I've been to PB a handful of times without ever thinking I'd leave a review. But yesterday, we were treated so well by the staff that I had to give a shout out. Johnny Santiago was so authentically kind and down to earth. My husband and I left PB saying "wow what a great guy. So easy to talk to." So, thanks Johnny for your excellent service! Still consistent in customer service with delicious desserts and pastries however, the public toilet is not in good shape at all and quite disheartening because customers need a clean restroom with a working toilet seat. For this, I had to change my rating because as much as I'd like to sit here and enjoy my pastries and drinks, that restroom will deter me from doing that. read more

Great coffee spot with tons of both sweet & savoury food options. I didn't realise there was a location at NoHo West until "Dancing With The Stars" advertised the Mirrorball Latte, which was tasty. The mini croissant on top was delicious, and I also tried their seasonal caramel apple tart. My only nit to pick is that they gave me the tart in a little flat bag, and it took off half of the caramel and the PB emblem, which I'm not even sure was edible as it was completely squashed. There has to be a better vessel for serving delicate pastries to-go. read more

Parking can be a little battle sometimes..This Korean bakery chain has pretty much everything...pastries, sandwiches, cakes, and drinks. Mochi donuts, cream filled croissants, exotic cakes. Probably the best chain bakery in the world! The seasonal marshmallow s'mores filled croissant circle was SO GOOD! This place just opened up not too long ago but is a lovely addition to the area of shops! Love the pastries here and the confections too. Haven't tried their drinks yet but I will in the near future. Everyone working here is super nice and friendly. The pastries are always organized in the cases and all looks very fresh. The strawberry custard croissant is my favorite so far. I am quite particular about my custard especially the taste and texture but all my worries went away when I tried theirs! It will most definitely have me coming back for me. I stopped by this Paris Baguette to get a slice of cake to celebrate our daughter turning five months. I came in the early morning close to when they just open so I found parking easily in the NoHo West lot this store is in. This was my first time at this location so I was happy to come see how it is. The staff are wonderful here, they told me about their current deals and was very helpful. I got slice of raspberry and cream mini French roll, I also got the strawberry soft cream cake slice. I saw the chocolate croissant and decided to get that too. They have a good amount of seating here. The cake slices were delicious and my croissant was good. read more

Great customer service from Donnie (I hope I spelled your name right!). I was so curious about the Korean Iced Milk Coffee but he advised against it after I mentioned I was lactose intolerant. They premake the cream mix with heavy cream and whole milk. However, Donnie recommended a very nice vanilla ice latte with oat milk and it's really good! First time having coffee from Paris Baguette and I'm definitely feeling the caffeine I like the crème brûlée bombolone , it has a very nice ratio of cream to bread! The chocolate tiramisu tart was also very good, I think those two pair well with the Vanilla latte. Overall, a great experience! read more

It's right across from TJs Pastries/Coffee: 5/5 The best not too sweet (if I give you that compliment you have my attention) The pastries are light, sweet and delicious. The cakes are always made to the season very festive. I don't have a favorite I just show up and whatever looks good is what I will take home. They have soft cream, Biscotti cakes, Blueberry all kinds. If you don't want a whole cake they have slices and mini tarts. See why I can't pick one. The coffee is really good not to strong or light. I've had the Vanilla Cold Brew it was delicious not too sweet and refreshing. They have large menu of drinks hot or cold teas, cappucinos, lemonades and so on. They also have breakfast and lunch/dinner/snack sandwiches. Prices: $$$ A little on the pricey side but I don't mind one bit as I am fan of Paris Baguette. It never loses it's taste to me. I LOVE this place!! I go pretty much every week or two for a sweet treat since it opened. It's clean, great vibes for hanging out or working, and all the workers are always so welcoming and kind. Special shoutout to Trina and Mary for being so sweet and helpful!! There's also a tall guy with glasses whose name I don't remember, but he's also great. The parking can get a bit crazy at peak hours, but it's located in Noho West, so you can find parking at the TJ's next to it or a nearby structure. I love that it's replaced Starbucks as my go-to spot for morning pastries (my boyfriend gets their grilled cheeses religiously, and if they ever get rid of their salmon avocado croissant, I'll cry). Some other highlights are how walkable the whole area is (there's soooo many food spots nearby and a movie theater), how fun it is to check out PB's seasonal flavors, and just how great PB's rewards program is. When we tried to redeem the coupon from the app but he refused that we could do only one time per day which is not said in the app and never happened before. Alex was being super rude and talking to his other coworker very loudly about his day and video games while packing our pastries. In the process he managed to use no gloves, saliva coming out of his mouth and spraying while he's chatting it up. Then he looks at us weird when we ask for another box, we did it ourselves so that we can get away from him as fast as possible and he can continue his shenanigans with his coworker buddy and they can talk about their weekend and everything else except greeting the guests right infront of them. I really wanted to like this place, but it's consistently inconsistent. 1) You're not even guaranteed to get what's on the menu. If there's something you actually want, you better get there early--or just accept that it might not exist that day. 2) The quality is honestly disappointing. I uploaded photos from today's order. I got a croissant donut with Nutella that's advertised as filled... except mine was completely empty. Not "lightly filled"--empty. I also ordered a ham and cheese croissant that had one slice of ham and a whole lot of nothing else. 3) I've seen so many TikToks of their pastries looking generously filled and amazing, so naturally I expected something similar.
