I've had to have live scan's done several times in the past but this was by far the best experience. Normally I'd go to the sheriffs department across the street but that was before I knew this place existed. It's walk ins only an I waited maybe a total of 5 minutes. Not only was the wait short, the staff was very friendly and conversational. The process took less than 5 minutes which I shorter than any I've had in the past. The equipment they used looked modern and took really clear scans. They also have a record for less resubmissions meaning the scan gets processed faster. read more

I had to wait because I was a walk-in. the person in front of me was an older lady and it was her first time getting printed - the guy who worked there was incredibly sweet with her and explained everything, answered all her questions, etc. and it was just really nice to see good customer service. My prints took awhile but the guy was equally apologetic, patient and very nice. read more

Earlier this year I was scanned for fingerprints. I came back saying fingerprints were NOT readable. They also inputted the wrong number!!!!! I went to a different live scan in Mission Viejo. they said there were no problems with my fingerprints!!!! These people don't know what you're doing along with taking no responsibility. read more

I endorse this place 100% All of the 5-Star reviews here are for a reason. Fast, but extremely precise and careful. This is their specialty. Not like these UPS/post office stores who do a hundred things. When it comes to your fingerprints and govt agencies---you want perfection. Cheaper than other places. Last time I was printed at a UPS store--clerk transposed my ATI code. Held up my job application for months, cost more and I had to do it over again!!!! Thank God I found this place.
