If I had to rate this store, I would give it a 0 out of 10…read more This was an awful experience. I went into AT&T to get a new phone and was met with pushy, slimy sales tactics instead of actual customer service. The staff focused entirely on upselling unnecessary add-ons, avoided giving clear answers, and rushed through the important details. It felt misleading and dishonest, like they cared more about screwing me over and money in their pockets than helping a customer make the right choices. I have been on the phone with AT&T for several hours trying to clean up the mess they made. Since it has been over 14 days everyone is saying they cannot help the situation. I went back up to this store to see what their explanation was behind all of this and all he said was "I don't know, I guess it was a mistake." I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. Buying a phone should be simple, not something that feels manipulative. This experience completely destroyed my trust for AT&T. I would not recommend this AT&T store to anyone. If you value transparency and respect, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I am posting an update to my complaint. I have been contacted by the corporate office by the name…read moreof Vandon D. He worked with to recent issue with AT&T. Very much appreciated and gave some hope back in "humanity". He fixed the problem that I had with the AT&T store in St. Louis. This shows me that AT&T really does want our business. With that being said, thank you Vandon for your help in fixing my issue. You went over and beyond what Verizon would have ever done. Thank you.

I want to commend the excellent service and support provided by ABF Security. The personal service…read moreprovided by Amanda Cullen is simply best in class. I came to ABF from a Ring monitoring subscription and the difference in protection and service is substantial. I recently was traveling and a storm knocked out my system and caused some strange behavior. I was able to engage ABF support via text message using the plane WiFi and with their help enable the cleaning people to access house without tripping the alarm. Remote diagnostics were run and Josh from ABF was out the next day with a fix and also some additional insight on what my ABf system can do with advanced smart home tech. ABF does so much more than simply provide monitoring and they are worth their price. If you are using inexpensive and basic alarm systems, I highly recommend upgrading with AbF and gaining enhanced protection and peace of mind. They are part of the Alarm.com ecosystem which means it's the most advanced and always evolving in its simplicity. Thanks Amanda Cullen for going above and beyond!

I used this company solely because my landlords at the time had them install a fire monitoring…read moresystem. The installation and equipment were significantly overpriced, roughly triple the cost of other providers. From the outset, we encountered ongoing issues: technicians were dispatched multiple times to fix problems, but the issue remained unresolved. I was billed for an invoice and for a monitoring service that did not function. My calls to obtain results went unanswered. As a result, I stopped paying for a service that was not working. The account was subsequently turned over to collections, despite my continued attempts to contact both the company and the collection agency. I am now facing a lawsuit for over $6,000. This dispute could have been avoided if the installation and service had been performed correctly from the start.

Avoid this location at all costs. I had a really bad experience with their reps. I left my phone…read moreon the bumper of my truck, which was totally my fault. I used Life 360 to locate the last time it was pinged which was in the median of the interstate. I spend 40 minutes looking for my sim card which was terrifying as trucks were flying by going 70+ MPH honking at me. I was able to locate my case and my screen protector but never found my Sim card. I then headed straight to the AT&T, which was the worst decision of my life. I still had 10 payments on my old phone and the rep told me that I couldn't buy out my old phone, to be eligible for the upgrade discounts. I asked several times why I couldn't, but he made up some non-sense. I was pretty frazzled and wasn't thinking straight knowing that I was only going to be able to recover some of my data. The rep told me that the best thing for me to do was to add a new line so I wouldn't have to pay $600+ due to my cell phone credits I received when I traded in my old phone. I finally broke down and let him add a line to the account which was against my better judgement. I left the store feeling like I got hosed. I used my new phone to lookup some information on my account and found that I just needed to pay $335 to be eligible for the new phone discounts. I then called AT&T customer service who also informed me that I had insurance on one of the phones on my family plan which made me eligible to file a claim. The customer service rep told me to cancel the line, I needed to return the phone, and have the rep cancel the line he just added. I went back in and returned the phone and the rep refused to cancel the line he just forced me to purchase. I then called customer service again and they told me that they couldn't cancel a line over the phone. Now I have no phone, and an extra line that I didn't want or need. Please join me in boycotting this location so that this doesn't happen to anyone again.
