    Audi Q5 2022 interior

After 14 years with my Nissan Altima, it was finally time to upgrade. My fiancé already had an excellent experience with Murad at Select Auto Imports with his Mercedes E300 in 2022. Shopped around with other local dealerships but no one compared to the genuine, honest communication we received from Murad. The finance department was fair, efficient and transparent as well. I was able to find the perfect pre-owned vehicle for me -- an Audi Q5. I'm beyond appreciative for the professionalism and sincerity I received during this process. Thanks again Select Auto! Looking forward to our continued business!

I recently purchased a '18 C43 from this dealership and I must say that have a beautiful collection of vehicles. Murad is the name of the gentleman who helped me and his customer service is some of the most patient and accommodating I've experienced, they are very thorough. I asked many questions and they were always willing to help they know how to make you a customer for life I will definitely be considering them in the future when I am in the market for a new vehicle again. Definitely paid them a visit and see what they have to offer it's worth the visit.

1st Class Dealership in EVERY way! Ask for Naser!! This is now the 2nd car I've purchased from Naser (Sales), Robert (Manager), and Teri (Finance). First is a Mercedes CLA 250 for my wife. Second is a 2014 White BMW 435i with every option and low miles. Both vehicles are clean Carfax, certified and gorgeous. So, I drive over 2 hours to get there and 2 hours back because Select Auto sells the BEST used cars serviced by the best staff. It's a WIN-WIN all around. I enjoy having all of the negotiations on price ( which are already extremely reasonable), financing approval and best rates available complete BEFORE I leave the house. At my age, 55, I don't have time to be sitting around a dealership. These guys can have you In and out within an hour on average if you prior plan. In addition, because it was such a long drive, Naser recommended that I get a 1 Way Car Rental and leave it at either Enterprise or Hertz. This was brilliant since my wife and I could ride there and back together and we didn't have to take two cars, gas, tolls etc...Lastly - Comment for Robert. In my option Teri should receive commission on Extended Warranties. I wasn't going to buy one because of cost and I didn't feel I needed it. Teri did a great job of getting cost down to "reasonable" and she and my wife tagged teamed me until I agreed. Great job Teri! Last comment is that I'm actually happy that I DO NOT live closer. If I did, I would want them all!!! You will never go wrong buying from here. I recommend to ALL of my friends!!! Now I will be watching my emails they send each week while waiting for a Porsche Panamera S !!!

The service portion of my visit on Thursday 30 July went well and deserved 5 stars. The reason…read morefor the downgrade is driven by what I consider an unsafe and reckless incident on the part of who I believe was a Priority employee, that I witnessed upon leaving Priority after the service was complete. When leaving Priority Toyota on 30 July at approximately 1225 PM, I was exiting the parking lot on the north side turning right on to Loisdale Road. I had come to a stop and was looking left at the oncoming northbound traffic to judge when I could proceed. I began to move forward on to Loisdale Road, when suddenly, from my right side, a silver vehicle traveling south in the left lane (I think it was a Toyota, but not sure) passed closely in front of me while making a left turn into the parking lot, causing me to slam on the brakes to avoid a collision. Through the rear view mirror I observed that the driver did not stop, but proceeded east through the parking lot and through the gate back to the rear area. I do not know if the driver was an employee of Priority. I believe this is the case however, because the vehicle went through the back gate - not normally where customers park or have access. Whomever the driver, his / her actions were reckless and unacceptable. Loisdale Road splits just north of the intersection referenced, so this driver made a conscious decision to illegally drive down the left lane on the left side of the median to enter the parking lot. I have to think that the driver saw me, but made no indication as such. Perhaps an employee, running late on their way back from lunch? I provided the above feedback through the standard "Rate Your Service" email received from Priority shortly after completion of service. Apparently, nobody at Priority felt obligated to follow up with me. We will continue to patronize Priority for our service needs, but I feel obligated to bring the above to managementʻs attention.

The first employee I met was friendly, professional, and helpful. My service advisor, Marvin, was also pleasant during check-in, and I initially planned to leave a positive review. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill because of the lack of communication. I provided my correct phone number and expected to receive updates about my car throughout the day. Instead, I spent the entire day waiting without receiving a single call or text. I repeatedly called the dealership trying to get a status update and was continually routed to voicemail. At one point, I finally reached someone who assured me they would not put me on hold and that they would get an update for me. Instead, I was left on hold for over 30 minutes and then transferred to someone else's voicemail. By this point, I had spent hours trying to get a simple update. When I called again, I was finally told that Marvin had already left for the day without ever contacting me. I was shocked and frustrated. I had dropped off my car in the morning and spent the entire day waiting for information, only to find out near the end of the business day that my advisor had already gone home. After expressing my frustration, I was told that I could come pick up my car, which I did around 6:15 PM. What makes this especially disappointing is that the entire situation could have been avoided with a simple phone call or text message. Had someone taken a few seconds to update me using the phone number I provided, I would not have spent nearly three hours making calls, sitting on hold, being transferred, and trying to track down basic information about my car. I understand that service departments are busy, and I respect the hard work that goes into servicing customers. However, communication is a critical part of customer service, and on this visit it was completely lacking. The staff I met in person were great, but the follow-up and communication were among the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had.

I initially reached out because my son is absolutely obsessed with Ram pickup trucks and all he wanted for his birthday was to see some "real Rams" up close. From that first email, Matt Johns, the sales manager, went above and beyond: he asked what my son's favorite colors were and had Ram trucks in those exact colors pulled up and waiting for us when we arrived, which made my five-year-old light up. He even had a special gift ready for my son, a thoughtful touch that made the visit feel especially personal. If this is any indication of how they treat customers who are actually purchasing a vehicle, their attentiveness, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile are truly exceptional. I would highly recommend Safford CDJR Fiat of Springfield to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about people and creates memorable experiences, not just sales.

What makes that especially frustrating is that they sent me a pre-service walk-around video showing the scratches were not there. This was after I was initially told the scratches were already present. On the service visit before this one, I discovered that one of my wheels was missing a lug nut after I had already left the dealership. They took responsibility for that issue and replaced it, so the argument that nothing can be done simply because I left the lot is difficult to accept. I have routinely brought my vehicles here for service and have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership. Over the years, I have spent more than $100,000 on vehicles here and well into five figures on service and repairs. After being a loyal customer for years, it is extremely disappointing to be treated this way when there is clear pre-service documentation of the vehicle's condition. I would not recommend bringing a vehicle here if you care about keeping it in pristine condition. This review is based specifically on my last two service visits with my personal vehicle.

Ben took a very human approach to my needs, no fast talk, didn't bait and switch, was fully transparent about everything financially and then some! I was so glad I found this dealership looking for a 2017 Giulia Quadrifoglio and most of their cars were leased and European. Which means your going to get a car that the dealership HAD to keep in tip top shape to get business. I came with a 2016 Chrysler 200c that was depreciating faster than I could pay down on the market and was worth beans. I was stuck with a monthly payment that was %100 more the value of the car. I needed to get out of this car fast! Ben was truly patient with my buying process and showed me all the vehicles that were of great value at cost AND at resale! I took some days to research Carfax and do the numbers myself. In the end I didn't get the 2017 Quadrifoglio and chose to go with a 2017 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro Premium Plus with 24,000 miles in mint condition that was still under warranty! Ben helped me balance my negative equity to where I didn't have ANY crazy numbers on new purchase, got me an extended warranty up to 100,000 miles, and my monthly payment was small increase from my previous payments! They even offered me MORE for my car than the actual Chrysler dealership!! Now I'm a happy Audi owner. Side bar here. I will never again purchase an American sedan as their value depreciates ridiculously fast and I am so disappointed in Chrysler for what they did to their 200 owners - unless it's a Corvette, Demon, Camaro, Wrangler, or Escalade don't get it. Honestly looking forward to my next purchase from these guys just because of how they treated me and my situation as a customer and Service-member. 5 - Stars.

Not sure what made us come back there a couple weeks later but we did and a new sales guy (Jonathan) helped us. Oh right, it was one of the few places that would sell the car at MSRP if they had one why all the other dealerships were selling for $5K-$12K over MSRP (never buy over MSRP). Still they didn't have what we wanted but he told us we could order one. We looked at the specs and ended up ordering the top of the line Palisade. I have never bought a top of the line anything. I have always bought new but never thought of buying top of the line but a few things happened. To start off the journey, I wanted a Palisade and she wanted a Telluride. Somewhere along the way our desires flip-flopped. We ended up deciding to get both, a Palisade for her and a Telluride for me. She was going to pay the difference between the middle of the road trim that I was going to buy and the top of the line that we ended up buying. We had time to figure out the logistics bc the wait time was 90 - 120 days. This was 12/7 and we had hoped to get the cars as Christmas gifts but with how unavailable these cars were, that wasn't going to happen. After about an hour or so going over the different specs, we decided we would go home and think about it. We waited for another dealership to tell us if they had something immediately and when they took too long, we called up Jonathan and said we're ready to do business. I confirmed the build and paid the $2000 deposit on my credit card (I love me some Best Buy rewards). Deal was done and now we wait, 90 - 120 days. The following week, I called Jonathan to see if my order was in fact accepted and they would be building my vehicle (I've heard horror stories and even have a personal unhappy one with my Telluride). He said the order was in but there's no way to know where in the queue of the manufacturer it was and they would just get notification once it was being built. Christmas comes and goes (we already knew we weren't getting it by then, we just ordered it) she asked me to call him again on 12/26. I said, I'm not bothering that man, it hasn't even been a month yet. Tuesday Jonathan calls and says, you can come pick up your vehicle. Whatutalkinboutwillis? I said, Jonathan, why you playing? He says, it just showed up, its here, its ready for you whenever you're ready to come and get it. He said I'm scheduling it for detailing for delivery. I said we'll be there within the hour. Get there and like he said, the car was getting detailed. While that was happening, it's time to take care of the paperwork. This is the only thing that I didn't like about this process. I hate wasting time. There really wasn't much for us to do because I had a check from my credit union, I just needed to get some numbers on the extra warranties and protections that I usually get and let me sign this thing over and get out of here. I was presented with a credit application. I told them, I don't need that, I have my own financing already. They said, ok, just fill this out, this is how we capture all your information. I said fine and filled it out. There was only one finance guy and he was working with someone else so it took longer than I had hoped. Finally get in with the finance guy and he says, if he can get me a better rate, would I go with his financing. I said yes, because of course, why wouldn't I go with a lower rate. The price of the car is locked in so that would just save me money. I HATE WHEN THEY SHOTGUN THE APPLICATION. There's no need for that. You know the lenders and the lowest they advertise offering. For those that advertise a lower rate, send it to them and them only. No one was offering a lower rate so he shouldn't have sent it out at all. Now I got 10 hard inquiries on my account and I'm right where I was when I walked in. Anyway, we get through the process which took me just as long as when I bought my previous car and that was a fresh deal. This deal was already done. I just needed to sign some papers. That shouldn't have taken 4hrs (really 3.5 but I'm rounding up). All-in-all, she loves the car. So much that she went on Amazon and ordered a bow to put on it as a Christmas gift. Other than the long 4hr process to sign papers, everything else about the process and the people was delightful. I would definitely do business with them again. If I can't find someone to sell me a Telluride, I may go back for another Palisade. They were helpful with identifying features and even did a pretty extensive overview of the features of the car once the car was delivered. Also invited us to come back if we have questions about anything even the feature that are in the manual.

Someone named Brad upsold our free check-up into a $900+ service call. We were shocked. After some discussion, we agreed to the brake fluid replacement based on time. The other two services were to be based on need. I told Brad the car had no issues. We got a text saying car was done early. Great! Canceled lunch plans and at dealership we (Brad was gone) learned car was not done. We had to sit for two hours. They charged for both optional services without providing any proof they were needed. No tire wear issues were listed on the ticket. They even stated we requested the services, which is a lie. So, our "free" warranty check-up cost $738. My mechanic said the $225 brake fluid fee was legitimate, but the rest was a rip-off. So, Brad basically took us for $513. Thanks buddy. Our free checkup cost $56 for "shop supplies" and $3 for a "customer retention fee." This business charges you to speak with you?? What shop fee for an inspection? What product did you use or replace? We asked for a VA inspection and on the way home noticed that was not done. Great work Brad! Avoid this place... And avoid Brad.
