We visited 3 wineries: Alcantara (great service), DA Ranch (great ambiance), and Page Springs (great wines!) Our driver JB and our group truly made the experience. We all became fast friends and JB was truly there with service in mind. From being flexible for pickup and drop off locations (he actually dropped us off at a place for dinner instead of back at our Airbnb!), to being willing to go back and forth from the bar to personally serve us our wine flights, to being extremely knowledgeable about the wines, the Arizona landscape, and the wineries, it truly was the #JBExperience. It's great that they pick you up and drop you off at your hotel so you can drink responsibly! Keith has some great humor and history of Sedona on the way to each winery keeping things fun and interesting. We went to Alcantara, Page Springs, Javalina Leap (where we had our picnic) and Oak Creek wineries. Such a great wine tour which we got a great deal on Groupon. He didn't hover over us, just let us do our thing and that was the best. He goes into some detail regarding the history of Jerome/Cottonwood which was interesting. We had so much fun that the 2 hours we were out there felt like 15 minutes. He even let us take the spirit box and EVP with us for the night! That is good because the light pollution is low and it also means the stargazing is probably far better than probably wherever you came from. So, for the "tour," you drive out to the middle of nowhere--to a school, actually--then you walk with your group and guides to a field where they have chairs, blankets, and a bunch of massive telescopes set up. The blankets help but dress warm. In fact, dress warmer than you think. With the wind, it was very cold out during our experience. Now, for stargazing purposes, it is definitely better if the moon is not full, and it is also better if it is not cloudy, but nature constantly reminds us who is in control. We had an almost full, extremely bright moon, and plenty of clouds. But we still had a great time checking out the various stars and planets and even the moon itself. If you are able to plan your tour, try to do it when the moon is at its darkest. The entire tour, if you want to call it that, lasts about an hour. It is not a thrill a minute experience but it is educational and, for those into astronomy, fascinating. This is definitely not for younger kids but mature teens might enjoy it. Plus, you almost certainly will see at least one falling star.

They do provide chairs and blankets, which was much appreciated. Like other reviewers, my negative would be the cost. It was $150 each for a one hour presentation. It was a neat experience, but not worth that much in my opinion.

I booked my tour in advance through Viator, and the confirmation clearly stated that pick-up would be from my resort, Mii Amo. Less than 24 hours before the tour, I received a text saying they do not pick up from Mii Amo and that I'd need to get myself to the public library instead. This was a complete surprise -- there was no heads-up after booking, no mention of this in the listing, and no prior outreach to clarify. I had planned around the originally confirmed pickup time and location. I politely asked if we could adjust pickup slightly within the published range (which said 10:30), but instead of a collaborative response, I was met with defensive, dismissive replies and told my resort was a "random location" -- despite the website confirming it at time of booking. When I suggested they clarify the misleading listing and improve their communication with Viator, I was told I was being "aggressive" and they unilaterally canceled my tour. To be clear: I was never rude, I simply expected a basic level of accountability and professionalism. Instead, I was gaslit and blamed for calling out their operational issues -- and then penalized for speaking up. Being a paying customer who voices valid concerns being aggressive. If you're considering this tour, be warned: the tone shifts quickly from friendly to condescending the moment you flag an issue. And if your pickup isn't simple for them logistically, they'll cancel on you instead of owning the error. Travelers deserve better.

I think we were in the air for about an hour and a half and then once we landed, they took us to a spot where we could have some champagne and relax, and then they took us back. The whole experience was four hours long. Book them!
