Customer service sucks, they won't work with you on getting proper price quotes. Was there cause my insurance sent me to repair my catalytic converter and they won't even do the the repair in house and that's fine but the thing is that I told them that it was missing more than just the catalytic converter and the o2 sensor. What was needed as well was flange and the bolts like I had told James and all I got was "Oh I can't see that." not even bothering to try. You are giving estimates that you can't do and still give your customer that is telling you what else you need to make the estimate true a bad attitude, that's mind blowing. This last few months my car developed a problem that increasingly became annoying and I feared may be dangerous to drive. I took the car to my long time garage, they worked hard to fix it, but did not stop the problem. I was so impressed with Caliber's work three years before, I went to them to see if they might have any ideas about solving my new problems. The General Manager, Aldrin Santos was very courteous. He listened to my description and test drove the car two different times. After that, he had his technicians try to solve the problem and several workers spent about 30 minutes working on it and my car problems were solved. I have had multiple visits for different accidents through Caliber Collision and for each separate repair on my Honda 2017 they have been extremely consistent on the results! For this particular visit, my headlight and hood were damaged, so during inspection, Rene did warn that the hood may look off becuase it'll be a brand new hood on an older, worn vehicle, but after seeing the car, they mentioned they blended the hood to the vehicle to make it match consistently! Also a shoutout to Osvaldo for being in constant communication with my family and being very thoughtful and receptive to any requests we had made. Do not go here if you have the ability to go somewhere else. We paid about 3k 6 years ago for a door ding and the work only lasted about 1.5 years before the bondo started cracking and now the door is rusting. Their work doesn't last. The ladies working admin desk laugh at clients while having them on hold. Obviously your car will look good as soon as you get it back, but their quality of work js not the best you can find. I used to have a friend that worked here, Omar, who told me they have their workers make accounts on yelp just to give them good reviews. This is on-top of them taking your cars out for joyrides to get lunch and see how fast they accelerate. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. Caliber Collision in Pomona (Claremont) completely failed to deliver the quality of service they promised--and then blatantly lied to cover it up. We brought in our nearly new vehicle after an accident, expecting professional repairs. Instead, we got delays, dishonesty, and shoddy workmanship. They claimed to have completed the repairs and billed for them, but a second reputable shop later documented that many of those repairs were either not done or done improperly. Photos show that Caliber did not fix the structural elements and frame damage. They did not replace damaged parts, installed the carpet incorrectly, left the muffler misaligned, and caused even more damage in the process. When we brought the car back multiple times to fix these ongoing issues, they accused us of being in a second accident just to dodge their warranty. That was a flat-out lie. We are seniors and felt lied to, ripped off and completely taken advantage of. Hundreds of photos and documentation proving Caliber did not do the work were taken during the second two-month repair. Caliber's actions were negligent, and unethical. Consumers deserve better--and they need to be held accountable. Please, avoid this location at all costs. read more

I was rear-ended and while on the phone with my insurance, the insurance agent recommended this company. I'm glad I listened to her, and I can't recommend Caliber Collisin enough. They were welcoming, very kind - they even gave me a holiday card and candy cane, as well as a bottle of my cars exact paint match so I could cover any future paint scratches or peels. They even recommended I check with my car company's dealership first since my vehicle has been recalled for paint issues before. Though the entry way to the building looks small, it opens up to a small lot inside. There was plenty of parking and I was able to pick up my car in less than 5 minutes. I dropped my car off at about 3pm on a Thursday. I was told it would take a week. I was called and told car was ready on Tuesday which was only 5 days, less if they don't work weekends. The shop on Towne Ave. did not remove the dent from my number and tighten up the skirt when I took it back they said I had been rear ended and they weren't responsible for it. when it was initially repaired the skirt wasn't tightened. When I brought it back to have the skirt tightened the general manager said now you can see the dent. When I asked him to repair it he told me it wasn't the shops responsibility. I am not going back to caliber collisin and I don't recommend anyone going there. read more
