We came in on a Saturday night and Kayla was so nice and friendly. She answered all our questions and gave us samples of the flavors we had never tried. All the flavors were so yummy, we didn't know which one to choose. Kayla was very patient with us, especially with me bc I can be indecisive lol. Came in today after dinner 8:20pm and wanted a sweet treat was just us (2) in the store and didn't know flavors so was asking questions younger shorter girl was rude no emotions asked if we can try a flavor and she paused and said not rn she thought about it and didn't want to so said that. Got 2 ice creams we weren't happy with them but would've been nice to get flavors we actually liked but she didn't want to let us have a sample of some. if you're gonna buy an ice cream cone, just know that there won't be any ice cream inside the cone, it'll just be placed on top of the cone. and it will cost you a whopping $8. for one scoop and a hollow cone. handels ice cream will fill the cone and pile the ice cream high for $6, and i think baskin robbin's has a way better deal too. read more

YUM! This place is located in the Galleria shopping complex. Came here after Cheesecake with a big group to have some dessert. For some reason, I had thought that this place closed down with Mrs. Fields but it's still here! My friend/boss is vegan and I was surprised to find that their non-dairy yogurt is vegan as well! We split a small PB & Cookie non-dairy, vegan ice cream. It was so good, I forgot to take a picture! I think it cost $5 for the smallest cup, which was like three mini scoops. Perfect sizing for us two. A little price-y for the smallest cup, but whatever it was good. Our co-workers got ice creams on cones and they provided cups as well to help drippage! I personally like that they are located in the Galleria, helps ward off a lot of foot traffic from kids and stuff. This place was clean and inviting. read more

I went to this store to purchase an ice cream cake (birthday) and was helped by Trish, who was just fantastic to work with. I really didn't know what I wanted but she took the time to work with me, show me the cards with the various flavors and then helped me with the right size and colors. When I went back 3 days later to pick it up she remembered me as I walked in the store and 1-2-3, it was ready. I've been a fan of Ben & Jerry's ice cream forever, even more now as they have dairy free ice cream (things change as one gets older). As to the ice cream cake, EVERYONE LOVED it; it was gone immediately once the word got out how good it was. It is really unfortunate, I walked into the store front and had a really poor experience. 1. I was not greeted which is such a bad introduction to a brand that is so established. 2. My fiance were limited to two samples each, which in comparison to the large selection did not allow us to survey the flavors. 3. When reviewing pricing the prepackaged pint was the same as a single scoop, so when trying to find the flavor that I tried there was no chunky monkey. So I asked if they had it in the back they said no but can can give you a fresh pint for $3 more. Which is the same as a cone add on. I had a really bad expirence which make me not want to support the brick and mortar business. read more

I had no idea that there was a Ben & Jerry's store that you could go to! As soon as you walk in you'll be reminiscing of your long walks down the freezer isle...searching for that perfect pint to satisfy your sweet tooth. All the classics are available to order and they even have additional flavors that are only available in the store. You can even purchase ice cream cakes and have them custom decorated, which is sure to please a crowd. I tried a number of flavors before finally deciding on "Milk n' Cookies" inside of a waffle cone that had "Cookies n' Cream" frosting on the outer ring. It was a great combination (if I must say so myself) and the ice cream was so creamy and delicious. It was awesome being able to tell the difference between the freshly made ice cream and the store bought pints that I'm used to having. The only thing I didn't like about this store was how you couldn't visually see all of the ice cream that they were serving. Usually ice cream shops have glass counter tops that allow you to see the flavors, but here you just go off of the name itself. Maybe this is because most of the flavors are in stores and they expect customers to be familiar with what they are serving?? I'm not sure, but for those who don't travel down the freezer isle multiple times a week to pick up Ben & Jerry's like I do, you'll have to roll the dice and go off of the flavor names and taste tests. I went here yesterday for Free Cone Day. I like Free Cone Day because you can try a bizarre flavor that you normally wouldn't try. But then again, I did end up wasting a free ice cream... hrm, anyways, I got the ONE Cheesecake Brownie.... didn't have much of a cheesecake flavor, and no brownies... I wonder if I got some other Cheesecake flavor. Either way it wasn't all that great. Though that one flavor was disappointing, the location was fine. It's in the middle of the Sherman Oaks Galleria or what ever it's called, between the main courtyard and PF Changs. There wasn't much as far as seating goes inside, but there were a scattering of tables out side. I parked in the garage which was free with validation, unfortunately there isn't much at this mall to make me want to visit more often. But since the mall has easy access from 101 West and easy access back onto I-405 south, it's a good stop on my way home from work. So I'll definitely be visiting here for next years Free Cone Day. read more

Absolutely horrible and disgusting service. One of the workers was extremely rude, racist and hostile. They didn't have name tags on but I remember the person's face. Terrible interaction and they were incredibly awful to the people in front of me too. This really puts a horrible stain on a company known for going above and beyond for their customers.
