All the NPA's and Doctors I have seen in the practice either in Elmer or Vineland have been exceptional. Have always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner and never have I waited more than 15 min for my appointment. Unfortunately my insurance has changed and I have to find a new ortho. Hopefully I can find an ortho practice as good as Premier.

He not only gave me the straight forward data I needed and went over my imaging studies but was kind enough to answer all the questions of my over protective and picky husband. He was wonderful, took his time with my surgery, gave me the smallest incision possible and best of all took away my pain completely. I would highly recommend Dr. Richard Strauss and I will go back to him if need be and bring my friends and family as well.

I went to dr Mariana for a referral to have emg done on leg. I had been to three doctors and two…read moreemergency room visits. . Dr. Mariana is both gracious, involved and knowledgeable concerning my condition. I was there for emg yet she consulted throughly on my inability to walk and physical concerns. I spoke about rothman and premier concerns. This doctor maintained a position of neutrality and didn't agree or disagree. A mark of a true professional. She continued her examination with care and urgency. She asked if there was any other weakness other than legs. Yes I said, my left arm. The doctor explained we should have a nuerogical brain scan, a thoracic and additional lumbar imaging test done. I believe this talented MD was able to see my extreme emotional pain due to the fact Im almost crippled. I go tonight and think this should have been done months ago. . Dr. Mariana and her staff are involved compassionate and qualified to give meaningful advice and direct a patient to a positive clinical pathway. Dr Mariana is the only Dr. I will see. Even if its bad news no news is worse. She's Italian thats why she's remarkable. She has looks and brains which is rare.

Nurses who didn't witness the complete altercation are telling her she did a good job. Some of the Dr's have days of being rude or at least 'bedside' manner is on the cold side. We will see how things go.
