When I approached the door, I found it to be locked with a clock sign saying the attendant would return at 12:45. It's now 12:53 and I've been waiting for my uhaul reservation key since 12. This is a beautiful display of lack of professionalism and there is no reason based on my reservation that they should have made me come inside for a key, rather than give me a code to a lock box where they key should have been left for me based on my reservation. I booked a virtual check in reservation. This storage place should pay for my uhaul due to this major inconvenience and others waiting on me for furniture delivery. Not only delaying my day, but the day of several others. Who knows when they will actually return and deliver my key to me.

It turns out that these people were full-on pushing furniture down the stairs in my building. 9 AM on a Saturday. I thought it was a resident initially so I came out to ask them how they thought that could possibly be okay, and found out it was a MOVING SERVICE. I'd highly recommend Haul All if you thoroughly hate everyone in your building and don't care about your furniture being pushed down the stairs. They then proceeded to park their rusting truck directly next to only the parking lot exit, obstructing the view of oncoming traffic on a busy road. Just absurd all around. No sense of courtesy or consideration for others. Edit: here's my response to the owner's reply: 9 AM is too early to throw furniture down the stairs. It's not normal to push furniture on a dolly down the stairs. If you read the review, you'd have seen the part where I said I spoke to them. It's illegal to park within 5 feet of any public or private driveway so they were parked illegally. There isn't anything insulting in here, just facts. Make an effort to run a respectable, courteous business and you won't get reviews like this. Nobody who is throwing furniture down stairs upsetting 30+ people is going to benefit from some "advice" and it's not my job to advise your employees on common sense. Wild response from you.

I ordered tapes here and also had them sewn on since it can take over a week on base. $2 to remove Velcro and $3 per badge to sew on. It does add up quick, but if you're in a pinch this is the place to fo. Overall, I think the price is competitive with other seamstress stores and with the base store. Thomas Nametags is conveniently located right off base as well, so you won't have to worry about going far to pick up your items.

This happened from my daughter's door to the parking lot (there aren't any cliffs). We were compensated about $200 for a brand new $1800 refrigerator. We didn't want to tie up our time suing so we didn't. We had a Factory service tech come out to see if it could be repaired because the compressor was making loud noises. He said that it was both leaning and twisted after using a laser measuring device and wasn't worth trying to repair. Pretty impressive but not in a good way.

What's more, I noticed that for much of that time (about an hour), the movers were standing around doing nothing but talking on the phone to a friend. I tried to encourage them to get back at it several times, but after a few minutes, they just went back to standing around. I wouldn't mind them taking a break, except they charged me for their idle time. What's more, since I had to move a piano, they needed three movers to be present, which increased the hourly cost. Takeaways: don't trust the estimate, expect to be overcharged.
