some were thick and some were thin. Mine had a ton of bubbles in it and the paint literally faded within days from pink to a very light pink/white. My moms looked nothing like requested. The design couldn't be done by the nail tech but no one else was asked if they could do it. They tried to over charge for the French because it was a "long French" and they wouldn't accept my coupon that I was sent for the whole bill and even after pointing out that we weren't happy which I don't do often no one bothered to offer to fix it and the owners were right there. I haven't been here since maybe the beginning of the year! Since I typically book with Vanessa however she is no longer here which is sad. But I really like the establishment they are very kind prices are great and I enjoy the fact typically no kids are here. Today I saw Mike for the first time. He was better then I accept but I wish he would have taken just a bit more time on cutting my nails and cleaning them up at first he rushed through and now I understand why he has someone coming in after me which I get but when you run late with your previous customer you can't rush through your current client. First time I went to get a pedi I got Lucy. Everything was great. Shape, massage, etc ... Unfortunately, Lucy was on vacation when I tried to get in and so I ended up with Tina. I had specifically requested a good technician. I was reassured that she gives the best pedicures - maybe? Now one thing I don't understand that seems to be industry standard here in Vegas is that just because I don't look at my feet consistently, it doesn't mean you get to be SLOPPY with polish application. I usually give a first look when I put my socks on but I don't inspect each toe individually in the salon- that's a bit weird. Anyways - this is what I paid 80 dollars for... see pic - just gross. Chi is a miracle worker. I came to him for the first time a year ago because I was having issues with my big toenail and I knew I needed help from someone who knew their stuff- Chi knows his stuff!! He's popular for a good reason, so book him online ahead of time. Some pedicures feel like something I could do myself at home. His pedicures are truly therapeutic. He does Reiki and whether you believe it or not doesn't matter. It feels amazing and he puts so much energy into his treatments. The best massage I've ever had, I notice the tender spots and they're always gone by the time I leave. He loves what he does and you can feel it. They recently redid the inside of their space and it's so clean and chic and the massage chairs are comfy and not overly aggressive (If you know you know) They take their time and you don't feel like you're being rushed through an assembly line.
