I asked if he can come at 10am, to my surprise, he came 9:30am and began working quietly. It was VERY HOT that day and I felt so bad because he was ALONE working but he was so fast and efficient, finished the job, and just left without me knowing LOL! The property looked so much better! This was 4 months of overgrown weeds all over the property. Even though he was alone and it was hot, he worked so hard to help make our home look better and we're so thankful! He removed the roots carefully, paid close attention to detail, and surprised us by applying weed killer between the pavers and shrubs. Our family was impressed. For the 2nd visit in March 2026, unfortunately the company did not meet the same standard. We communicated via the same number, so they were aware of that we were interested in the same work as before last year (weed removing, trimming of tree shrub) This time, a different employee (H.H.), performed the work. He trimmed the trees and shrubs a bit more quickly than Francisco did, which was not an issue in itself. However, he didn't remove the overgrown roots, but rather just trimmed them, which caused the plants to grow back much faster than before. He also didn't apply any weed killer. After we paid via Zelle, we noticed that our 24-hr security sign had been snapped in half and left on the same spot it was planted. No shrubs were around that area. The employee didn't mention to us at all, but when we asked him what happened, he initially said he didn't know. Only after we saw pictures showing that the sign was intact, he apologized. Additionally, another blue security sign next to our AT&T fiber box was missing. The sign had been in place for months and was clearly visible from the driveway since the shrubs didn't fully cover it. The worker claimed he never saw it. We understand accidents can happen, but the lack of communication and transparency is unfortunate. We are likely moving on to another company.

Whatever questions you need to ask, he will answer via your text or calls right away and get back to you as soon as he is able to. Communication is the thing that I really value from the contractors. Job verbally guaranteed for a month , and not honored . Basically the manner in which the job was done was 30% for which I paid 100% out of seeing/expecting the best in people . Due to excitement from the thought of having a beautiful front yard I was anxious to see the quote but it really didn't bother me much as I understand they were probably busy. The problem came after I responded to the quote informing him I would have to wait for now due to the price being more than I anticipated. I had previously briefly mentioned to him about another small cement job and in the same email response asked him if he could give me an idea of how much that would be. The thought was I'd first do the smaller job and then eventually save up for the big job. But he didn't reply. I followed up with another email and also a text several days apart, but still no response. Nonetheless I got the feeling he blew me off simply because I could not currently afford the big job. As a potential client, it's hard for me to imagine a person in business would burn a bridge so willingly and carelessly. I have the money and most definitely will pay the right person to do the job. But evidently Ralph doesn't have time to deal with someone not prepared to shell out at that very moment or someone cost conscious taking steps to inform himself in preparation for the job. Very disappointed.
