We are relocating from the Bay Area to Sparks, and in need of a storage unit. Not knowing anybody in the Nevada area, we started making random calls. Our second call was to Security Public Storage, and Art answered our call! He is the kindest, knowledgable, and upbeat individual to meet. When I told him we were relocating to Nevada, without a beat, he said Welcome to Sparks! When we met with him later the same day, about a half hour before the business office closed, he welcomed us with the same personality as he did on the phone, and didn't rush us, took his time showing us different units, and talking to us about renting a U-haul truck. He didn't mention the time either! I mention the time, because on the way to the storage location, I received a call back from the first storage unit call I made, and she mentioned that she was at the location until 6, but it being 4:45, it was getting late to rent a unit, and that the next day would be better for her to meet with us. read more

What a terrific experience!! Lucinda and Sean were absolutely top-notch in customer service. I rented a 14' truck to drive to San Diego and was completely unfamiliar with the area and procedure. Lucinda was courtesy and helpful on the phone, and even better in person. Sean was great with directions and suggestions about getting around town. The truck was ready to go when I got there, and spotless. The office was clean and neat. We even shared some great stories about real life "storage wars"! This review is in regards to the service I received from Art when I was renting my U-haul. I had reserved a Budget truck for a long distance move to CA and last minute, they told us that the truck we had reserved was not available. Luckily we were able to secure a U-haul truck here. When I got in, everything was ready--truck and auto tower and Art was very helpful and getting us set up. He helped us by making sure we had more than enough mileage available and making sure we had everything, like the dolly and blankets, prepared. He gave us a ton of blankets. Thanks Art! read more

very poor place they are rude wont work with you and will sell all your personal items with out any notice they call u 5 minutes before sale and ask if u wanna keep locker then they tell you by law u can buy it at auction but if not for price of payment u owe they the rest will be turned over to collection so beware and stay away from this company and they are bbb accredited so cnt report them there renters of lockers beware of theses people and the homeless people they let stay in there lockers read more

Carmela was extremely friendly and helpful. At the time of arrival they only had a few open units midway through I feard that I would need a larger unit that was not available. I explained the situation to Carmela and she found one. I ended uo not needing it however completely appreciated the fact that she went out of her way to fnd me one. Irma, who works in the office, gets 5 stars for sure. She was helpful with our Uhaul rental (which can be picked up at this same property), prompt with her replies, and knowledgeable. We were able to find a discounted rate, which made a huge difference to us because moving is already so expensive. The unit was easily accessible. I got my 5x10 Oct. 11. Lorena saved one for me until I got there after 3:30. She's quite a big heart for a little gal. She took care of my paper work but had to wait in the office til the other reciptionist came in to take the mother and 2kids to check a unit. after 5 min. she said..lets all go..we'll do both! This was our first time renting a uhaul from these guys. They made the entire process so easy. We were helpimg our son move and didnt think we were going to need to rent one, turned out we did after all. When I called Nancy was very nice and I was able to get a storage unit the same day and she also helped me afterwards with the easiest and convient method to pay the rent.
