Extremely happy with the service, Selena and her team were great! I requested a deep cleaning and when they were done, I felt like I had a whole new home. Here are some things that were cleaned, I'm sure there are more Selena included that aren't coming to mind. - Entire house: baseboards, windows, ceiling fans, sweep & mop (literally everywhere, even under the beds), cleaned rugs. - Bathroom: sink, lights, shower & tub, toilet. - Kitchen: windows, countertop, outside the appliances. (They also cleaned the inside of my oven. I wish I had before photos, the grease was caked on the oven door. Now it is spotless). I will definitely be requesting them to come back. As of right now, I wouldn't recommend this company. I sent Selena a message through Yelp @ 11:55a & then another message through the text messaging app at 4:20p, & as of now 6:10p, I still have not heard from her. Earlier this month, Selena sent me a quote for a regular cleaning. Today I asked for a quote for a deep cleaning, and to see how soon they could come out. If they're too busy to respond regarding a price, I guess they're too busy to clean. read more

For a deep cleaning that they claimed it was a poor job. The blinds still had dirt, cabinetes left sticky and dirt along the sides of the cabinet railings. Light fixtures had visible black dirt on all light switches. Sediment and dust still found through out the house. Given we are moving in to the unit and it already had a move in clean so they really didn't have much to do but some of the smaller things and was still a lackluster job done. They did send some people out the following day to try and do better. Yet still left dirt and dust on the blinds and cabinets still sticky. Didn't help that they had an attitude when doing their work they should have done completely the first time Giving 2 stars since they tried to send someone to fix it the next day. read more

Selena was great! Everything was done better than expected. She was on time and did an excellent job. We will definitely use her again.

My regular cleaning team was unavailable but I had a guest coming and their cleaning team was able to come at a day's notice! Cleaning job was a solid 7/10. House felt neat but not super clean or anything. There are some things they do differently from my regular team like not throwing the trash bags themselves so I had to do it which isn't a big deal but definitely little things do make the difference between a good and great service. They also pushed the time which was fine but then they were late with no communication and my guest was coming soon so I was started to worry they were a no show and I'd have to clean rushed myself. They were sorry though so again not a big deal. I think it's a good choice for any last min needed cleaning service. And price was on the cheaper side. read more

Scheduled a cleaning on a Thursday. Called after the time we agreed and stated they had an emergency. I was already waiting. Rescheduled for Saturday. Waited for 50 minutes called and texted. They finally responded and said that they were afraid of the road. Mind you the appointment was at noon I have been waiting and they didn't reply back until 12:48 with a bogus excuse that they were afraid to drive my road. I have been living here for 3 years and have and some other services NO ONE has given me that excuse. Also I am NOT the only house in that road. I saw their car and they followed me for a little but then disappeared. They said they tried. They did not try. They only drove to the dead end and probably turned around. Very unprofessional and liars. I would think twice before hiring them. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. read more

This was absolutely one of the best home cleanings, if not the best, that I have ever had. As a 15 year active duty military veteran, I have moved often and know the value of maintaining and providing a clean home. Selena's home cleaning service (for those that care) was extremely cheap and affordable, ESPECIALLY for the value. However, the job done, doesn't even equate to the price.
