I contacted Jay and he assured me that he drove the car for an extended period of time and nothing was noted. When I had the car sent to my local BMW dealership for PA state inspection it was noted that that the rear brakes should have been replaced as the rotors were warped and the pads just barely passing. It was also noted that the left rear rim was bent. It was also noted that there were indications that the car seemed to have been impacted on the front end as the headlights don't quite line up with the body panels. The car came with the incorrect battery in it which I was given full credit to replace with a BMW battery - no issues there. I did have the spark plugs replaced as the car seemed to have a bit of a miss in it and was sluggish. It seemed at first to help the vibration issue but didn't last long. I mentioned this to Jay and asked him if he would reconsider buying the car back but never got a straight answer. I also asked for some help to offset the cost of the repairs but got nothing. Then one day as I was vacuuming the car out part of the duct work for the cooled seats came out of it. Looking at it closer it was damaged and just patched together. So far I have well over $1700 in repairs in this car with only 2000 miles put on it and likely more to go. If you plan to purchase a used import like a BMW I would recommend to take it to a dealer for a pre-purchase check out. Could be well worth the money.

Also, read the contract thoroughly they want you to wave your rights to a trial in court because they know they are selling you vehicles straight from the auction to the lot without doing any checks under the hood. When I arrived I was told the car I was interested in was in the warehouse. I waited approximately 45 mins for someone to bring a dirty car for me to look at and test drive. The car appeared to be OK and the test drive was OK. So I decided to purchase the car (2013 Ford Focus). I did not leave the lot with the 2013 Ford Focus. I was promised the car would be delivered to me. (So far, I am getting a good vibe from the Guillermo). On the day the car was to be delivered I received a call from Guillermo informing me that the person delivering the car needed to go back to the lot she was having problems. A couple of days later I was called and told by Guillermo the car should be delivered to me and that I need to have it inspected in my state. Guillermo also informed me if the 2013 Ford Focus did not pass inspection in my state he would make the necessary repairs to the car. (I'm still getting good vibes). I took the car to inspection and it failed. I called Guillermo to inform him of the failed inspection, texted him a copy of it and a short list of minor things inside the car that needed to be addressed. He then agreed to what was on the list as well as the failed inspection list. I was called to come and pick the car up everything was repaired and ready to go. Now here is where the NIGHTMARE begins. When I went to pickup the 2013 Ford Focus I had to wait for at least 3 hours due to when I got there the car was not even ready. Eagle Automotive did not even start the repairs until I got there. I was sitting and waiting for hours. Eagle Automotive repairman rushed through the repairs and now nasty and rude attitudes start to emerge. I was told by Guillermo that he was doing me a favor and some of the other people in the office (2) to be exact starting being rude and disrespectful as well. Guillermo claimed the repairs were complete and I left. Long story short I purchased, the car in December 2023 I drove the 2013 Ford Focus for (3) months Jan., Feb., and March. I called Guillermo and explained the problem. Here I am today to let everyone know this is not a good dealership to buy a car from. Eagle Automotive Guillermo sold me a car that he new had a faulty transmission. I drove the car for only three months and basically had to trash the entire car to the junk yard. Absolutely Horrible Experience with General Manager Jose Diaz at Woodbridge Auto Sales…read more I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience has been dealing with the general manager, Jose Diaz, at Woodbridge Auto Sales. From the moment we purchased our vehicle, it was a downhill journey riddled with deception, hostility, and blatant disregard for customer service. We purchased a vehicle via cashier's check and were led to believe everything was in order, including receiving the title. However, we later discovered--only after attempting to register the vehicle--that they had retained the title without notifying us. This critical detail was never disclosed at the time of purchase. The only explanation given later was that they wanted to "make sure the check cleared." While we understand financial precautions, it is completely unacceptable that we were not told this upfront. After three weeks of calling, following up, and trying to get clarity, we finally got through to Jose Diaz. Instead of an apology or even a solution-oriented conversation, we were met with confrontation, defensiveness, and finger-pointing. He coldly told us that they would "get it to us when they get to it." No empathy. No urgency. Just blatant disrespect. We even asked if they would cover a same-day courier service to receive the title due to the urgent need to register the vehicle. Jose Diaz refused and said it would be delivered the next day instead. When we followed up the following day to confirm, we were told by the administrator that the title was only just being sent out that day--meaning Jose Diaz had blatantly lied with no regard for his word or ethics. This level of dishonesty is completely unacceptable for someone in a leadership role. Despite all this, I want to acknowledge the one bright spot in this entire ordeal: Mary Lou, an administrator at Woodbridge Auto Sales. She was the only professional and courteous person we encountered. She apologized for the inconvenience and actively worked to resolve the issue. She offered to make things right by ensuring the title would be sent out immediately and even offered to renew our temporary registration if needed due to their delays and errors. Her integrity and willingness to help were the only reason we were able to make any progress. When I asked Jose Diaz for the owner's contact information to escalate the matter, he arrogantly told me that he was "as far as it goes" and refused to provide any names. Thankfully, after speaking with my attorney, we were able to identify the owner as Chady Nasr, and we are now pursuing a negligence claim due to the mishandling of the transaction and the unprofessional conduct we experienced. If you are considering doing business with Woodbridge Auto Sales, especially under the management of Jose Diaz, I strongly advise you to think twice. He is hostile, unprofessional, and lacks the basic skills and ethics required for leadership. The experience has been nothing short of exhausting, and no one should have to go through what we did just to get the documentation for a vehicle they legally purchased. Avoid this place at all costs if Jose Diaz is your point of contact. If you do end up there, I hope you're fortunate enough to work with Mary Lou instead.
