    Terrible, stay away! This is what my husband's brand new 2019 Jeep compass looks like every time it rains. This joke of a dealership claims to only have a leak specialist once or twice per month. Worst of all? They refuse to provide us with a loaner vehicle until they are able to fix this issue. What kind of dealership does not have loaner cars for their customers? The "supervisors" and "managers" here are incredibly rude, yet they claim to pride themselves in excellent customer service. It is no wonder that I had to escalate this case to Jeep and their corporate team. I will make sure to escalate this even further until I am given a solution. I will ensure that both Jeep and this so called "dealership" are held accountable for their disregard for our safety and their refusal to fix this vehicle.

    Brought my brand new charger Hellcat in for check engine light was on they dismantled my motor scratched the paint and refused to fix it

    Brought my brand new charger Hellcat in for service because check engine light came on they completely dismantled the engine scratched up the paint, threw all the parts in the trunk and told me they were denying warranty on my car that has 3000 miles on it wouldn't give me a reason why charge me $1,200 for Diagnostic and told me to remove the car immediately or I would be billed for storage this after having spent over $220,000 buying for vehicles from them in the last 18 months. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!

    Mileage "Out"  I find it extremely unlikely that my vehicle was test driven/road tested for 27 miles?

    In good faith I spoke to Minka & Darilyn Whitlock to try an amicably resolve my complaint & concerns. Security Dodge adamantly refuse to do anything at all. They adamantly refuse to correct the paperwork that I feel is fraudulent, & they adamantly refuse to correct the wrong date & they refuse to do anything at all to make this horrible and horrendous ordeal right. I can not express enough my total disgust & dissatisfaction with this dealership & what I feel are totally unethical & unscrupulous business practices. I feel that they take advantage of & deceive people with disabilities . I strongly suggest & feel that you record your mileage before dropping off your vehicles so you do not get cheated & screwed and left with no gas. I'm not happy with my vehicle being used in a manner that it was not authorized or permitted for. Why should I be responsible for replacing fuel that I feel that they deliberately used & wasted to go on lunch runs or to drive home? This is certainly not right or fair & not what I expected. How can you explain a 27 mile trip & the discrepancy with my mileage? Not to mention that i left my vehicle with a half of tank of fuel & I got it back with less than 1/4 tank of fuel?

    I have been to some horrible dealerships (Bayside Jeep) and decided to drive the extra 40 minutes to Security. Upon arrival I was greeted by David G. I knew what I wanted and he had the truck right on the lot for me. After going through all the details on the Jeep we went inside to discuss the numbers. I didn't feel pressured and was explained all our options. David G. made the entire process painless and easy. So glad I made the trip out there cause I left with my new truck. I would recommend this dealership over any other in my neighborhood and yours! BUT most importantly when you go ask for David G!

I closed my deal with Evan, but then Chris stated he's the one who runs this place and I should communicate with him to get things done, NO COMMUNICATION HAPPENS WHATSOEVER!!! I have called mostly EVERY DAY for the past month and all I get is "I'll have him call you" but no one cares to reach back... DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AND ONCE YOU SIGN OFF YOUR "deal" FORGET IT, you're on your own. It breaks my heart that I bought my first car from them, it was my dreamed car (Alfa Romeo Stelvio) and I finally had the credit and state to get it but If I could take it back, I WOULD DEFINITELY DO SO!!!! My experience has been ATROCIOUS, HORRENDUS, DREADFUL and soooo time consuming!!!!! The worst place ever, READ the reviews and believe the words of the clients,costumers, consumers... But I kept refreshing on car gurus and found this vehicle. I had gone to multiple dealerships where They had a price listed but then when I was the price, it was $3000 more somehow... Not here, Riccie was fair and allowed me anytime because I was the first one so when he knew that I was interested he held the Vehicle for me. The vehicle is in Massapequa New York so I needed a little bit of time since I live in Bergen County, New Jersey, which is about an hour and a half away with traffic. It was about two hours. He was very communicative about the whole process and how to get everything set up beforehand in case I decided to take the vehicle so that way it will be a quick transaction and I was not obligated to take the vehicle if I decided against it. I had a wonderful experience. The car was detailed beautifully. He was 100% true to price. The price he had listed was the price I went home at and since I'm out of state I will go to the DMV myself which is fine. He helped me get my enterprise vehicle to enterprise and then sent a car to pick me up. Overall, I was really pleasantly surprised that I absolutely loved the car to drive down get in the car during the test I'd be allowed to have that time with the car to feel how I felt and I opened every window and everyone doors and everything used each car was awesome When my car was totaled, I was so afraid that I was not at the front a car that was as nice since I had just spent 15,000 on it last year and insurance never gives you the same amount but I found a car that I honestly think is nicer and although it had a little bit more miles like by 10,000 maybe this brand will last longer than the car I had and I couldn't be happier. As I was talking to Vinny , this guy Miami comes to tell me to shut up.... like he owns the business or as if he had answers for my problem. No one invited you to this conversation! Vinny has no caliber to be a Manager, He was not aware that the machine was down. He never got up from his chair or invited me into his office to discuss the issue. He shout everything from his comfortable chair. Someone could've come to me as soon as I walked in that morning and said the machine was down and offer solutions. No one did. I found out the hard way after 1hr and 20 mins. I asked for my car key and took my business somewhere else. It's very unfortunate... such poor customer service.... Even the guy that checks in cars Miami came to make a scene and scream at me, been so disrespectful... and this is all in front of Vinny, the Customer Service Manager !!!! We've been buying KIA's since 1999... and this is by far the worst experience. Hope the owners take notice and most importantly all potential customers out there... I did weeks of research with pricing, different cars and extensive dealership reviews. Frontline had predominantly positive reviews and a car in my price range. EVERY other dealership and I MEAN every, other dealership would have a price but fine print would always be "after $3000 down" etc. so in reality they are listing low to get you In and hoping you don't notice fine print. Frontline Auto , the price is the price. Went there and spoke with Artie. He was very helpful, down to earth and Zero pressure. None . We drove the car. Liked the car. Asked some questions and after I got my insurance taken care of got cashiers check bought car that's it. Went over final details with Dennis his partner, also was great. Offered extended warranty , but I declined for now. And that was it. So to recap. Honest dealership. No pressure , good prices. would buy a car again. (As long as this one doesn't implode in a month etc. lol) Thanks guys

They couldn't have fixed my car and got over a grand out of me like every…read moreplace else I was bringing the car but this place told me to junk my car because the rust underneath was so bad it wasn't worth fixing. I took their advice because they provided detailed photos of how bad under my car was. They charged me nothing for all the photos and time they took to look at it. I brought my car home and junked it a few days later.
