Do yourself a favor and do not take your car here. They removed parts of my car under the hood and never put them back. I ended up having to order replacement parts and reinstall myself! They replaced my windshield with an extremely poor quality windshield that had warps in the glass, and was not installed correctly. After I got my car back, I ended up getting an OEM windshield through Safelite and having them come out and correctly install it. ProColor had used some unknown third party to install the windshield initially. For any type of paint correction, they will always remove whatever part of your car they are doing this to and will not put it back on correctly. They also outsource anything outside of painting, but will bill it as themselves, and not take accountability for the work for the people they outsource to. They put my bumper, hood, and roof back on incorrectly. I am going to take my car to another body shop that actually knows what they are doing to get this fixed. If for some reason you still decide to take your car here after reading this, do not let them detail your car. They do this only to hide some of the shoddy work that they do, so that you will not notice until much later. Finally, go over everything with a fine toothed comb with them. Open your hood, trunk, or whatever they worked on and really inspect it to the fullest extent. read more

I went here to see how much it would cost to fix my bumper. When I told Saadi that my brother lied to me about denying my car, he said, "I did that to my sisters, too. It's fine." I was very upset with my brother, who hoped I assumed a stranger did a hit-and-run. So if Saadi also lies to his SISTERS as my brother did to me about car damage, I imagine he would do the same to his customers. I have no desire to do business with a dishonest person. I recently had my Chevrolet 1500 Silverado repaired after I hit a pole trying to park. I had a nasty dent on the rt side bed of the truck. I went to 5 different body and collision shops; everyone quoted me a high price and it was only to remove and replace the side panel. Alex, the manager of ProColor gave me a great deal, so great a deal, that I had the roof of the truck; plus, the hood painted. All in addition to the replacement of the side panel. He also replaced the bed rails of the truck for the same price as the lowest estimate from the other collision shops. My 2011 Silverado looks brand new. The service was timely, the staff was great, I needed a ride home and it was provided. When it was ready, they offered to pick me up!
