This is an update to my previous review. I was quite angry that I paid to have my RV plugged to electricity, but they never did it. I had decided to give them another chance, as they corrected the mistake and appeared to be sincere. I am happy to state they kept their word and had my RV hooked up to electricity, and when we picked up the RV, it was good to go. It was a great experience. I also want to mention that the place is always clean. There is no debris or trash anywhere. If you store it outside, it is protected by a high voltage fence for added security. read more

The new Riverside Location, the manager is a cranky man. The business is built within a community with a school directly across the street. The manager will not allow anyone to park in his business and will scream/yell at families with children. You would think he would be a good neighbor and let families park for a quick 20 minutes to safely get children in and out of school. Or at least ask nicely for people not to park there. The manager has no care for his surrounding community and is just mean. I would not store anything here or recommend this business because of his actions. read more

We store our trailer here because our next door neighbors referred us. Our neighbors have stored their 5th wheel trailer there for a few years. We are so impressed by their service. First I have access to drop off or pick up my trailer 24/7. They also will check and fill your tires and start your refrigerator. All their staff has been great. Many years ago I had stored my motorhome at a different storage place with limited hours of pick up and drop off. I would go to pick it up after they we're supposed to be open and someone was late or blocking the entrance. It drove me crazy. I'm so glad to find a storage company where I can get or drop off anytime. read more

I was charged a late fee of 10 dollars a day.I didn't know i was late it went up to 260. More than the storage fee Management also was unprofessional continued to yell at me on the phone. I was also informed they called me several times to inform me I was late No phone call documented on my phone from them. read more

I just moved over here from Victoria Storage. Got an indoor spot here from a recommendation from my friend who also keeps his at this facility. Victoria was closer to the home, but you can't beat the indoor storage and the "valet" service. They also provide services such as propane, detailing, and even repair. The facility is protected and seems to be ran very well by Chad, the manager and Jim, the front office worker. Both are great guys who are very accommodating and attentive. I wish it was a little closer but it's well worth the extra ten minute drive. The prices are also very reasonable. I hope everything stays the same. If it does, I'll be a customer for a very long time! Btw... Victoria is great but the prices were getting more and more expensive! read more

Interesting business practices. They don't want your business unless you are long term. Offered to pay more since we are moving and just needed a short term solution. They had no interest. Chad is no longer employed here. I can only speak as to my dealings with this business. I've never had a problem here. I store a 38' motor home here. I've been a customer here for over 7 years. I was one of the first to move my coach from here from a facility in Mira Loma that lost its lease. If you're looking for a clean, safe and secure facility to store your boat, coach, trailer, etc, this it it. The staff has always been courteous and professional with me. They always have my coach ready for pickup when I request it. They always check your tire pressure before pulling out your coach, and they'll turn on the refrigerator at your request. You can also get your coach washed and detailed inside and out by here also by an outside vendor that comes to the facility. I can personally vouch for the quality of their work, it's excellent. I store my rig inside. I have it washed 2-3 times a year. I recommend The Toy Locker if you're looking for a safe and secure place to store your toys. Britt and staff will take good care of you. On September 1,2018 my husband and I came to TOY LOCKER INC. met with the Management Team. Brett the manager gave us the tour of the establishment inside and out. We were very impressed and seen how many rental spots were being used in a secured and clean building. In the office Brett explained the added services they offer for our Toy-hauler RV and the 2 types of affordable rental space. We signed up right then and there. We never had a problem and never a worry over our RV. I had my boat stored here for a year and never had to worry about putting the cover on. Boat was kept clean staying inside and when I wanted to pick it up they would put it on the charger and check the trailer tires. These guys have a good set up and makes it really easy for pick up and drop off. Unfortunately we had to vacate because we moved. 100% satisfied. read more

Britt is great very helpful and cares for the customers. I was a long time customer and pulled a 25 foot flatbed trailer out and wanted to replace it with another 25 foot trailer all in the month I have already paid for. That leaves my 40 foot motor home and the exact sized trailer I have had in storage for a long time. Chad raised the rate by 65 dollars a month due to a change from a flat bed to a boat trailer. Not good business when I have my rent autopaid every month. I found another storage inside for less than before.....watch the rates if you want to just change out units. I would not suggest doing business with someone like Chad. read more

My wife and I recently arranged for indoor RV storage through the Toy Locker in Rialto. We have found the entire staff to be extremely helpful, very responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. Because we are not allowed to park our RV near our home, it is reassuring the staff always ensures our battery is in good condition, the tires are properly inflated, and will turn on the refrigerator and add fresh water if requested. Awesome. I drive up, and I walk away. When I need my RV, it's all ready for the trip. Tires are aired-up and the fridge is cold. I had some maintenance done right there! Herman is a hero, and never had to take it into a shop. Yup. It is a bit pricey, but the service is worth it, and the indoor option saves wear and sun abuse. My husband and I say this is one of the best decisions we have made! We had two previous storage lockers that we were responsible for pulling our trailer in and out of. The stress was overwhelming when they pack you in there with like 3 feet between RV's. The toy locker pulls and stages your RV for you and you pull up and take off. This is a great place to store your toys - whether it be a travel trailer, 5th wheel, boat, car, etc. Toy Locker Storage takes pride in making sure your toys are secured and cared for. I like the convenience of having my trailer out front ready for me to hook up and drive away, equal goes to when I drop it off and they place it back in storage.
