Later, from 4pm-6pm I believe buffet is a little more expensive but the buffet is usually stocked with fresh hot food. In between those "best times" I imagine it's a challenge to keep food at it's highest quality because there aren't so many customers. You just need to ask for something to be made fresh and it's usually not a problem for them to get it ready for you.
