I had been referred by AAA which is my insurance to take my car here after being rear ended. Since it wasn't my fault my deductible was waived and my rental car was taken care of. I went down and spoke with a lady at the front desk who helped me fill out my paper work and set up an appointment. I returned on my appointment day July 13th to drop off my car and was in and out within 15 minutes. They called and had enterprise come pick me up so I could go and get my rental car. It took seidners a day to get the appraisal done and sent over to my insurance. I received a call from seidners after my insurance gave them the go ahead and they told me that they would have my car done on July 29th so naturally I thought wow that's a long time but as long as it gets fixed then it is what it is. I received text notifications from seidners that updated me on the statues of my car the whole time. I got a call yesterday July 20th that my car was all fixed and ready to come home. I went and picked up my car today July 21st and it looks all brand new!! They had my car for 9 days and had it done earlier then expected. They did a good job on getting it back to normal and making it look pretty and all fixed up!!! The customer service was great and so far the work was done great too!!! Previously I reviewed seidners and gave 1 star. I am updating my review because after a few phone calls and emails they ended up taking care of the paint and the damaged wheel wells. While the road to get my car fixed with frustrating at best, the end result was getting my car back completely repaired. A few weeks ago some guy changed lanes without looking and ran right into me.... BOOM! I was in shock for a minute... But then I got out of my truck to check on him and found out he was ok. I then checked my beloved Ford f-150 and sadly found some pretty serious body damage. I decided on taking my truck to Seidners for repairs based on good Yelp reviews and we have a neighbor who had good words about them too. On the day that I dropped off my truck at Seidners everyone from the girls at the front desk to the manager were great right away and they even had a shuttle to drive me home which was great! (Safe shuttle driver by the way, thank you!) and the best part was they kept me updated via text message on the status of my truck and they actually got it done sooner than expected. Just picked up my car this morning and wow what an amazing job they did. My 2.5 year old lease looks brand new and now makes me want to keep the car when my lease is up. They returned the car to me one week ahead of schedule which I truly appreciate because the rental I got smells like an old chimney. Merced was very friendly and professional when he was giving me a quote and giving me my final walk though after the repair. Seidner's Collision Center did an outstanding job on my SUV! Everyone I dealt with at Seidner's was great!

I highly recommend this facility. I had some front end damage on a previous truck. The damage was intense. I thought the truck was a done deal. But when I had it towed to Siedners, it was the best thing I ever done. When I got my truck back, it didn't look like it was ever in an accident at all. The appraiser (Merced) greeted me and looked everything over. There was also this very sweet and polite girl (Kristen) there. Both helped me feel better about the accident. Now move up two years. I have another truck and this one suffered rear end damage, but it was a solo accident. The bumper and connected parts looked horrible. Again I dealt with (LUCKY FOR ME) Merced and Kristen again. And again the truck looks like it never suffered any damage. They did a GREAT job!!. So thank you to Seidners in Glendora. Thank you Merced and Kristen and one thing out there for all you truck owners. They don't make trucks like they used to. They are made to crumble. I appreciate how thorough and professional there operation is. In my case the insurance company for the driver who hit my car (hit and run) , was very difficult to deal with. I took my car to Seidner's to honor a lifetime warranty for a repair that was done almost 10 years ago. (12/2002). The clear coat on the trunk had faded and it looked like someone had scrubbed it with sandpaper! I expected some resistance or a run around to honoring the lifetime warranty and making it right. My experience was quite the opposite! Arianna, Jacques and Stephanie were very accommodating and treated me and my problem with the utmost courtesy. I was immediately given a rental car (for five days) and the trunk looks great! ( with no cost to me) The integrity of this business in the way my warranty was honored has restored my faith in the practically obsolete business practice of putting the customer first . I went to Seidner's on a recommendation from the Toyota dealership next door because I had (what I thought was) tree sap all over the side of my car. I waited only a few minutes for one of the estimators to become available. As soon as he saw the car, he told me he was confident he could make it all disappear. He took the car back and 20 minutes later returned it to me as good as new. When I asked him what I owed them he said, "Nothing". I was shocked and grateful. Every day my car was in for repair, I received an update via email and text, telling me what was going on with my car, the status of the repair and the estimated day it would be complete. My car was ready as promised. When I went to pick up the car, they carefully went over every detail to show me exactly what had been done. Yes, unfortunately I've had more than one occasion to need body shop repairs. This time Eddie was my contact and he did an outstanding job. Kept me informed re progress of the repairs, including some clever texts. The lady in the office I dealt with was super nice too, Acelica (sp?). They treat you like they understand having auto body work done isn't anyone's favorite way to spend their time. I brought my 2004 Acura TL to repair a relatively minor scrape/dent on my passenger side door. I was quoted $719 and said fine, paid in cash. Everything went smoothly, great communication. Picked up the car, estimator was more interested in talking about the car, kind of weird, but ok. As I'm driving off, I notice a scratch on my previously unblemished window tint. I figure, I'm not going back for that. So there goes $100 more to get the tint redone. A few days later my passenger side door speaker is blown. I took off the door panel and was horrified at what I saw. The moisture barrier on the door was SCOTCH taped to hold it on. I pull the factory speaker and everything looks fine. Then I noticed there is a tear on the surround that goes into the actual cone. It looked like someone took a knife and actually cut into the speaker. Wow, another $100+ on this $700 repair. I was horrified at the lack of craftsmanship and the complete lack of pride in worksmanship displayed. I know the bodyshop pays their employees VERY well and to see this work made me sick to my stomach. In any case, if anyone has any doubts, I've kept the torn speaker and the tint has not been replaced yet, so give me a call. Our insurance companies are paying these shops a lot of money, so I think we should at least get what we are paying for. read more
