I can't say enough about how much we loved our wine tour with JB! We were so excited that they were willing to pick us up at our Airbnb since we were staying outside of Sedona in the village of Oak Creek. We also had massages booked in the morning, and asked if we could be picked up after 12:30 so we would have enough time to get ready, and they came right on time! We visited 3 wineries: Alcantara (great service), DA Ranch (great ambiance), and Page Springs (great wines!) Our driver JB and our group truly made the experience. We all became fast friends and JB was truly there with service in mind. From being flexible for pickup and drop off locations (he actually dropped us off at a place for dinner instead of back at our Airbnb!), to being willing to go back and forth from the bar to personally serve us our wine flights, to being extremely knowledgeable about the wines, the Arizona landscape, and the wineries, it truly was the #JBExperience. I definitely recommend this tour company if you have an afternoon in Sedona and want to try out the wine scene! read more

Had the best time celebrating my boyfriends birthday weekend in Sedona this weekend. We got to Sedona early Friday morning and got picked up by Keith our driver for our Sedona wine tour. It's great that they pick you up and drop you off at your hotel so you can drink responsibly! Keith has some great humor and history of Sedona on the way to each winery keeping things fun and interesting. We went to Alcantara, Page Springs, Javalina Leap (where we had our picnic) and Oak Creek wineries. Such a great wine tour which we got a great deal on Groupon. Ok...I saw some poor reviews on here and was somewhat worried. However, when I picked up the phone and talked to people, they made me feel very comfortable. We had the best time on our trip. Cher-yl-line (she goes by Cher sometimes) was the bomb. Totally open and honest and fun with great suggestions at each place we went. Then when you book with this company they get great deals at the wineries, 5$ instead of 10$ for example. So worth the money. I know some people weren't crazy about the bus because the leather was worn on the seats, but it was comfortable, air conditioned, a crazy good radio as we were dancing on the way to the wineries. It was fun and crazy cool. Great way to celebrate an anniversary! read more

He was very knowledgeable about the area and the wineries providing discounts and tips that were not posted. This was a group on ten ladies celebrating a friend's birthday so we were a handful but Jorge was always polite and friendly. He provided a Beautiful snack/lunch that was awesome. We were all quite surprised by his service and attention to detail. He made our day more wonderful. The owners also did a great job working with us (don't buy the Groupon they have a better deal). When working with large groups it can be difficult as we add/delete people but they were always kind and accommodating. We will definitely use them again. read more

Had a tour booked for a Saturday. Booked it a week and a half in advance. Spoke to someone on the phone a couple of times. Was a private tour for two people at about $280 total. Took my cc info. Said they would send email confirmation and we would be good to go. I never received email confirmation so the Friday before the tour I called. No answer-but it said I could send a text. So I texted. No answer. So I called again. They finally texted me back saying they tried contacting me but never were able to and the driver was sick so they have no one to take us. I was very frustrated. Why not answer the phone when I call? Or at least own up to not contacting me. They had my correct number because they had called me when I was booking. Absolutely unprofessional. The Wine tour visit was a highlight of a short Valentine's Day weekend vacation. The pickup and ride from Phoenix was scenic and informative. The intimate setting with two couples created more authentic interaction prior to arriving in Verde Valley for the 4 vineyard visit. Added highlights included speaking with the owner of Javelina Leap Winery, visiting their Barrel Room, and the romantic excursion my girlfriend and I and the additional couple made to the creek below Page Spring Cellars. Alcantara Vineyards served as the punctuation mark, before the enjoyable return to Phoenix. I would like to start off by letting you know that I had a nice coupon for a discount form a Yelp elite party to take advantage of this tour. Our driver Keith was awesome with his knowledge of the Sedona area his timely manner about arriving picking us up and dropping us off and the overall company that he provided. The tours that he took us to at the wineries were very well planned and he chose the wineries that we all had a good time at. The Escalade he picked us up in, was very well presented, clean, and trustworthy. We had an easy time fitting the 6 people in the vehicle. The only reason I dropped from 5 stars to 4, was because I felt a little rushed after the 1st and 2nd wineries. Which is understandable, because Keith has to keep everybody on schedule. But for the price, expecially if you pay full price, I would expect to have a little bit more leeway here and there on the tour. Just a heads up this tour does not include any wine tastings which is OK but just realize that beforehand. It does include a nice picnic style lunch. Another thing to remember is if you pay cash I think you get like a 10% discount, remember that I forgot cash lol. Overall I would do another tour with Sedona wine tours and Keith. especially with his knowledgeable information of Jerome, Cornville, and Sedona on his other tours also. This wine tour was more than we could have asked for, even though we had high expectations going in. Each of the three wineries that we stopped at were different, and special in their own way. The lunch that was provided was filling, and had a unique assortment of meats, cheeses, and bread that coupled great with a variety of wines. I highly recommend Jackie as your driver if given the option, she was personable, patient, and very good at taking photos as well as knowing the best spots to take photos. I purchased a Groupon for my friends and I to attend this tour on a Thursday afternoon. They picked us up from our hotel in a small bus with a group of other wine tasters. The demographic was slightly older but there was equally as many younger adults like myself. It created a good atmosphere and facilitated intriguing conversation between us all. Although unfair, the only reason this is not a 5 star review is due to the first stop on our tour, Alcantara Vineyards. We were there for way too long and the tasting room manager Kerry was needlessly rude to us. She shorted several people of their last wine tasting on our tour and then had the nerve to argue back about it. Why would we argue over a measly sip of wine on our first stop? And regardless of the negative vibes, they carried the worst wine of all 4 locations we visited. Anyway, Sherilynn our driver was magnificent. Upbeat, personable and accommodating. The remainder of the wine tour went smoothly and wine quality progressively better. They even provide a small picnic snack at the 2nd to last location, which cleansed the pallet a bit and revitalized the group. Last minute over half the group decided we wanted to keep the party going to the brewery and Sherilynn without hesitation dropped us all off. The best part about it was just the great conversation between fellow wine tasters and passionate sommeliers. Definitely a fun & SAFE way to explore Sedona/Cottonwood wineries. read more

It includes courtesy pick up from your hotel, visits to four wineries and a picnic. I loved our tour guide Keith. He kept the bus engaged with music, history of Sedona and his jokes. The wineries were so nice. When you stop at them you get about an hour at each one. So your tastings aren't rushed and you get to take in the beautiful views. I loved how all them were different and unique in their own way. I also like the fact we got discounts on our tastings and wine bottles. Booked the tour about two months in advance. Since I hadn't heard from them I called the day before to check-in and wow, their super high tech paper and pencil reservation system had me as cancelled. After a lot of fumbling around they found my entry but I could hear the lady in the background say my phone number with the last two digits backwards. The guy I was on the phone with didn't want to own up to it. Since they don't have backup forms of contact they cancelled me and are now unfortunately booked, too bad. Great. So I called and cancelled my room which fortunately didn't charge a penalty being less than 24 hours. Not even an hour later these guys call back and are like "can you make it, we just had a cancellation". So of course our room was gone, but we were able to find a worse room for a lot more than we paid for our room months ago. Once we get on the bus with everyone they all have drinks with them. We were never told any of this cause we never got "the call" to prep us for the tour everyone else did. Would never recommend this place. Tour was okay but honestly 3 of the 4 places are within a mile of each other. Just go check them out yourself. The tour gets you nothing. You pay for micro sized samples everywhere. read more

George has a wealth of information about the area, especially the town of Jerome. His stories and knowledge really make the tour experience come alive. The wines are outstanding, and the variety will please everyone. The venues are beautiful, and each one is unique, which adds to the experience. We had a great time on this tour yesterday with Keith as our driver. I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews and when I called to book our date, it was initially booked on the wrong day. After that was sorted out, we were excited for the tour and it turned out to be a great way to celebrate my daughters 30th Birthday. The only negative was that the bus windows were a bit hard to see out of so we missed some of the things he was pointing out along the way. The wineries were all good and we found a few bottles of wine to buy. We even left one on the bus and Keith called me the next day to let me know. This tour was so much fun!! I noticed others stated they were not aware that the wine tastings were not included in the price. That is actually very prevalent on their website, so I'm not sure where the confusion was. Regardless, our driver Dee, was a lot of fun, very knowledgeable, drove impeccably, and was just a blast to spend five hours with. I booked this wine tour for our first anniversary celebration. The first time I called a man answered the phone and said he would have us down but that he couldn't come pick us up in Oak Creek where we were staying, he never took down our names, numbers, nothing. I understood not being able to come to Oak Creek to get us so we decided we would just Uber to the pick up location he would later give me. I called 2 weeks before our tour to confirm. The same man answered the phone and I stated that he had 2 people down and that he would contact me Thursday or Friday to tell me pick up location and time (our tour was Sunday over labor day weekend). Well by Saturday I did not have any information so I called again to get it. The same man answered my call and was very rude, sounded confused about my question then told me I gave him the wrong pick up information and then confirmed the time and place we would meet and that we were "upgraded free of charge to a limo." When we finally got to the car, I'm assuming it's the same man, never introduced himself and stuck us in the back of the limo with 8 other people who turned out to be lovely people. The air conditioning in the limo was subpar but the stereo worked well. We started at Javelina Leap where we had a tasting, got a glass and then a lovely picnic snack was provided for the 10 of us. We spent a little too much time there waiting around so we could go to the next place. Our guide finally came over to us and had a us stand outside for 15-20 minutes to "educate" us on wine making. He didn't really deliver any information and made a lot of punny jokes and talked about himself and his wine making experience. Then he drove us to Page Spring Cellars down the road. Told us we had an hour and a half there (but didn't say we had a specific time and place to meet to go to the next winery). Here he did give us information about the winery that was relevant and the winery was wonderful. I had happened to notice what time we started and guessed it was about time to go find the rest of our crew (4/10 of us were together). We finally found our guide who scolded us for being very tardy (by 10 minutes when we were not told when to be anywhere). He took the 4 of us to Oak Creek winery which is smaller and we were told we only spend a little while there because they give a lot of their grapes to California. He rushed us in there and told us we had to hurry and said this was the last place we were going. The Groupon I bought was for 4 wineries but apparently on Sundays they only take you to 3 and it's about the same price as the Groupon is straight out, so no discount. Then we found out from the other that they were charged LESS than what I paid for the Groupons for this shorter tour. Our guide still never introduced himself and didn't tell us where we were going to be dropped off. He took us to the resort the others were staying at and let us out. Overall our guide was rude, came across as untrustworthy, and most of us felt a little scammed by the end of it. We still had a good time that afternoon because the wineries were wonderful and the people we were with were great. I have nothing but great things to say about the wineries themselves and the wine, but our "tour" was terrible and would not recommend it. The best parts that the company did offer was a delicious snack and a small discount at the wineries. We found out at the end of the tour from someone at the last winery that our tour guide was Keith and apparently doesn't have the best reputation for being hospitable anyway. I would find another company that offers similar services. read more

I really wanted to love this company. We booked a wine tour with my girlfriends from Phoenix. The first limo we had the AC and music broke. Then we were taken 20 minutes outside of Sedona to the first winery. A second new bus was promised to take us to the following three wineries. Once we entered this brand new bus it was the same thing. The AC was broken on a 115 degree day. They told us to "deal with it" and the next winery was close so we wouldn't have to deal with this "problem" long. We sat on this bus in 130 degree temperatures for 30 minutes again. We got to the next location and yet another bus was promised to us. We got on the third bus. It was not even the company's bus it was smaller than before and the AC was STILL not working. Overall this experience was horrible. We did not get any discount and argued with the driver/company for 15 minutes to get them to comp drinks for the last location and 20% off the next trip if we used them again. We will NOT be going back and not be using our discount again. I highly suggest you stay away from this company and blow you're money elsewhere. read more

To start- I purchased the Groupon offer for $75 for a friends birthday. After my purchase, I called to get details and the owner said if I would've bought direct, he would have given me a better deal? The details made it seem like it covers a group of 4. Well, the deal only covers one person and the wine is NOT included. Also, it says up to 50% off tastings... The only discount was at Page Springs - paying full price at the other 3 tasting rooms. We got into the limo and I had to brush the trash and food crumbs off of the seat. We had to share the limo with others and one person had to sit up front. That is not a limo experience. There was dust all over the inside of the car and the driver had candy wrappers in the door jam all over the floor. To end the tour, we received NOT a towering glorious cheese tray, but a slice of cheddar cheese, white cheese, a cream cheese wedge, about 10 grapes and a hard loaf of bread served in a plastic, aluminum lined "from home" container. At the end of the trip, we were told the trip was $75/each and I had to buy 3 more tours when we realized the admission was for one. (I will even take responsibility for that mistake!) but overall, I would not have paid $300 dollars for this poor attempt at at wine tour- let alone $50. My advice, find a DD - the tasting rooms aren't that difficult to get to! read more

Keith Casarona has an excellent winery tour. I personally think it's the best in Sedona. He picks you up anywhere in the Sedona area, including VOC, so you don't have to drive anywhere to get the tour, and he has a Cadillac Limousine, which is an awesome way to do a winery tour. He also tours all four of the Verde Valley Wineries, which most tours do not.. AND you can enjoy your wine in the limo as you're going from one tour to the other! I'd give him ten stars if I could... his tours are that good, and they're a lot of fun. I made a reservation with this group for a group of 8 and for a bachelorette party. When I originally called they told me that they had room for the reservation so I happily booked with them. She also said I was getting a limo so awesome. I called a few days before the tour and spoke with a man. I needed to know what options were available for someone who it pregnant. The man over the phone was very rude. He told me there was no discounts. Frustrated, I told him I wasn't looking for a discount. I'm looking for nonalcoholic options. He said that the tour will provide that for us. Then I wanted to make a fancy reservation at a restaurant after the tour so I asked him when it should start and be over. Again, very rude he refused to answer. I was ticked after talking to him. I didn't even want to go with this company but I did because I had a deposit already. Fast forward to the tour. We never got the limo like we were promised. The van we got didn't even have a working radio so we brought our own. In all, they were great and accommodated to picking us up from Junipine for $10/per person. We agreed to it. The woman who did our tour was amazing. Very polite and accommodating to our needs. She stopped and got a vegetarian option for one of my girls. She catered us for a picnic. She took our group pictures. I loved her. I would want her if I went back to the tour. Note: you pay for each tasting on top of the tour price. They don't put that on the website. Each tasting is fairly cheap so it's not bad. I have 5 stars for the customer service at the actual tour. 1 Star for the phone service before the tour. He was a jerk and I'm glad he wasn't our chaperone. read more
