Then, the next day, she called back just to berate me for not calling again! Absolutely no respect for the customer's time. How does that make sense? You have time to call and lecture a customer, but not to set up a voicemail, take messages properly, or learn basic customer service etiquette? This kind of unprofessional behavior might fly elsewhere-in an another part of the world. but not here. As a small business, you'd think they'd value and respect the few loyal customers they have. I went back and asked them price of each item I had purchased and total came to $39.92+tax. Please watch what they charge and ask for itemized receipt.
