Highly recommend coming here! I recently lost a little over 50 pounds and had quite a bit of loose skin. Two wraps later and my skin fits my body again! There seems to be a hot debate about whether these wraps work or not and if they do, the effectiveness of them. Personally, I had a positive experience and definitely noticed results. I recently completed a 3-series package within a week prior to my wedding... Most brides worry about how their body may change between the final fitting and the wedding day, so these wraps were for extra assurance. I don't remember which package I purchased but the wraps mainly went around my midsection and thighs, which were the areas I wanted to focus on the most. Other than for sweating profusely, which I expected and didn't mind at all, my sessions were relaxing. After Rachel wrapped me, I laid on a vibrating bed, in a thermal blanket, and sweat it out for about 45 minutes. You have the option to just relax in a darkened room listening to music or to watch tv; I always preferred no tv and would end up falling asleep. I did a wrap last week and ready to do another wrap tomorrow as I purchased a package deal. I had a great time, got to relax while I whittled away 3 inches away from my waist. The facilities were very clean and the technician was very nice. I gave the place 4 stars instead of 5 only because I would have liked to have more measurements than just my waist. I would have liked something in writing stating what I should be eating afterwards to maintain the results of the wrap or something to that effect. I'm heading in for my third appointment with Rachel today. Rachel is great! She is professional, fun to talk with and very caring. While her studio space may seem small it is plenty of room for her to provide her services. I admire savvy business owners and the utilization of co-op work spaces. In my opinion, it is a great business plan. The room is private and I never felt exposed or uncomfortable. The studio is clean and inviting. My first appointment was out of pure curiosity, well, mostly skepticism. The day after my first wrap, I went to the gym and my right hip that had been popping during leg lifts popped no more. It wasn't until the day before my next appointment with Rachel that I felt my hip pop. Needless to say my second appointment was great, the popping stopped again and I lost pesky waitline inches. I'm excited to go i to see Rachel today because I pulled my oblique muscle on Wednesday and shouldn't hit the gym until I am 100%. I had a great experience at Segue, I bought 6 wraps and in 2 months lost inches off my waist, arm and thighs. I went to the gym after most sessions to continue to burn calories, which was helpful in me not gaining the lost inches back. This place amazes me at how good of scam they are running here. Provide a service to people who are chubby and need to shrink down for an occasion. They never let you see what they tape you prior and post. They will quickly tell you but not show you. I brought my own tape prior and even if I was a little off the lady (who claims to be a professional) obviously lied. All a wrap does is make you sweat! At most you lose some water weight in the areas that where wrapped. Don't throw your money at this obvious scam. Buy a sauna suit and go sit in a sauna or just do your own wrap.
