I had to ask her to go lighter and she immediately thanked me for letting her know. The rest of the massage went very well and I felt great afterwards. Hubby said the same thing! I've never had such an unprofessional massage ever. Prices on the board are wrong. Says $40 for 60 minutes. She kept saying "half hour".... Pointing at the sign that clearly says 1 hour. I have no problems when someone isn't very good in communicating in English but at least be professional and know your job well. I paid right away before even starting. And when it started, the lady who did my massage squeezed my butt, and said she liked that and it's cute. She started calling me "baby". I told her to stop and said no, i don't like that and she just smiled and laughed and acted like nothing happened. She even asked for my age. I felt disrespected. At the end, she even asked for tip. This place is the best ! Everyone here is wonderful, kind, hard-working and so skilled at what they do. I have been coming here for years and am always impressed by the quality, attentiveness & care they put into each massage. My neck and shoulders get very tense from work and the way I carry stress, but the deep tissue massages here help realign my posture and relax the muscles beyond what I was even aware of. I've made it a routine to come here every couple months or more if I can, because they always leave me feeling reset, refreshed and relaxed. If I could come here once a week, I would. We recently also found out they also do great foot massages. Prices are extremely fair. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and very strong but we especially love Vicky and Jack. Wow that was the best deep tissue massage I've ever had!!! I got a 90 minute full body deep tissue massage for $85. Incredible deal. I tipped $35 on top of that, all cash, I am so pleased with the service. Jack was amazing!! My back has been so sore. He worked out all my knots in my back, working precisely on all muscles and in between my ribs and shoulders, which was my main reason for coming in. He also stretched me out, lots of cracking haha but I needed it. The foot reflexology and scalp massage were so relaxing at the end. I'm going to make this my weekly self care routine. Yes, we had a great time getting a massage and our masseuse did amazing but after the service was over, I went ahead and paid the price that was due and left a tip when all of a sudden our masseuses came out from the back and began talking to the lady that was ringing us up in their language. Then they proceeded to ask us if we were only going to leave a $10 tip. I have never felt more uncomfortable and peer pressured into leaving a tip, if you're going to come here, do not let them peer pressure you into tipping more. They made me feel almost obligated, and that like we couldn't leave without leaving more of a tip. That is not good customer service. We paid exactly what was asked and we did not expect them to start confronting us about the tip not being enough. That made me very disappointed. read more
