Been coming here for 30 years and all of a sudden one of their employees decided to call me up and get stupid with me because I've been having a hard time getting there to pick up my prescriptions... (Twice in 4 months) I've been working 60-80 hours a week plus I just finished my masters degree, not to mention all the medical issues I'm dealing with (Kidneys, cancer, fibromyalgia) and this lady has the audacity to get an attitude with me...? It's not like they call me or text me with reminders. I mean, people get busy sometimes it's not like I'm the only person in Santa Paula who has ever not had time to pick up their prescription... As a matter of fact, they never even call to say my prescription is ready- ever. They do have time, however, to ask me if I want to refill a prescription. Any other pharmacy would call or text with "Friendly" reminders, just Incase, but not this place. They are not the Seebers of my past and my future won't be seeing much of them either. Update: So, I wait like 4 days to go pick up my prescription because I needed time to cool off before I went in after that Seeber's employee copped an attitude with me. When I get there, they already pulled my prescription from the shelf... WTF, it's been 4 days, seriously, are they trying to screw with me? This lady just sealed the deal me and all the members of my family, we will never fill prescriptions at this pharmacy again! read more

For all my interactions with them they have been fast, efficient, accurate and when necessary accommodating. From accepting most insurance, to simple, courteous and professional interactions to accommodating a forgetful customer on a Saturday when the close early (by staying open 5 minutes late), the experience has been positive through and through, getting everything you expect from professionals. read more

I've been so impressed with this pharmacy. It's hard to follow up with the doctors to reorder medication or get new medication and they always help to get the refills, then update me afterward. When the doctor's office orders the wrong prescription or dose (it happens a lot), they catch the change and alert me. I'm always able to get my questions answered and the staff is very personable. read more

Are you Seeber's Pharmacy even though I do not live close by, because I am so impressed with their customer service and quick response times. I have my sister pick up my prescriptions on her way back from work. The staff at Seeber's pharmacy is so friendly, and when my prescription ran out, they gave me a call to remind me and called my doctors office right away to get my prescription refilled. I also got a phone call on my birthday, which was a nice surprise. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and I wouldn't use anybody else! read more

My name is George & I have many aliments from sever asthma, stenosis /had two major, extremely painful, back surgeries, severe muscle spasms, just to name a few. My past two pharmacies never had my particular brands of meds in stock or they always tried to gave me an inferior brand) Not to mentions the hours of waiting (even though I called all refills up at the same time. I literally, Thank the Lord for Seebers ! They have the most knowledge pharmacists that are up to date with any new developments, with my particular meds, and they have always gone over and above the call of duty ! In my book they get a 10 ++++++. There are very few family owned pharmacies left that are equal to Seebers professionalism, knowledge of all pharmaceuticals and the personal care they give to each of their many customers I have personally witness this every time I go in. I tried to transfer two of my medications from another pharmacy and was told they do not accept any new patients with my healthcare plan. A couple of days later I had a family friend that went into there with the same insurance and accepted her daughters and she was a new patient. I suffer from a rare condition called Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome, the same illness Paula Abdul has. I guess they feel it is ok to discriminate, which in this day and age is sad. read more
