Had to get a live scan for a part time job I was getting. The first impression i got when I walked in was cleanliness. It was very organized. I was there maybe 15 min. They're super nice and quick. I would definitely recommend this place!

Went in to get a Department of Justice background check. It was convenient, the rep was professional, and they honored the $5 Yelp discount even though it wasn't available with the Yelp check-in. It's nice that they were conveniently located near where I live. Their prices are reasonable too. I would recommend them if you're looking for notary or background-check type services.

I came to secure LiveScan about 6 months ago for my elementary volunteering fingerprinting so I could help on field trips. I had a great experience then so here's my recent experience this past week: My nursing license was up for renewal the end of this month so like my usual procrastinator self for this thing, I renewed with my CEUs 12 days before expiration finished my application online and realized crap I need LiveScan fingerprints done?! The ones done when I sat for my boards don't count anymore?! Quick calls around local places states a few places stopped LiveScan services due to COVID19 but luckily secure LiveScan still was up and running. Thanks to their machine recording, I was able to confirm and plan for the next morning. The message recording stated masks were required so I was even happier to give them business since they were fully complying with the orders for masks. I went in at 10:05 am (opened at 10), there was a sign on the door with a person wearing a mask, stating "masks are required", there was a tray marked "clean pens" and a cup marked "dirty pens" for sign in. Still good! I signed in and was seen right away. The guy working there was a very nice older gentleman. Masked and gloved up he reassured me that everything was disinfected the night before when he left. Fingerprints were done in about 5 mins and I paid and left. Two days later, fingerprints were at the BRN with DOJ and FBI clearance confirmed and my license was renewed! Thanks secure LiveScan!

Awesome place to get your fingerprints taken. Went in on a Wednesday and was lucky enough to work with Chuck. He was quick and knew exactly what he was doing. They seemed to have brand new equipment and only had to take my fingerprints once. Cost is exactly what I thought it would be, will be back if the need arises again! read more

Great customer service. I had to wait because I was a walk-in. the person in front of me was an older lady and it was her first time getting printed - the guy who worked there was incredibly sweet with her and explained everything, answered all her questions, etc. and it was just really nice to see good customer service. My prints took awhile but the guy was equally apologetic, patient and very nice. read more

I've had to have live scan's done several times in the past but this was by far the best experience. Normally I'd go to the sheriffs department across the street but that was before I knew this place existed. It's walk ins only an I waited maybe a total of 5 minutes. Not only was the wait short, the staff was very friendly and conversational. The process took less than 5 minutes which I shorter than any I've had in the past. The equipment they used looked modern and took really clear scans. They also have a record for less resubmissions meaning the scan gets processed faster. read more

Needed their services so I called them. Pleasant male answered the phone, said they provide the services I need and they are open thru lunch. I went to their offices, filled out the appropriate paperwork, and was in and out of their - all done- in less than 15 minutes. Nice clean office. Pleasant office staff. Nice, quick, efficient. Earlier this year I was scanned for fingerprints. I came back saying fingerprints were NOT readable. They also inputted the wrong number!!!!! I went to a different live scan in Mission Viejo. they said there were no problems with my fingerprints!!!! These people don't know what you're doing along with taking no responsibility. read more

I endorse this place 100% All of the 5-Star reviews here are for a reason. Fast, but extremely precise and careful. This is their specialty. Not like these UPS/post office stores who do a hundred things. When it comes to your fingerprints and govt agencies---you want perfection. Cheaper than other places. Last time I was printed at a UPS store--clerk transposed my ATI code. Held up my job application for months, cost more and I had to do it over again!!!! Thank God I found this place. Don't waste your time looking for anything better. read more

I learned from Ariana and some shops in Anaheim that fees depend on type of background check needed, and whether needs are for a volunteer or employee. I am impressed with their service and kindness, as they even printed a few copies of our form ahead of time so that we can hand out our forms to future volunteers ahead of time. This is above and beyond, as generally, places require you to bring your form filled out. We even got a great restaurant rec on the way out :D. I first went to Aliso sheriff station to get live scan and they were completely booked And not taking any more appointments until October, however one of the deputies encouraged me too go to secure live scan which was directly across the street. Everybody in the office there were two males and one female was so pleasantly nice and it only cost me $20 and it took me less than five minutes. The man that took my fingerprints Carried on a nice conversation which is rare nowadays I would tell all my friends that need to get a live scan for either working in the schools or for their job to go to secure live scan cheap fast and everybody was great.
