She did the whole contact exam - got my prescription THEN informed me they don't take my insurance for contacts and told me I'd be leaving with a glasses prescription I didn't even need or want. So not only did I waste my time - I wasted my insurance coverage when I could have went elsewhere where my insurance is accepted ! Brought my daughter as well. The assistant huffed and puffed out of frustration the entire time she was trying to get my daughter's prescription right as if my daughter was annoying her. Both times the doctor is in the room for 2 seconds cracking bad jokes - guess that's why they get paid the big bucks ! NEVER will I return to this AWFUL practice.

Check in was easy and efficient and handled with care by the pleasant young lady at the desk. She seemed to be a great multi-tasker. The tech that guided me through all the preliminary exams was through and explained everything. He was very helpful. My actual exam with Dr Renee was quite informative and I found out I have a freckle on my eye, she was quick to explain what measures were required for treatment. Dr Pogrebneak made me feel at ease with this non threatening freckle but guided me to a specialist just to be sure. Her "bedside" manner was pleasant and detailed. Took her time with my eye clarity so that I could get the perfect prescription. She turned me loose to get fitted for glasses and sunglasses. The tech, again I apologize for forgetting her name, had a Pleasant disposition and again took her time with my fittings. Glasses are not inexpensive so I appreciate the time they spent, making sure everything went smoothly. Can't wait for my new glasses!!

That was a flat out lie as I was scheduled with a different doctor who I've never seen before. I've been going to this office for 20 years and I'm so done with the incompetent staff.
