What I also find there is pleasant sales associates and good customer service. Most recently, I was served by store associate Nick. This guy was so upbeat and so nice and served every customer with a smile and kind word. And we all know working in retail is not always pleasant it Thai guy makes it look like it is! **HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - NEVER COMING BACK!** I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism I experienced at this establishment! My first time trying this place, and let me tell you, it will be my LAST. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the tension. The atmosphere was dull, the staff looked miserable, and the energy was just off. I was "helped" (if you can even call it that) by a girl named Leah, and she was absolutely awful. No smile, no warmth--just pure attitude. She acted like I was inconveniencing her just by existing! Every word that came out of her mouth was laced with annoyance, like she had somewhere better to be. News flash, Leah: if you hate your job so much, QUIT. No one forced you to work here, and customers shouldn't have to suffer because you're having a bad day. I ordered something simple, yet she managed to mess it up. When I pointed it out POLITELY, she sighed dramatically, rolled her eyes, and walked away without a word. EXCUSE ME? At that point, I was fuming. She eventually came back and shoved my corrected order at me like I was some kind of burden. No apology, no "thank you for coming in," nothing! The level of disrespect is beyond me. I was expecting at least decent service, but instead, I got treated like garbage. Management needs to do something about this because I can guarantee I'm not the only one who has dealt with Leah's sour attitude. I have been buying fudge from Rocky Mountain-Redlands since they opened and have always been pleased with both the product and service. Today I bought the last piece of milk chocolate fudge that was sitting there by itself. The fudge was hard on the outside and overall tasted stale. My boss sent me a printed eGift Card worth $25. On 11/05 I used the eGift Card to get the awesome chocolate dipped frozen cheesecake on a stick at this very site. Today I went in to get the same still using the same eCard printout. The employees weren't sure if it was allowed so they called the boss. The boss told them no, their site doesn't accept the printed eCard. The employees were great, and I still bought the treat because they prepared it.
