I just had my ADT security system installed. Best investment I have made. I've known Danny for more than half of my life, so when I started becoming very concerned about the location I was living in, I immediately contacted him. I am so happy that he is in this business because I prefer to deal with people I know and trust (my car doesn't even get touched by people I don't know). His response time must be a part of the ADT protocol.... He called me immediately to discuss my concerns. Being a girl/woman living in a not so desirable location is an unnerving feeling. Ladies you know why we usually travel in packs. Danny spent almost an hour on the phone with me going over my concerns. I am pretty impressed with the technology that is now offered to protect my belongings and myself. I know that financially I am not going to be able to replace my belongings if something were to happen. I have insurance, but that will not notify me if someone has accessed my garage, storage, or my home. I live in a tri-level condo, where my garage is on the bottom floor (disconnected from my house), my storage is on the same floor but not connected to the garage, and I am on the second floor. In the recent past my neighbors garage was broken into and my other neighbor's car was broken into. Both of these incidents happened right outside my open bedroom window and I didn't hear a thing. Today my neighbor knocked on my door to make sure I was locking up as she was warned that there was a man with a gun, fleeing police in our neighborhood. I'm sure some will say why don't you move. That is not always an option nor affordable. Sharing all of that with Danny was a huge help in deciding what I needed and what I could afford. 1 night out to dinner is more than worth the piece of mind I now have. Because my garage is not attached to my house Danny suggested that I get the remote. The remote is very convenient for me. I can pull up to my garage, point the remote at my bedroom window and disarm the alarm and park my car Vs. parking in the red zone (security loves me) disarming then coming back to park. Same goes for leaving in morning (or whenever). I can tell, you no matter how much time I give myself, I will be late. The remote is great!!!!!!!!!!! Walk out with all 3 of my bags, open the garage, pull the car out, close the garage, & click the remote (house is armed). It can't get any easier than that right? I have motion detectors; all of my doors have sensors & this amazing little remote. BTW this awesome remote is on my keys, which now are on my nightstand vs. in my purse. The main keypad is in the front of the house. If someone were to come in and I forgot to arm the house, I can arm the alarm from where ever I am and hit the panic button to call for the police. Can't go wrong with that. The process was very easy. Danny took my information over the phone and sent me documents to sign digitally. The account is set up on auto draft, which is awesome because I don't need one more thing to do each month. The installation was quick and easy. The tech went thru the how to and was very through ( he made sure to turn his head as I entered my passcode). Danny came by to make sure everything went well and tested the remote and sensors with me. I must say I am very impressed with the customer service and follow up by Danny and the ADT team. Robert his technician came out the next day and checked all our sensors as well as set up our system.
