Sadly, my external 750 GB hard drive recently died, which contained ALL of my daughter's first five years of photos, my wife's entire music library, and several audio/video projects for my business. I had my data drive die recently. All our pictures and documents gone. And of course, even though I know better, I had no backups. I started recording and writing music on my home computer about 6 years ago. Two years ago, my hard drive--which contained all my sessions--crashed. Secure Data Recovery did an excellent job in recovering the data from my Hard Drive. I have been using a Mac Book Pro since mid-2012 and never had a hard drive crash till August 2014. I think that Secure Data Recovery did an excellent job in recovering most of my family pictures which I unfortunately had not backed up anywhere. The process was easy as I dropped it off in a Seattle location and they were quick to respond to my request for service. I REALLY had a great Customer Service Rep, probably one of the best I have ever had. Chris was an awesome support as I awaiting the verdict on my data. My hard drive crashed a few weeks ago after my 2 year old son tripped on the cord and it fell to the floor and I could not get any folders to open. On the hard drive was a number of personal folders, pictures, and videos including pictures from our recent trip to Italy. 5/13/2014 You can imagine the fear I had when I realized that my external drive had crashed! I work at a Police Department and was very upset that 11 years of work was on the hard drive.
