I bought a new gas range, a new gas range, new washer and dryer and a new side by side french door whirpool refridgerator from this store, Well I got to tell you that the gas range stop working and I barely used it especially the oven. The whole electrical panel stop working and the oven would not come on and the clock stop working last year. Then the washer stop working It would shake during the spin cycle and would move all over the basement and hit the wall, At first I thought it is off level, we tried and tried to level it but nothing we did worked, Come to find out that the agitator had come loose and that was the problem, Then about a week ago the side by side refridgerator freezer stop working and wouldnot even keep ice cream or ice cube frozen. I got to tell you I am reporting them to the better business bureau as soon as possble because there is no way all these appliances should have stop working in just a couple of years. read more

Would give zero stars if possible. First scheduled appointment no tech showed up in the 4 hour window or called. When they came 2 days later, were there for 3 minutes, and left still charging the full $100. Took days to finally speak to a "manager" who said she would look into it. Never heard back until I called. Horrible service from over the phone customer service to the on-site technician. Have not been in store but for service, go somewhere else! read more

This is my recent experience with Keeven Appliances; I hired them to repair my washer. Mike, the service tech, completed a partial repair and needed to wait for a part to be ordered. In the meantime he repeatedly tried to upsell me to a new washer and dryer which I did not appreciate. Then he made several references to politics and made several offensive remarks concerning politics. It's quite obvious Mike is left wing and very upset. I told him it's rude to talk politics in customers homes. When he made another sarcastic remark about politics we got into a disagreement. Mike came out the second day and it was obvious he was in a bitter mood. Mike obviously has a problems with conservatives and it appears he and Keeven Appliance are holding my political views against me. We tried to explain to him that since he replaced the part the washer is exhibiting a different symptom; he didn't want to hear any of our input and was very short and dismissive with us. I left him in the laundry room to repair the washer and I went to my office to continue to work, leaving him dealing with my wife for the rest of the service call. A while later I was disturbed in my office by Mike raising his voice, talking very aggressively to my wife, and standing very close to her while raising his voice. I came out of my office and told him he is to never talk to my wife in that tone of voice or in that manner ever again. From now on he can deal with me. The Keeven repair tech continued to argue with us about the symptoms of the washer. We were trying to tell him the new symptoms so he could adequately diagnose the problem, but he continually told us we didn't know what we were talking about. He left failing to make any repairs as he said he didn't know what's wrong; yet he argued with us telling us we didn't know what we were talking about. Since that time I have left countless messages for the supervisors and/or owners. I was told Barb is one of the owners, but she tells the receptionist she is not in... I can hear her in the background. I have tried for nearly two weeks to get this resolved. I have asked them to send another tech out to repair the washer or refund my money. Barb and Keeven Appliance refuse to call me back, refuse to send out a tech to repair the washer, and refuses to refund my money for their failed repair. The last I spoke with the receptionist she was defending their service tech and apparently have no issue with their techs spewing their politics in customer's homes. I do not recommend Keeven Appliance in the strongest terms. Keeven Appliance has been given ample opportunity to make this right but they REFUSE. I will not go away until they refund my money!!!! read more

If i could give this location zero stars i would. My family and i entered this location in hopes to purchase a refrigerator. When we walked into the location we weren't greeted nor were we asked if there was anything we needed help with! We walked around the store looking at refrigerators and we found one that we were interested in until we opened the door and a roach fell out. Still no one acknowledged the fact that we were there and no one acknowledged the fact we were leaving upon exiting. Mind you we were the only shoppers in the store. The only one that acknowledged us was the roach. This location needs to do better or hire that roach on as an employee. read more

I have been using this location mainly for parts, for about 20 years. Always have what I need and if not, they will special order the right one. Cost maybe a little more than "on-line" shopping, but you will get the right part for the right job. (Meaning they will make sure it's for the exact unit you have, etc...). Always friendly and on a long ago Sales Floor model purchase, they offer deals and a warranty. Good customer service is worth it's weight in Gold, to me. read more

My refrigerator died and a new one was not in the budget. I called Keeven in the neighborhood. They were here in 30 minutes. Stan was courteous and knowledgeable. He knew the exact problem in minutes. Fixed and out in 35 minutes. Thanks Stan and Keeven! read more

Very poor service. I contacted them for refrigerator repair. The guy they sent to my house on a Friday evening right before closing had no knowledge of how to repair and told me he needed to look up the problem. He told me he would come back Monday didn't receive all call or anything til Tuesday at which time he still hasn't gotten the info. Called back Wednesday and told me he ordered a part but it wouldn't arrive til Thursday and he came back out Friday to replace the part. Seeing how he never came back out to actually look at the refrigerator after he got the information he was looking for the part was incorrect and my refrigerator is still broken. I called them saturday to advise them of this information, they told me they would have someone return my call and no one ever did. Then they did not come out to the following week on Monday at which time they finally took my refrigerator and replaced it with a dirty nasty loaner refrigerator, with food residue still inside. They show no sense of urgency and we're never apologetic to the fact that I'm still without a refrigerator going into 3 weeks. I have 3 children and have had to miss days of work as well as not being able to use my refrigerator. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more
