The vehicle was ready for pickup on the day promised. The workmanship of the repair was perfect. The damaged area was like new. Seidner's worked seamlessly with my insurance to make the whole process stress free. Every employee I encountered at Seidner's was professional and very friendly. I had no transportation to and from the shop. The shuttle service covers a 5 mile radius from the shop. My home is a few miles outside this radius. Seidner's is not a BBB accredited business for a reason... I made a huge mistake bringing my vehicle to Seidner's in Glendora. The reason being, they gladly took my vehicle in, but a week later, confusingly refused to work on my vehicle without any explanation to me, instead Seidner's showed the door in my time of need. As result, I was left bewildered by the team at Seidner's Glendora. Due to Seidner's unprofessionalism, repairs on my vehicle were delayed without any reason provided to me, which resulted in an extensive delay after being told do get my vehicle out of there, which was a huge headache. Do your self a favor and go to Athans Auto Body and Paint instead, like I did right after my terrible experience with Seidner's Glendora. Athans treats people right by providing fantastic customer service every step of the way compared to Seidner's, which should be ashamed for treating certain people questionably different. The body work performed on my vehicle by the Athans team came out flawless, the paint was a perfect match as well. I greatly appreciate and admire the excellent quality of work the Athans team provided. In addition, the repair process was completed in a timely fashion while maintaining attention to detail. I brought my car in to be checked out after someone hit my parked car. They said I would have to make an appointment to be inspected for the next day which I did. Merced checked my car and said he would have an estimate the next day. At the end of the next day I called to see if I could get the estimate and the woman at the desk said he was still working on it. By the third day, I had taken my car in to Athans in Covina and they took care of things immediately. Schneider's did not seem to be interested in fixing my car. The workmanship from Seidners, is AWFUL! The Paint didn't match at all, the color difference was ABSOLUTELY noticeable, the color match formula was not obtained from the dealer until after various attempts. The hood was not level very obvious, one side sat higher than the other. The fender and hood were not measured and adjusted correctly gaps were uneven took repetitive attempts. There were paint streaks down along side panel and driver door, paint was not curated long enough and therefore paint was smudging/lifting from assembly. The grill was damaged and parts were broken from the shop and were never reported until I noticed and reported it. This whole process was excruciatingly FRUSTRATING! The manager Eddie demonstrated no motivation in following thru with his team to get things done CORRECTLY, EFFECTIVELY, AND ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOUNTABILITY within his team. Damages to the vehicle were being made during the reassembly process, and no one took responsibility to speak on it. Go anywhere else NOT HERE! WASTE OF TIME! read more

I unfortunately was in a car accident back in the end of February. I got rear ended. Got a list from my insurance company of repair shops and ended up taking my truck to Seidner's because they had a higher Yelp review ratings than the others that were listed. I took my truck on Thursday and got my truck back the following Friday. Just a little over a week later. The truck looked brand new like it was never in an accident to begin with. Daryl was amazing! When my husband and I took the truck to Seidner's, Daryl went over everything that they were going to do to the truck. My husband's concern was the frame of the truck, and Daryl assured that the measurements would be taken pre and post repairs. When getting the truck back, everything was great, and Daryl assured me that everything is 100% guaranteed, so that took a lot of weight off my shoulders. I took my GMC here after being rear ended by an F150 truck they're pretty big. There was no damage so I thought. There was a small bump about the size of my hand that I thought just needed to be repaired. What I didn't know is my camera is in my hatchback, and there was a crack and the Entire shell needed to be replaced. Because the damage was so minor AAA took it upon themselves to mail me a check for $3000. Thank God I took it to This collision center. They did a thorough inspection found the cracks that I would've never seen replace the bumper and they did an excellent job they were extremely professional. What a wonderful, professional operation with great people. I did a minor amount of damage to the underside of my bumper. The guy who looked it over said he could give me a new bumper for $1200. But then he said, "Look, a couple of screws and we can put this back together and it'll look fine". So he took it in the back and 10 minutes later the car was out, bumper looking as good as it had before. I asked him how much and he said "No charge. Just write us a good Yelp review". So I am!
