You can purchase candies by the piece or box. We received chocolates as a gift from a family member visiting Washington state. At this location you can order online for pick up/shipping or in the store. Build a box, buy a piece, or choose a pre-packaged item or gift set. We received a variety of chocolates. My favorite were the dark chocolate balls. They were smooth, creamy, and well balanced in flavor. I ate 6 for breakfast this morning haha. Jacob I. at the Burlington See's Candy delivered exceptional customer service! On Tuesday night, after dining nearby, we skipped dessert to visit See's Candy--only to find the store had closed at 6 PM (it was 6:07pm). Just as we were about to leave, Jacob, who was finishing up for the night, noticed us outside. Instead of turning us away, he graciously turned the lights back on, opened the door, and welcomed us in! While we selected our chocolates, another couple also stopped in and made a purchase. Jacob's kindness and willingness to go the extra mile, even at the end of his shift, was truly outstanding. This level of customer service deserves to be recognized--thank you, Jacob! read more

See's Candies is one of my favorite to visit chocolaterie. Yes they make the best chocolate. I like chocolate with more chocolate flavor and less sugar. See's chocolate is not super sweet. That is the number reason why I loved it. ALWAYS! I had a complaint here about the service and packaging which I bought to the corporate office. The corporate office contacted me and made sure the situation never happens again. The situation was a one off incident. I was served by a newbie who had no idea how to package chocolate in a box. I had a gift certificate for 1lb chocolate that I bought from Costco back in 2015 (paid $29 for 2 gift certificate 1 lb each). The lady (cashier 63300000033) didn't know how the gift certificate works. She acted like she never seen a barcode. I did explain to her that it's a gift certificate and that when she is done she will take it to the scanner and scan it and it will automatically do its thing. She packaged the box super light. 0.7 lb and receipt showed the chocolate box $14. That was not even a lb and is not the value of the gift certificate. I guess she doesn't know how to use the scale at the store either. Yes she didn't use that. I took the box home and I realized the box was just half full. I found out that she didn't know the chocolate almond buds are two pieces in a cup. When I opened the box, everyone laughed. I took a picture of the box and the receipt which I overlooked in a rush because the lady took a long time putting the chocolate in and out of the box. I sent the receipt and the box to corporate office and they told me that it was her first day at work. Corporate office was surprised at the picture and they said they have provided additional training and explain how the gift certificate works. Yes this is a one off event. Back in 2015, I purchased over 30 See's gift Certificates. I want to praise corporate office for reaching out to me and making it right. I have always had great service at Sees. I do understand this is a one off event. I am still giving it 4 stars and to say it's still my favorite chocolaterie. See's taste better than Fannie May (Chicago) and Purdy (Canada). Those are too sweet for my palate. Also I do like See's packaging. It's much more presentable as gifts to relatives compared to Ghirardelli. I have been a fan of See's since I was a kid. My usual go to See's is in Seattle. Also See's is what my relatives give when they come to visit from San Fran. read more

I was doing other business next doors to See's and needed a restroom as I am on water pills for a heart condition and was told to go elsewhere. I went next door and spoke with Britien H the lead clerk and his Manager Jacob I, and was told yes they have no public restrooms but due to the situation they offered me the use of the facility's. I was so thankful and blessed. I Cant thank them both for their help and understanding. I finished by business next door and both my sister and I returned and purchased the best candy ever from them. Wish more stores had such wonderful and helpful employee's. I normally visit See's twice a year and yes there prices are a bit high for me, but the service makes up the difference. read more

I've been eating See's Candies for over 30 years and I don't even live in the US. The quality of their ingredients are top notch and the pricing is very reasonable. Every time I come, I buy a couple cannisters of Toffee-ettes because those are just amazing. This time we also got some Dark Peppermint Patties and a pound of chocolates that we picked out. This location has always been friendly and plentiful with the samples. They even let me sample items that were not part of their daily sample so that I'd be sure that I liked it before buying. Honestly, I very much prefer how they present their stores over places like Godiva. I like down-to-earth humble approach as opposed to the too-snooty-for-you vibe I get from many of these other places. Best chocolates in the world! Service was a total bummer. I ordered a one pound box of marzipan, pineapple truffle and light truffle. What I got for 3rd choice was a different chocolate which had a chocolate buttercream which was sweeter and denser. It was not at all what I wanted. I love this candy chain, and this store specifically. Its a little store in Burlington is always fast and friendly. You get offered a sample right away, which for this last trip was great. I was picking up 4 boxes of chocolates for teacher Christmas gifts. A friendly girl packages them all up, since I went for the choose your own chocolates option. She offered me free gift wrapping and was really friendly. My 2 year old daughter was with me, and the staff were friendly and fast. This is a great location, or my absolute favorite chocolates! Forget Purdy's chocolates! See's is where it's at! As soon as you walk in its like walking into a really pretty sophisticated 50's candy shop. Place is really bright and I love the decore and layout of everything. Even the staff wore really cute uniforms to match the shop. The customer service was excellent. Staff were so friendly and helpful in helping my friend find a certain chocolate for his sister and they let us try many samples before buying. They were pretty busy and close to closing but still took their time to be courteous and patient with customers. Chocolates and lollipops were also delicious and tasted top notch. 5 stars for See's every time. Their staff always greets us with a friendly smile and a free sample. Their candy is absolutely the best there is. I like being able to buy 2 gift certificates for $25 each across the street at Costco for $39 and head over to See's and splurge. read more
