I'm not even sure why I have never written a review of this location cause it's the only location I have been going to since they opened. It's close to my house, has lots of parking space and always well stocked with great customer service. It's at the Noho West right by Trader Joe's. Sees chocolates are my most favorite, nothing compares to the taste of See's. My most favorite is the dark chocolate chip truffle. Omg ... then comes scotchmallow another favorite. Pretty much anything dark chocolate I'll eat it.

As far as chocolate goes, See's is on the top of my list. Growing up in NY, it was all about "Russell Stovers" for gift boxes and special occasions. It took this girl a while to drink the "kool-aid!" It's like "twizzlers vs. red vines..." (total NY vs. CA thang). But I digress. Bottom line, this location is small but mighty. Fully stocked for the holidays and great samples. Staff is very friendly and the special for the day was dark or milk chocolate almonds: but one for $12 get 1 for FREE! Yes, thank you! I think I will!!! Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out.

Friendly staff! As ubiquitous as See's is, this is my first time in one! I heard they have nice assorted chocolate boxes so we stopped by for something nice as a Easter gift. Big selection and the staff helped us choose. By the way apparently it's a See's thing to give samples; I didn't even ask they offered! This store is in the new Noho West shopping complex. I go to the Trader Joe's all the time next door. Parking does get tough in this lot but there is a lot more in the multilevel garage.

Who doesn't like chocolate? Ah..that would be no one. Ever. This relatively new store is most likely smaller than it's predecessors but it has all the usual offerings. This year marks them being in business for 100 years. I think they have things down by now. In the back of my mind I wish they would allow their employees to enter the modern world when it comes to uniforms but as they so obediently answer when asked...it's "tradition." I'm sure you've heard the phrase "like a kid in a Candy store." Well, this has to be what they were referring to. Every loose piece of candy is sold by weight. They have an assortment of packaged items for ready made gift giving and the employees must go to the See's academy because they all are well knowledge and super polite. NOHO West hasn't fully opened yet, so the parking is accessible and not to heavy. Yet.

Isn't See's always a five star rating? As soon as you walk in to the bright beautiful store, clean and stocked perfect. You are immediately greeted and customer service is always impeccable. I was asking about sugar free options and was shown what they had available. Unfortunately, the boxes of sugar-free candy both have nuts in them one peanuts and one walnuts. Since I can't eat nuts that wasn't an option. He did show me a candy bar they had milk chocolate and dark chocolate both sugar-free and no nuts. They still give out your free sample which is always nice, today happen to be truffles Due to Covid the samples come individually wrapped. First time at this store and was very happy with my shopping experience.

I went ahead and got to pieces to try and to make sure I can buy the right one for Valentine's Day for my 92 year old grandma

Most of the time at other locations I was walking in and it would feel down. I had the pleasure of walking into this location today. After a meeting with my chiropractor. I had a couple of questions which was a little bit embarrassing that I didn't know my grandmother's favorite chocolate but there's so many. I can say that I was greeted upon entering this location and was asked if I would like a sample by one of the sweetest genuine smiles that I've seen in a long time. Her name happened to be GG. She was so welcoming it kind of made me feel OK to ask some crazy question about the chocolates. She went ahead and proceeded to help the young lady in line ahead of me and at the same time Melanie came out when I say she took her time guys. She took her time to explain everything, and just by her welcoming energies, it didn't feel like I was bothering for that. My question were a bit off. Now don't get me wrong, but I look at the shape of the candy and that's how I can kind of figure out what it is, but when you are standing in front of a stadium full of treats you really don't know. I have no idea of who was in charge of training and on boarding these two members to the team, but they need to teach at every sees candy training. Make sure you stop by and get you something sweet.

Popped in this afternoon to buy a few samples for future holiday gifts. I always feel guilty when making small purchases. To ARRIEIANA it made no difference, and she treated me like a guest/client visiting from MALIBU or the HILLS placing a usual large order. Warm, friendly, and helpful, she made it a great experience for my inquisitive sweet cravings. I hope management values the GEM they have in this team member. I look forward to trying all my truffles ARRIEIANA. Thank you!

Walked in today around 10:30AM and got a very nice welcome from both their employees Kay and Mary. Right away Kay wanted to know if she could help me find something. I also saw couple of heart shaped candies that were so cute, but very expensive. I put them back. They had a lovely, pretty section for Easter.
