That's not the point. I didn't have a problem with the forms. I was quite cheerful as we are excited about this adoption. Perhaps maybe your staff can explain that over the phone or in your advertisement regarding the forms as she could of easily told me when I called to ask for information. Solid service here. I called to ask if they needed a printout of my form because my printer wasn't working-no problem. Guy on the phone was pleasant and offered to handle the form in the office if I forwarded them the PDF.
