The staff is still the same and everything is pretty much same in the store as far as supplies are concerned. This is a nice small store to get essentials of Indian grocery. Then, the next day, she called back just to berate me for not calling again! Absolutely no respect for the customer's time. How does that make sense? You have time to call and lecture a customer, but not to set up a voicemail, take messages properly, or learn basic customer service etiquette? This kind of unprofessional behavior might fly elsewhere-in an another part of the world. but not here. As a small business, you'd think they'd value and respect the few loyal customers they have.
