This review is well over due. I needed to have a handful of locks replaced in January of this year due to a long time squatter issue. The locks were to be replaced right after the deputies did a sweep of the property. Ben was on time and so easy to work with. Unfortunately, the squatters had basically destroyed most of the doors and windows so the deputies advised that changing the locks was pointless. Ben was patient, fair and gave us a good price for the house call and time spent. What impressed me most of all was the empathy and compassion he had for the mild mannered dog the squatters left on the property with no food or water. She was deathly afraid of us and had definitely been abused. He seemed genuinely concerned about her wellbeing. So, in a nutshell, i will definitely call B and M for any locksmith needs I may have in the future. Ben, You,ll be happy to know that a few weeks later we were able to rescue her.
