I was worried about resizing because the mesh band had to be permanently cut. Time Palace did an incredible job: the owner was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and knew what I needed after a two second glance at the watch. He was very patient with me, and let me take my time deciding how much to cut. And I was in and out of the shop within 20 minutes! The price was excellent too: new battery, resizing and a light clean for $75. I'd expected to pay double that!

While it did take quite awhile I will say my grandfather's watch is beautiful, functions as it should, and now can be worn as I please thanks to the Clock Specialist. I did want to note it wasn't wet tested as with a nearly 50 year old watch and parts that are hard to come by it would be best not to risk losing its current functionality. With that being said, I have zero need to take this watch diving or near any body of water that would risk damaging it so I'm very happy with the work/restoration job that was done.

Stoped by to get an estimate to fix a watch that stoped working and got surprised by how clean and well presented the store is, I've have been looking to purchase a seiko watch and did research online but I had no clue how they actually looked or felt on my wrist. The selection was great and i tried like 10 watches Frank was super nice and patient, i finally decided to get the new Prospex black/gold and even though i knew i could have saved almost 80-100 dlls buying it online (ebay/amazon) it felt right to buy it from them and support the local shops. I love watches and I value relationships over saving a few bucks. Time Zone is the best. I have a mechanical watch that requires periodic service. This is the only place I will trust with my favorite watch. Everything from tune ups and adjustments to complete overhauls. They also know how to work on divers and quartz models. The owner is a true craftsman.... (tough to find these days with all of the disposable watches in the market) if you need to get a new watch or service and repair your existing watch, replace a battery or strap, this is the place to go! read more

I've taken 4 watches to get resized here and am always happy with the service. It's a small family owned shop with very friendly customer service and fair pricing. They are very honest and do great work. They are usually able to do repairs and resizing on the spot so you're never waiting more than 10 minutes. On the rare occasion it takes longer, he still calls same day to have you come pick it up. I plan on returning again in the future for all my time piece needs. read more

I have a Seiko Kinetic watch that the capacitor had leaked inside the mechanism, and was told by other jewelers, this can't be repaired, it will be very expensive to repair. I called Seiko Watch Time Zone, spoke with George, says bring it in I can fix the leaking capacitor, and that's just what he did, the watch is working great ! Does not carry higher end watches or they would have 5 stars... had the bezel switched out on my Submariner while I ate down the street came back it was cleaned and looked great with new bezel on it.... Joe took a look at the watch and they gave me a quote of $350 and only 7-10 days. They also recommended that I get the entire bracelet finished as only doing part of it would be like getting half a car painted (interesting analogy). Less than two weeks later, I got a text back that it was finished. I picked it up and it looks absolutely perfect! I will recommend 9 High Watch Services to anyone who need their watch serviced. In this day and age, it baffles me how someone can walk away from a potential sale. They must be getting a lot of business to neglect a potential client.

He does everything under Rolex's protocol. My spring was broken so I brought it to the husband and he broke down how the repairs go. He has to take every single piece apart from the inside out and re-oil every moving part and uses only the machines and tools from Rolex directly. He also has to water test the watch for leaks and seal tests everything to function brand new.If I sent this in to Rolex directly it would be $7-800 for Rolex service but he repaired it for $300 and included a free polish. I've had this watch for 5 years so it was due for servicing with the wear and tear and he made it look so brand new that I didn't recognize it! Very happy with the service, repair and polishing! His wife and is very nice as well! She kept in contact and updated me with the status of the watch repair. 100% recommended if you want a person who works at Rolex to repair it without the hefty price!
