Stopped for a coffee before an event, and was super impressed by how gorgeous this space is inside and out. Love the simple modern style, how open and bright it is. The space is cool, but my first experience was not great. It was a busy day, and while making my latte, the barista was interrupted. I understand other staff members need to ask questions, but take a second and check where you left off. So instead of finishing my drink, the barista moved on to the next order and left mine sitting there. When I asked if my drink was done, the barista gave me an attitude about how drinks are called out when finished. I tried to explain what happened and got another snippy reply. At that point, I just took my half-finished latte off the counter and left. Maybe the experience is better on a slower day, but I wouldn't go back during a busy one. read more

Cute cute cute! The outdoor area is so nice and you can sit indoors while enjoying the open air which I like. Coffee is great, staff are nice. There aren't a lot of trash cans which is sort of inconvenient. read more

Great coffee shop! I love the picture organic ambiance and the huge garage doors that open to the fresh air. Staff are friendly. And the COFFEE is wonderful! I ordered the iced banana bread latte with vanilla caramel cold foam and I loved it! This will be my new local hangout for coffee. read more

Got three matcha drinks, one tasted only like oat milk, the seasonal pineapple upside down cake matcha latte was good without the cold foam, and one had cold foam which took over the taste of the whole drink. Asked for less ice and still got a cup full of ice. Asked for oat milk and I think I was given whole because it gave me a massive stomach ache (I'm lactose intolerant). Overall matcha flavor was too weak. Coffee and muffins were great though. Went on Monday before noon and they ran out of plastic cups, scones, and cold foam already. Today was my first experience with Seismoto Coffee Bar! Here are my thoughts: 1. I had a few questions so I reached out and man, they had impeccable response time! I'm talking almost immediate! Answered all my questions, and was even very kind! 2. I ordered an iced matcha and let me tell you, it sure doesn't disappoint!! It's absolutely delicious and definitely an eye catching presentation! They have so many different flavors you can add! 3. Jolie was very kind and had a hilarious sense of humor! (almost felt like I was with a friend I've known my whole life)! such a great experience! 4. There was almost no wait time for my drink! 5. The ambience was honestly such a vibe! A new, modern, coffee bar that definitely is the new spot to hang out! All that being said, I couldn't recommend this spot more! Female barista working today was full on passive aggressive for zero reason. It was super bizarre like I'm genuinely so confused by that interaction. She also was ranting super loud about how the customers today have been "snarky" and how people need to be kinder. Maybe take your own advice bud read more

First time going to this coffee bar was pretty excited based on the reviews... when I went to order the two barista's, who were working (2/25/26)were in a conversation and did not look away from the conversation until it was finished and then greeted me by saying "what do you want" the tone of the conversation after continued to seem like I was interrupting. After ordering my latte, they made it incorrectly, when I confronted them about it, they said, that it was correct and walked away from the conversation. Unfortunately, I did not push any further. Although on the cup that I was handed, it had my correct order but not correct drink. Overall, I was pretty excited to check out this new spot in my town, but would not recommend it to anyone who is looking to try a good new coffee spot. I would stick with what you know and are comfortable with if trying seisMoto coffee bar is your best option. read more

Love the atmosphere, but very disappointed in the lack of knowledge surrounding basic dietary concerns.. staff could not answer what was in their syrups and oat milk they were using contained wheat and a list of ingredients about 20+ ingredients long. Coffee is good but they are never consistent with hours. Sometimes they are open to 4 and other times they close at 2:30. It shows different time on each website you go too. Not worth the hassle. read more

I have been here 6 times now, and every single time it's a miss. The building and the atmosphere is wonderful. It's a great place to work on your computer. However, the drinks this place is making are so unbelievably atrocious, it's a shame to call it a coffee shop. I refuse to believe it's the product quality, but in fact the barista knowledge and lack-there-of on how to make drinks. The matcha's lack proper amounts of match powder leaving you a drink that is mostly tasting just like a glass of milk, the cappuccino's are so flavorless it's as if they whisper the flavors into the drink and call it "good", and the hot coco is just milk, several people ordered hot coco and we all agreed that they were so disappointing because they had little to no coco in them at all, they were just warm cups of milk. I hope this place can turn itself around because it's a great building with a beautiful design work. Just needs better trained baristas. If you don't believe me go be disappointed yourself. read more
