Whenever you go to a collision repair place, it's not a happy time. Whether it's your fault, or the other person's fault, the situation really sucks. I had my car repaired at Seidner's Collision Center in July after an RV backed into it. Because the car was driveable, our estimator, Merced B., offered to order the parts. He would call us once the parts were at the center. It was a holiday weekend so we were glad we did not have to leave the car. Merced contacted me when the parts were in, and we were without the car for only a few hours. When I went to pick up the car, he noticed my horn did not work. Even though it had nothing to do with the accident, he offered to have the service team take a look at it. They quickly found the problem and resolved it on the spot. No charge. They don't work on repainted older cars. This looks like a nice place and was recommended by the insurance company after I was rearended. However my older Mercedes had been repainted with non-factory paint which had some dulling. They declined the job. No problem, they were very polite and nice and the place is very clean. But if you have an older restored car looking for some TLC this may not be the place. read more

March 2020 Seidner's in Glendora, CA. SEIDNER'S--- EXCELLENT! Merced Barajas greeted me. We went out to examine the car. He made a careful inspection and explained all that would be done to my Subaru Legacy Sport to make it look fully restored. When I asked him about a scratch that was not a part of my claim he went out of his way to make sure it could be taken care of for just a little out of pocket $ and it would be done at time as the other damages on the bumper. It was that little extra help impressed me and the friendly professional way all was handled. When I arrived to pick up my car. Merced explained all that was done in the repairs. Then he went to get my car...it had not been washed yet so he helped wash it! When he showed it to me...it looked new! I was very happy. They made sure to show me that all the systems were working (windows, lights, mirrors, heat/cool, etc.) We finished up the paper work and I was on my way! The office is friendly too (shout out to Denise Lugo)! Armando Bojorquez is the manager...his staff did a great job restoring the damage on my car. Initially I gave this establishment 2 stars based simply on the final quality of work. Had it been based on customer service, I would call it "0". After the update below, I bumped it up to 3 stars..was a hassle overall, but certainly some issues were remedied about the customer service... I brought in a Toyota Tacoma that had a tire blow out and damage the fender, mudflap assembly and rim. I used Seinder's not only because it was on my insurance's list of "preferred repair facilities" but also because it was close to home and the shop used by the Toyota dealership it sits next to. I was told the repairs would take 7-10 days, slightly more then the adjustors estimate of 4 days..fair enough. By the time I got the vehicle back, it had been 30 days! At no time was I told that it would take nearly this long, it was a series of "it will be done Wednesday, Thursday latest", only to get a call the day before telling me of some parts delay that pushes the completion back a week. This was repeated numerous times. I was left with the distinct impression that a step in the repair was completed, then parts were ordered for the next step..wait for said parts, complete that repair, repeat...never giving me an honest assessment of the timeline to do the whole job. Had I known this it would take this long out of the gate, I would have gotten a rental car rather then myself and the wife contorting ourselves around our remaining vehicle. As an example, the mudlfap and bracket set the job back a week. It was not ordered until 3 weeks into this fiasco...really? I finally called my insurance carrier (Allstate) and complained about the service..that seemed to light a fire under Seinder's butt. When I picked up the truck (finally), I told the manager of my dissatisfaction, he said he wishes there was something to do to make it right. Here is a clue..offering me a rental car at your expense when you are already 2 weeks behind on the time frame promised would have been nice. Or perhaps a full detail on the truck.Or eat the $100.00 deductable..that is called customer service. Or maybe, don't give me back my vehicle on fumes..yes, it had a half a tank of gas when I dropped it off, got it back empty. A nice parting kiss by Seinder's. *** Update*** After consideration (and perhaps a call from my insurance company?), Armondo, the manager of Glendora Seinder's called to make amends for the iffy customer service I received. My truck was given a full detail (claybar, wax, carpet shampoo etc) and I was provided a rental car while the detail was being done. The truck looks great, although (ironically) it took longer then was promised. Not an issue, I had a rental car. The truck was also filled with fuel. Good effort and it is appreciated. read more

My baby was hit twice in two different incidents. Not cool man. Anyways, Seidners was the closest repair shop that my insurance covered so off I went. I first called for an appointment and talked to Araceli who was the nicest sweetest person ever. She really put me at ease and even contacted my insurance to clear everything up and confirm a rental car. She was so helpful, friendly, and kind even tho I called like a million times to confirm and ask questions. Eddie was my contact person for the repairs and he also did not disappoint! He called me to keep me updated and ensured that everything got done very quickly! The work was also beautifully done. Paint matched perfectly and the car was completely clean when I picked it up. Overall I had a great experience here. Only thing I want to mention is for some reason they kept calling my parents house to contact me instead of my cell even tho I gave them my cell number too. Used these guys for years as they are contracted with AAA who happens to be my insurance company. I originally went to them because they were close and convenient to my office; they did a good job and so I've always gone back. I've used them about 6 or seven times over the last 10 years on 3 different vehicles and they have always done a fair job. If they were not in the automotive industry I might actually give them 5 stars, but they are part of a very dishonest industry. I just can't bring myself to rate anything related to the automotive industry 5 stars; there is way to much cheating and lying even in the best of circumstances. I took my car to Seidner's at the recommendation of my AAA claim rep. I know a couple people who had taken their cars to Seidner's for repairs and also recommended this location. The people at Seidner's Glendora were very nice and helpful. They kept me informed and updated every step of the way. Ariana, Jessica, and Jacques were great! I felt like they were working as a team to make sure I was taken care of. They handled all communication with the insurance company for me. I didn't have to do a thing. The repairs took a few days longer than the original estimate but, because I had a rental car, it was not a major inconvenience. The most important part, my car looks FANTASTIC! The repair work they did is beautiful and looks like new again. Seidner's also gives a lifetime guarantee on their work. Everything here was great, considering the reason WHY I was there in the first place. I was in a car accident this past week and while I am fine, my poor car is not. After calling insurance, we took the car off to Seidner's for some repairs. What's great about both my insurance company (State Farm) and the person who hit me's insurance company (Auto Club) is that they both exclusively use Seidner's. Good to know! We were inside and filling out paperwork within seconds. The ladies who were working check-in were very friendly throughout our stay. They answered every question we had and were very nice. We waited maybe five minutes before we met with our individual Seidner's rep for additional information and pictures of the damage. She was great too, very friendly. We were in and out in maybe twenty minutes. Within three days I was back on the phone with Seidner's getting a damage quote and ETA for my repair. Again, they were very friendly. One thing I really appreciate about Seidner's is that they take photos of your car throughout the repair process, posting them online on a secure website for your viewing pleasure. I took my car to Seidners after a relatively minor car accident. Even though I had to battle with the insurance company to pay for the right parts, Seidners also went to bat for me and fought to get the proper parts. Unfortunately, the crappy aftermarket parts the insurance company (Farmers!) paid for did not fit properly. Seidners did the best they could but the parts - fender and bumper - had sloppy tolerances. Jessica, Ariana, Ben, Yousef and Justin at Seidners were all great! They gave me information and helped me convince Farmers that they really need to order the correct factory parts. After many frustrating phone calls to the insurance company, the repair was approved again. I took it back to Seidners and they did a great job. My car looks like it was never in an accident. Didn't have my car for more than a year before some stain of a human being hit me Christmas Eve and ran away. I picked Seidner's through the insurance because of their good reviews and they far exceeded my expectations every step of the way, I walked away with more good feelings than I thought possible from car repairs. Some of the things they did right: Communication, communication, communication! They called me with an updated estimate, to remind me of drop off and pick up appointments, and as soon as repairs were completed. As if that wasn't enough, they have an online tracker that notified me of updates to the actual repair process and included pictures of the progress so I could see exactly where it was. Friendliness, all the friendliness! From the front desk to the appraiser to the repair crew, everyone I met was super friendly, caring, informative, and just plain nice. I was made to feel welcome and valued. They were even a bit therapeutic, letting me complain about the hit and run that got me in the door, tsk tsking bad drivers, and generally being on my side. Timeliness, one of the major concerns I had walking in. Some reviews sounded like time estimates could be inaccurate but I saw no evidence of this. I was clear that I wanted an accurate time so I could plan a rental car and they were more than accommodating, making sure they gave me an initial estimated time and an updated one once they determined the exact repairs that were necessary. They even finished a few days early and called / updated online to make sure I knew. Body work was as perfect as I can tell on all the affected body panels. The paint was redone and matched to the rest of the car. It looks as if nothing ever happened! They also made sure I knew how to care for the paint since it takes a few days to fully cure.
