DON'T TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS!! THIS BUSINESS GIVES A RENTAL DISCOUNT FOR GOOD REVIEWS!! The new management of this facility has run it into the ground. First, they told me that I would have to change storage units because they were doing repairs in and around my existing one. Not only did they increase the rent on the new unit (after telling me it would remain the same), they moved our bankers boxes (full of business records) into the new unit in such a careless manner, many boxes were damaged, contents spilled out and strewn around the floor (which was filthy). I wish I could post all of the photos here. Not only that, several boxes placed directly on the ground were severely water damaged. In addition, and despite numerous requests that they invoice us, management consistently failed to do so and charged us late fees -- and then the manager blamed us for not receiving the invoices! The manager (who is a real piece of work) then had the audacity to tell me he was "filled with the holy spirit" and thus could not have done anything wrong. read more

This place is terrible, reviews are only given here because they offer $15 per month off rent for reviewing them. We had mice so bad they chewed up our boxes, water that leaked into our unit which ruined some belongings, and mold was present. The staff did not offer any help when we complained about the mice which was in the traps every time we went to our unit, 2-3 each time. One of their staff said mice were also in the office. They are not doing enough to keep the mice out. We regret renting here. They also rent to the homeless which we were told in the beginning this would not happen. read more

I looked for several storages around Escondido but either it was way to cheap and unsafe to really expensive and not flexible with hours. From the first time I came to visit the place, Felix and his wife, have been more than helpful and accommodating. Helped me find the right size to my needs. I came in this week to see my items and my items look good, no issues. when storage, I recommend to use plastic boxes, wrapped up your furniture. I did not see a spider when I was there one can tell when someone sprays and take care of the place. The price is fair, customer services is great as well, good location, secured. I've been with this storage company for over a year and seen on site mangers come and come but this new couple, Sam and Carmen are on it. I can tell they know what there doing and are here to serve the customers needs. It's cleaner now and I just get a good vibe from them. This place is cool, thy let you come in late of you give them advance notice up to about 9 or 10pm. Had to make a move and had to store things here, they had a special at the time which was cool too. Only thing is watch out for FLEAS!! My legs got attacked by them and omg I was freaking out like a little girl I won't lie. Lol there were probably around 10-20 fleas around both my legs and socks since I was wearing shorts. Overall it's just another storage place I'm assuming. read more

Incredible staff, have dealt with 3 or 4 employees and have always had great visit. I have rented units for 5+ years and this is the best. I have never seen bugs, mice or water.
